Noisy room 651 next to the service elevator
They put me on unit 651 which was next to the service elevator with the elevator machinery right above it. Once the cleaning crew started working at 8am it was simply impossible to sleep inside that room due to the very high noise from the elevator. That room should not be used for guests, let alone Gold members

A estadia no Hotel Ibis foi muito boa. Começando pelo atendimento que todos funcionários sempre nos atenderam muito bem e foram muito simpáticos. O quarto foi standard espaçoso, com uma mesa e uma cadeira, uma cama de casal mais uma de solteiro mais um puff. frigobar, armários para colocar as roupas,silencioso, elevador muito rápido, banheiro espaçoso e o espelho bem iluminado(bom para fazer maquiagem), café da manhã maravilhoso com bastante variedades. O horário do café também é ótimo para quem precia sair cedo(começa 6.30). O hotel fica próximo á praia e vários comércios como lojas, restaurantes, mercado,salão de beleza.

O primeiro quarto que ficamos, a janela não fechava, a tv não ligava e o cheiro de qboa no quartoestava muito forte e estávamos com criança. Pedi para trocar de quarto e fui prontamente atendida e nos mudaram para um quarto bem melhor.

Quarto era confortável. Acredito que faltou um exaustor no banheiro. Camas boas, ar condicionado gelando. Ducha com boa temperatura também. Café da manhã sem variação, porém sempre bem abastecido e com boa qualidade. Estacionamento ágil e fácil pelo manobrista. Excelente localização. Forneceram sempre que necessário, garfos e facas descartáveis para fazermos refeição no quarto, que possui uma mesa e cadeiras. Tem uma piscina no último andar, que não chegamos a utilizar. Tudo ok com a estadia, voltaria com certeza.

Quarto alagado, pode parecer exagero mas infelizmente nao é, chegamos no quarto apos um temporal na cidade e o mesmo estava completamente alagado molhando inclusive alguns peças de roupa que estavam no armario. Pessoal do hotel apenas mudou o nosso quarto, nao ajudou em nada na mudança, e as roupas molhadas foram apenas secadas e devolvidas. Nem pedido de desculpa, nem lavadas as roupas. Descaso total. Cafe da manha bem limitado. É comum cheiro de mofo nos quartos devidos as infiltrações. Cofres com defeito. Roupa de cama nao sao trocadas diariamente

Minha experiência no Hotel Ibis de Balneário Camboriú foi extremamente negativa e frustrante.
O hotel claramente não tem estrutura para lidar com lotação, especialmente em período de alta temporada. O atendimento é desorganizado e ineficiente.
Sobre a limpeza do quarto:
Meu filho ficou no quarto 264 e solicitou três vezes a ida de uma camareira para arrumação. Simplesmente não compareceram. Em alguns dias, a limpeza não foi feita. Não sei se falta funcionário ou treinamento, mas o serviço é péssimo.
O ponto mais grave foi a falta total de segurança.
O hotel não possui segurança na entrada, não há controle de quem entra ou sai. Em um dos dias, uma pessoa de fora entrou no hotel, chegou até o segundo andar com clara intenção de assaltar hóspedes e tentar entrar nos quartos.
Foram outros clientes que perceberam a situação e alertaram os colaboradores, que sequer haviam notado a entrada dessa pessoa.
Meu filho precisou descer com esse indivíduo e expulsá-lo do hotel, pois não havia nenhum segurança. O homem estava com uma bolsa — não sabíamos se havia arma — e aparentava estar drogado.
Uma funcionária da recepção ainda subiu com eles no elevador, colocando a própria vida, a dos hóspedes e a do meu filho em risco. Um absurdo.
Solicitamos que chamassem a polícia, mas isso não foi feito. Não houve suporte, acompanhamento ou qualquer medida efetiva após o ocorrido. A situação foi simplesmente ignorada.

Meu filho precisou descer com esse indivíduo e expulsá-lo do hotel, pois não havia nenhum segurança. O homem estava com uma bolsa — não sabíamos se havia arma — e aparentava estar drogado.
Uma funcionária da recepção ainda subiu com eles no elevador, colocando a própria vida, a dos hóspedes e a do meu filho em risco. Um absurdo.
Solicitamos que chamassem a polícia, mas isso não foi feito. Não houve suporte, acompanhamento ou qualquer medida efetiva após o ocorrido. A situação foi simplesmente ignorada.

No primeiro dia, fui tomar banho e o chuveiro não esquentava de jeito nenhum, fui na recepção e após constatarem os fatos, trocaram-me de quarto. No quarto novo, o chuveiro era bem bom, porém o telefone a TV smart não conectava o WiFi, então não consegui conectar os streaming e o telefone também não estava funcionando, todas as vezes que ia pedir algo ou perguntar tinha que descer. Estive hospedado neste hotel em 09/2025. O Hotel Ibis Styles BC é bem interessante, um mergulho no mundo do Fusca. Já na recepção encontramos toda temática deste clássico e simpático automóvel. O atendimento na recepção foi super cordial, atendendo nosso pedido de quarto silencioso e checkin antecipado. Os Quartos são bem amplos e os de fundos são bem silenciosos. Minha estadia foi super tranquila e não tivemos problemas com ruídos.. O Banheiro possui amenites e bom chuveiro (boa pressão e super quente). No quarto tem frigobar (vazio), TV com canais a cabo, cofre e bom colchão, além da bela decoração temática de fusca. O hotel conta com uma piscina na cobertura (adulto e infantil), que utilizei e achei bem atrativa nos dias de calor A piscina não é aquecida.. Também utilizamos o restaurante do hotel que só funciona a noite. De temática Italiana, o cardápio é bem variado, o preço justo e aprovamos os pratos, principalmente as massas. O atendimento no restaurante foi muito solicito (agradecemos ao Sr. Robson pela cordialidade). O café da manhã é ótimo com grande variedade de frutas, bolos, bebidas, pães e croissant. Estacionamento tem taxa, conforme já informado ao efetuar reserva. A localização é muito boa em BC, perto de bons restaurantes, mercados e lavanderia ao lado. Fica a 2 min á pé da praia. No geral, o Hotel é muito bom e surpreendente e vale apena o custo benefício. Recomendo!

Não recomendo ficar no ultimo andar, pois tem quartos que é insuportável o barulho do motor do elevador de serviço funcionando pelo dia inteiro. Pedi pra me realocarem de andar e a equipe foi muito atenciosa ao atender e me transferir ao 1°. Lá tava tudo tranquilo, mas se não tivesse outro quarto eu iria mudar de hotel.

Gostei do hotel, acho que poderia ter mais opções de quartos família, com opções de cama de casal e solteiro na mesma acomodação. Com relação ao serviço de manobrista, os mesmos tem que ter mais cuidado na hora de puxar o freio de estacionamento. De resto o hotel é muito bom, num ótimo lugar.
