Beware, if you are of the ones that wake up easily with any noise, then stay away and look elsewhere. You can basically hear ANY noise from the halls. Any person talking, walking you will hear it, very noisy. As for the Internet, connecting from the room was always impossible because the closest router had a issue with the login page. We reported this countless times and the response we had was \"please go to the lobby to connect\". Yeah sure that I will get up from the bed at 1AM to go to the lobby and connect. On the contrary, I really liked the breakfast buffet, by far the best one even when compared with other more expensive hotels around the area.

Great hotel good staff, pool area, quiet but close location, tours and good breakfast.

Negatives not many of the staff speak any English. My air conditioning didn't work. The bed was small and uncomfortable.

I would stay again. Will to practice my Portuguese.

No geral gostei bastante do Hotel, o quarto é espaçoso, só deixou a desejar um pouco na limpeza, mas nada absurdo. O café da manhã bem servido, mas passei cinco dias e todos os dias foram as mesmas coisas, poderiam oferecer pelo menos uma opção diferente a cada dia, Os funcionários da recepção são gentis e prestativos.
Recomendo e com certeza irei voltar outras vezes.

Gostamos muito dos quartos. Espaçoso. Banheiro limpo e aquele banho quente que agrada muito. Isso sem falar no café da manhã... o melhor que já vimos e experimentamos em hotéis que ficamos.
Só sentimos falta de uma água um pouco mais quente na hidromassagem. Ficamos pouco porque sentimos frio. Mas nada que desabone o hotel. Foi em um dia de manutenção e entendemos se este for o motivo.
Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar lá em nosso retorno a BC.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. O único problema foi a lâmpada do teto e de uma das arandelas que não apagavam totalmente. Pedi para desligarem a do teto e coloquei uma toalha na arandela. Algo bem diferente, mas tentaram resolver. Os funcionários são muito educados e diligentes.

Atendimento super incrível dos funcionários, São muito queridos. Este é o grande diferencial do hotel: as pessoas maravilhosas e super profissionais. Agradeço de todo coração o serviço de alta qualidade que esses profissionais entregam. Quarto confortável, cama muito boa, chuveiro muito bom, limpeza pode melhorar, café da manhã na média, produtos medianos, sucos poderiam ser melhores, parecem refresco. O hotel é bom, porém fomos em época que estava muito frio e o quarto não tem aquecimento. O ar condicionado só funciona na função frio, os cobertores eram finos, então passamos um pouco de frio a noite. De resto é ok, o café da manhã é bom e o serviço de limpeza também é feito todos os dias.

Hotel velho e que definitivamente não compensa o valor cobrado. Quarto apertado e banheiro extremamente pequeno e velho. Pia minúscula. Nunca fiquei num hotel tão ruim.
Ainda tem um sistema que desliga o ar condicionado do nada, num quarto com janela minúscula. Alegam ser um sensor de janela aberta, mas o ar parava e só voltava dez minutos depois
Café da manhã foi o menor pior, mas ainda assim abaixo da crítica com sucos ruins, pães secos e bolos idem.
Atendimento frio, pareciam nada interessados no hóspede, mais preocupados em fumar do lado de fora.

Escolham outro, com certeza tem várias outras opções melhores

Para quem curte praia shopping e piscina

Eu meu esposo e filha de 15 anos achamos ótimo. O Hotel é exatamente como as fotos mostram.Para quem quer curtir praia, shopping e depois quer descansar em um lugar confortável e ainda relaxar na piscina ou na banheira de hidromassagem é tudo de bom.Atendimento prestativo, café da manha bem sortido se for ate as 9:00 hs. Da para ir a pé no shopping e praia.Recebemos uma cartinha super fofa de despedida e um 1 litro de água de cortesia. O frigobar é vazio ai você pode abastecer ele de acordo com sua preferência e comprando onde quiser.

O hotel é extremamente limpo e organizado.
Ao chegar já fui surpreendida com um mimo pela equipe, água e chocolates no quarto.
O café da manhã é delicioso, uma variedade de frutas, bolos, tortas, sucos, tem opção até para os intolerantes a lactose e gluten.
A sala de jogos e o espaço com piscina, são limpos e organizados.

O hotel é muito bom, ótimo café da manhã, com variedades de sucos e opção de lanches sem glúten e sem lactose. A localização é muito boa e silenciosa (fui no mês de agosto). Adorei a garrafa de água de cortesia no quarto e a possibilidade de recarregá-la no filtro do próprio hotel, pois é mais sustentável e econômico. Atendentes super educados e prestativos, nota 10!

Muy lindo hotel en zona céntrica de camboriu, el trato del personal fue muy amable, el desayuno muy rico la limpieza de la habitación impecable. 3 cuadras de la playa, a 1 cuadra del shopping. Lo único para mejorar es que se escucha mucho el afuera desde la habitación. Mucho ruido en el pasillo, pero en gral muy recomendable

Excelente hotel

Fomos muito bem atendidos e orientados desde o check-in até o check-out. Funcionários educados e simpáticos, o hotel tem uma boa localização no centro da cidade. A piscina interna aquecida nos surpreendeu. Só a “academia” que na verdade é uma sala fitness com 3 esteiras e par de peso só, precisa ser descrita no anúncio da maneira que realmente é. Café da manhã excelente. Ficamos felizes e satisfeitos.

Hotel com um café da manhã excelente

Os rececionistas não foram tão receptivos tornando o checkin um pouco demorado! O quarto era bom mas sentimos falta de ganchos para pendurar as roupas no banheiro! A limpeza foi perfeita e o café da manhã sensacional! Usamos a hidro e achamos que poderia estar mais limpa! Há um ótimo comércio mercado e restaurantes próximos! Jantamos duas noites na casa das sopas! Ótimo custo benefício! Pena que o tempo não ajudou!

De positivo:
Pessoal muito solícito e simpático.
Toalhas para a praia.
Estacionamento externo espaçoso, porém aberto.
Limpeza dos quartos e do hotel em geral.
Localização excelente, junto ao centro e próximo à praia.
O café é bom, ótimos bolos e sanduíches.

A melhorar:
Dar ajuda na retirada das malas do carro para colocar no carrinho.
O pão de queijo do café estava seco por dentro, todos os dias, mesmo quando recém feito. Também algumas torradas estavam frias.
O ar condicionado fica junto às camas e assim fica desconfortável receber o ar frio.

Pontos fortes: Hotel muito limpo, bem conservado, bom atendimento de todo staff. Quarto espaçoso, chuveiro e cama ótimos. Café da manhã gostoso com tudo fresquinho. Localização muito boa, próximo ao shopping Atlântico, acesso fácil a praia. Estacionamento próprio disponível. Hotel possui copa com microondas, chaleira elétrica, liquidificador. Máquina de café na recepção.

Pontos que podem ser desfavoráveis: os próprios hóspedes precisam carregar suas bagagens (para idosos ou famílias com crianças pequenas isso pode ser um inconveniente bastante grande). Apesar da rua não ser tão movimentada, a região é bem barulhenta, em frente ao hotel há um bar com música ao vivo bem alta todas as noites, ficamos no 7⁰ andar e a porta do banheiro fechada ajudava a abafar um pouco o som, porém, nos andares mais baixos imagino que o barulho possa incomodar bem mais. Os elevadores são pequenos, mas são rápidos - levamos uma mala grande para toda família e foi preciso leva- la empurrando até o quarto, pois deitada no carrinho ela não passava pela porta do elevador.

No geral gostamos muito do hotel, recomendamos e voltaríamos a ficar nele.

Ótima estadia!

Hotel bem localizado (2 quadras da praia central) ótima estrutura, café da manhã bem farto, piscina aquecida e banheiras de hidro cobertas, o que permitia o uso inclusive em dias mais frios ou de chuva. Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários.

Atendimento excelente.

Atendimento foi excelente, o quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é ótimo, o que deixou a desejar foi o barulho, principalmente de portas batendo e coisas caindo ao chão no período da manhã e também o elevador que estava sempre cheio e demorando bastante.

Ótimo custo x benefício!

Hotel com ótimo custo x benefício! Localização é boa. Quartos sempre limpos e arrumados, café da manhã é bom - atende super bem. Só deixa a desejar no quesito do estacionamento. É cobrado por dia, o estacionamento coberto é muito apertado e o do terreno ao lado que são deles não tem cobertura. Preferi deixar o carro na rua do que pagar o estacionamento.
