Cama de casal era 2 de solteiro juntada , horrível, cheiro de mofo muito muito forte, era de sufocar , vazamento no banheiro por causa do chuveiro, quartos , elevador , tudo muito velho , antigo e cheirando mofo. Um horror.

Pedí pra fazer a troca mas não me deram outro quarto, tenho asma e só fiquei pq tomei medicamentos. O café da manhã é bem simples e os funcionários totalmente sem empatia. E o elevador é pré histórico e quase não dá pra usar de tanto q cheira mofo, eu fazia uso das escadas pra não morrer asfixiada lá dentro. Não recomendo! O preço é bom mas se todos os quartos forem iguais ao meu, realmemte não compensa. Mas a localização é muito boa.

Reservei quarto com 2 camas, tinha apenas 1de casal, ficaram de trocar o quarto, saí por volta das 09h e retornei ás 21h, falaram que haviam acrescentado a cama e ao chegar no quarto continuava a mesma.
Pedi para resolver o problema e simplesmente não responderam nada, tivemos que nos virar e dormir em uma cama pequena com colchão péssimo!
Reservei quarto com 2 camas, tinha apenas 1de casal, ficaram de trocar o quarto, saí por volta das 09h e retornei ás 21h, falaram que haviam acrescentado a cama e ao chegar no quarto continuava a mesma.
Pedi para resolver o problema e simplesmente não responderam nada, tivemos que nos virar e dormir em uma cama pequena com colchão péssimo!

Lamentável entregar ao hospede uma suite com espelho quebrado, banheira pior que de borracheiro, assento sanitário não condizente com a bacia e tubulação de água aparente pelo chão do banheiro. O pior, a reserva foi feita para família, contendo criança. Além de teto com mancha de vazamento do piso superior e rolos de papel higiênico com sinais de sujeira. Ao solicitar troca fui atendido, mas o \"migué\" fica ai para os que aceitarem. Não retornarei nem de graça e pensarei 2x ao fazer reserva através do hotels.com. Fotos estão disponíveis, porém o aplicativo não está carregando-as.

Razoável. O hotel é antigo e precisa de reforma principalmente nas instalações sanitárias onde ainda existe bidê alem da rede elétrica. Ficamos sem energia por alguns minutos. As portas também precisam ser trocadas. O café da manhã não tem variedade e os itens acabam bem antes do horário de término. Não recomendo para viagem em família com crianças.
