Quarto estava limpo no geral, porém a hidromassagem estava com um pouco de sujeira, precisava de uma limpeza melhor, eu acho, outro ponto, o ramal do quarto não estava funcionando corretamente, tentava ligar para recepção ou restaurante e não funcionava, tive que ligar pelo meu celular. Atendimento do hotel estava muito bom, todas as informações de fácil acesso.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Great staff who were helpful, very comfortable and well-kept room, nice decor, and the breakfast was exceptional. The proximity to the beach and restaurants made everything accessible.

Já ficamos várias vezes neste hotel. Nesta estadia, tudo conforme esperado: boa recepção, clareza nas informações, rapidez.

Tivemos que solicitar mudança de quarto devido ao cheiro de cigarro - fomos atendidos prontamente.

Café da manhã farto. Boa localização. Serviço de estacionamento por R$ 39 a diária com serviço de vallet.

O que não foi bom: travesseiros, precisam novos - e o custo de uma água mineral do frigobar - R$ 11,00 por garrafinha é demais.

Ainda assim, continuamos recomendado como uma boa opção em BC. Se der fique nos apartamentos com 22m2 para ter um pouco mais de comforto.

Usaria o termo \"Por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento\". Péssima situação do quarto. Pontos de mofo em todo bom do colchão. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Exaustor do banheiro não funciona. Tampa do vaso, solta. Vaso sanitário sem funcionar corretamente. Ao dar descarga a água vem até a borda do vaso e não se esgota. Resumindo, jamais poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas, tão pouco cobrar por isso. Único ponto positivo (Em partes) foi café da manhã que, apesar do pão francês ser requentado, ainda tinha uma boa variedade de itens. Triste para um hotel que se diz de alto padrão, que se apresenta muito bem por fora, mas que não condiz a realidade por dentro.

I checked in for 3 days and the FD agent was rude. The room was dingy and asked for extra towels and never got them. I had to ask another agent to get them. Had a family emergency and had to leave the next day and asked the FD to check out early and cancel the 2 nights. The FD agent said that they will charge me for the remaining 2 nights. I work in the hotel business for 25 years and my partner is a lawyer so I know what they are doing is illegal. Called Hotels.com and spoke to an agent who was amazing!!! She reassured me that I will get a refund for my 2 nights. She tried calling the front desk and speak with the manager and got no answer. We checked out that morning and i asked to speak to the manager and the front desk agent said he is in a meeting. But she was able to talk to him on the phone which means they are lying. I told the agent that hotels.com agent said I will be refunded and that I am only paying for one night and checking out! She was rude and the manager didn't want to talk to me. Please refund me my 2 nights and I must say that the agent for hotels.com was amazing. Since I work for Marriott International for 24 years I will definitely recommend this site. But please deal with this hotel management. They are terrible. Thank you!

Awesome hotel in Balneário Camboriú

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It is a great hotel just a block away from the beach. Breakfast is relly good, and rooms are very clean and confortable. The staff is amazing, and also the hotel manager Henrique.

Hotel room is very good and breakfast delicious. But the hotel lobby it’s a little small and the elevators are too slow. Also there was a lack of hand sanitizer. Hotel location is good, 5 min walking to the beach.

Good Hotel, but no Privacy on Tub

The picture doesn't show, but the room with the bath tub/jacuzzi is on the first floor, thus you will not have any privacy if want to use it. All other rooms have the window pointing at you, which makes it pretty much useless, unless you like being watched. Other than that everything is fine, corridor was hot (maybe ac off due to pandemic) and furniture could be newer, but it's alright.

Very small room

This hotel is very beatiful outside and reception.
But the room is very small, the bed is very poor, and AC IS VERY string for the room size.

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas saimos 1 dia antes porque não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Camareira sempre estava para limpar por volta das 16:00, hora que dormimos. Desta forma, solicitei na Recepção e não adiantou, desisti e fui embora mesmo podendo ficar mais um dia.

Minha experiência foi bem ruim com o hotel, equipe despreparada para receber grupos de excursão e que tiraram a tranquilidade do hotel.
Quarto não foi limpo mesmo sendo solicitado através da luz acesa na porta conforme procedimento do hotel.
Café da manhã caótico e madrugada nem preciso dizer….
Um hotel com knowhow com Slaviero deveria ser melhor preparado para receber excursões e manter a “ordem”.

Por ser um imóvel de praia, a manutenção devido aos efeitos da maresia deve ser reforçada. Deixamos roupas de banho penduradas no banheiro mas ficaram manchadas de ferrugem. O hotel entendeu a situação e nos ressarciu do valor gasto na peça danificada, o que nos deixou muito satisfeitos. No restante nada a reclamar

Bom hotel - mas fiquei no prédio anexo

Quarto limpo. Porem fiquei num predio anexo. Onde os quartos são inferiores aos que ja fiquei no mesmo hotel. Nao tive opcao de compra antecipada do cafe da manha. Nesta quaeto familia do predio anexo: É bem menor que o quarto do predio principal e com Moveis mais antigos. BIOMBO no box do banheiro!!???

Precisa haver melhoras

Desta oportunidade tivemos vários dissabores. Chegamos início da noite no quarto vários itens como toalhas, mantas e cobertores faltavam. o telefone não funcionava. Tivemos que trocar de quarto. Sem falar que pela manhã havia barulho de construção vizinha, informação sonegada no site. Nos próximos dias itens de quarto ainda faltavam.

Razoável. O ar condicionado do quarto era barulhento. Janela do banheiro suja. Quarto pouco iluminado. Os corredores do hotel são muito escuros. Os elevadores demoram muito. O café da manhã é bom, mas com poucas mesas e o buffet mal posicionado. Ninguém ajuda com as malas e a chegada no hotel é complicada, pois não há um recuo, nem tinha lugar na frente, para descarregar o carro.

No geral foi boa. Mas, na recepção com as malas foi péssimo. Eu, minha filha e neta tivemos que nos virar, para retirar malas e demais bagagens do carro e levar até o quarto. Tivemos que solicitar, edredons, reposição de shampoo, condicionador e toalhas.
