The beach hotel is located 150 metres from the sea, in the northern coast of Catarina State, in the south of Brazil. It offers an excellent location, just 2 blocks from the beach and near to bars, restaurants and shops.

Beto Carrero World park is approximately 3 km from the beach hotel and Unipraias park is around 2 km away. Renovated in 2009, this cosy 2-star hotel offers 163 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and lift access.

Further facilities include a games room, TV lounge, children's playground (fees apply) and a café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, a laundry service, car park and garage.

Very poor and bad breakfast. There is no prevention for COVID. All staff with no mask. It was expected the employees from the kitchen using masks but they don't. Other hotels are using disposable plastic gloves for guests to serve. This hotel has nothing, besides the poor quality of the food in it's breakfast. Definitely will not recommend. If you are concern with family health, stay away

O quarto não condizia com o que mostrava nas fotos. NÃO tinha uma única tomada acessível para carregar celular. E a recepção pouco fez empenho em ajudar. Fui obrigado a mexer a cama e dormir colado no frigobar. Mas a recepção foi empática ao estender meu checkin porque entrei de manhã por um atraso na viagem. para poder carreimeu aparelho.

O hotel cobra mais o menos 40 reais por diária do estacionamento e eles ficam com a chave do carro e tem que pedir sempre que for usar pra buscarem o carro. E sempre demora!!! Eu reservei um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro, porém eles me entregaram outro quarto! Menor! E ficou por isso. Outra coisa eles não me deram nota fiscal sobre as diárias que paguei do estacionamento, me ofereceram apenas um comprovante simples. Hotel barulhento. Café da manhã muito razoavel

Hotel razoável, com estrutura bem antiga, box do banheiro extremamente pequeno e chuveiro ruim. Café da manhã razoável, sem muitas opções e muito lotado. Poderia ser melhor, mais até que foi bom.

O hotel é bom para o que se propoe. Quarto amplo, limpo chuveiro bom. Entretanto a tv nao era. So 2 canais de filme e mesmo assim nem sempre funcionavam.
Achei muito estranho cortarem as bananas pela metade, com casca. Disseram que era para nao levarem do refeitorio.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência em nossa estadia, nosso quarto inundou, pois, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, vazou agua pelo quarto todo e também no corredor do hotel. Muito barulho de outros hospedes, pareciam estar arrastando camas dentro no nosso quarto desde às 6h da manhã de domingo. Vaga para garagem cobrada a parte, e toalhas para utilizar na piscina também com cobrança extra. Louças para utilizar na hora do café da manhã estavam sujas. Foi uma experiência frustrante.

Hotel bonito por fora , comprei um standard e ganhei um upgrade para quarto Classic, porém cheirava forte mofo. A aérea do chuveiro minúscula , mal dava pra se mexer, ainda saia água pra fora molhando todo o banheiro. Quarto com frigobar , ar condicionado. Piscina aquecida. Estacionamento a parte em 41,00 a diária . Próximo a mercado, restaurante, farmácia , no mais um hotel normal sem grandes diferenciais, vale pela localização.

O hotel atende pelo preço e localização. Café da manha muito bom, dos dias que eu fui, normalmente as 9h da manha, percebi uma reposição dos alimentos melhor do que nos dias que fui por volta das 7h30 - 8h.

Hotel atendeu as nossas necessidades, a cama de casal era confortável, a das crianças nem tanto.
No banheiro eu não gostei do fato de ter encontrado cabelos no azulejos de hóspedes anterior, por isso achei que deixou a desejar.
Café da manhã mediano, o homem da recepção demonstrava aparência de mau humor praticamente todos os dias que passamos por lá, nem um pouco simpático.

Hotel muito bom, recepcionistas cordiais sempre com bom humor, café da manhã muito bom com varias opções, parte que deixa a desejar sala de jogos o fliperama tinha que ser de graça 2,00 por ficha muito caro, estacionamento deveria fazer parte do pacote 40 reas por dia puxado e por último box do banheiro muito apertado alguém maior nao caberia.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com atendimento excelente, no cafe da manha deixou um pouco a desejar? Pães sempre duros era quase impossivel comer, poucas opções de frutas, a cama aluguei um quarto com cama de casal, porem percebi que eram 2 camas de solteiros juntas, onde a mola estava pessima ao deitar fazia um buraco. Nossa experiência no Hamburgo poderia ter sido melhor. Porém, o box do banheiro estava vazando uma grande quantidade de água, informamos na recepção, porém não foi solucionado. Todos os dias precisamos pedir toalhas para poder secar a água. Tomadas estavam caindo da parece. Sem contar que no check-in foi feito 1:45 depois do horário previsto.

Atendimento péssimo, tanto na chegada, como na saída, isso que sou categoria ouro deste site hotels, a vários anos, e esperamos dois ônibus (adolescentes) fazer o checkout, pensa na fila, além de não ter de forma clara o valor da diária do estacionamento 42reais o dia, não recomendo este hotel.
