The room was great, clean, and with 3 chocolates waiting for me! Breakfast was good, with enough space for a lot of people, and the location was great, very close to the beach. The staff was welcoming, and there’s a small market nearby, so you don’t have to dine out every day of your stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Equipe da recepção muito educada e prestativa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso além das colaboradoras que cuidam da limpeza e organização do salão serem muito simpáticas e educadas. Em relação a limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas, todas extremamente brancas e parecendo novas. Observações a fazer: ar condicionado de janela extremamente barulhento. E a equipe da limpeza já faz movimentos de limpeza antes das 8h da manhã, poderiam ser ou mais silenciosas ou iniciar a partir das 8h.

O café da manhã é muito bom, bem completo. Os funcionários são bem educados e cordiais no atendimento. Entretanto, tivemos um problema no quarto, no ralo da pia subia um odor quase que fétido, tivemos que colocar uma sacola com uma garrafa de água para que não sentíssemos o odor. Também tem uma pulseira para acessar o quarto, que em caso de perda o hospede tem que pagar 150 reais, considero um pouco abusivo, já que você chega e é obrigado a assinar um termo de reponsabilidade onde concorda em pagar o valor em caso de perda. A escolha pela pulseira é do hotel, se é cômodo e seguro para eles então o valor não deveria ser cobrado caso o hospede perca. A pulseira fica bem fixa, mas sempre há o risco. Os elevadores balançam, mas acreditamos que havia alguma reforma em andamento.

Achei a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, na vdd so arrumam as camas, ficamos pisando em areia os dias todos dentro do quarto. Razoavel, havia reforma no andar que era impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia, um dos elevadores quebraram ai passamos a dividir o elevador com materias de construção. O quarto que me colocaram era ao lado do deposito do andar que nao é agradavel. O cafe da manha é bom mas há uma norma constrangedora de que se quisermos sair comendo o pão seria cobrado a parte. Nunca tinha visto isso em outros locais que me hospedei.

Pode se dizer que é um bom hotel. Vou dizer oque gostei e o que não gostei, café da manhã gostei, aliás muito bom , espaço legal pro café, tv boa tbm, as funcionárias do cafe são lentas , num dia tivemos que limpar a mesa para podermos sentar e tomar nosso cafe. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar ,mas nada tão ruim assim . Agora a lenda do hotel são os elevadores, meu deus do céu , pequenos e extremamente demorados, um dia ficamos 10 minutos esperando no nosso andar (5°) e é o dia todo assim , lento demais. Quero citar o funcionário Vinícius da recepção, muito gente boa ele.

POSITIVO:
1-Os colaboradores são todos muito atenciosos e solícitos, desde as camareiras até os recepcionistas;
2- É muito bem localizado;
3- A limpeza é impecável;
4- Um dos melhores cafés da manhã comparado a hotéis do mesmo porte na região (surpreendeu).
NEGATIVO:
1- Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, o ruído interno era alto demais;
2- Não tem isolamento acústico na janelas, mesmo no quarto 606 que se localiza no oitavo ou nono andar, o barulho externo entra no quarto com muita facilidade, o que, somado ao barulho interno do ar condicionado, você não terá facilidade para dormir, inclusive, torna impossível assistir algo na televisão se o volume da mesma não estiver alto;
3- Quanto ao ruído externo, já fiquei em vários hotéis da mesma região, com a mesma proximidade da avenida, esse foi de longe o mais barulhento,
4- Na descrição do meu quarto estava descrito que havia máquina de café mas não tinha;
5- Estacionamento pago a parte, valor de R$ 60,00 (não estava no anúncio.
6- Além de não ter máquina de café no quarto, não existe a possibilidade de pedir café para o restaurante do hotel, estranhei, nunca tinha visto isso, se quiser algo precisa ir até uma cafeteria próxima, como sugestão, deveriam deixar uma máquina de café na recepção para que, aqueles que quiserem, possam comprar no hotel mesmo.

Não foi agradável, o lugar tem cheiro forte de mofo,ar condicionado velho,não gelava o quarto,o banheiro horrível,o barulho a noite da rua muito alto no quarto, somente dois elevadores para todos os hóspedes e sem ventilação. Mas resolveram o problema rapidamente quando precisei sair do hotel, isso preciso elogiar.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi mediana, com mais pontos negativos do que positivos. A localização é excelente, e o café da manhã é de boa qualidade, mas, infelizmente, esses são os únicos destaques positivos.
Os banheiros têm prateleiras desnecessárias que tornam o espaço pouco prático. O ar-condicionado é extremamente barulhento, atrapalhando o descanso, e as camas são desconfortáveis, o que compromete a qualidade do sono.
O maior problema, porém, foram os elevadores. Com capacidade para apenas quatro pessoas, frequentemente era necessário esperar muito tempo para conseguir utilizá-los, o que se tornou bastante inconveniente, especialmente em horários de maior movimento.
Além disso, o isolamento acústico do hotel é ruim, e o barulho constante vindo da rua dificulta o descanso.
No geral, apesar de alguns pontos positivos, não recomendaria este hotel para quem busca conforto e tranquilidade.

Quarto barulhento. Não tinha isolamento acústico adequado. Não havia uma mesinha de cabeceira e o telefone ficava em cima da cama. Chão sujo. Um elevador teve defeito e passamos o fds com apenas 1, que comportava 4 pessoas. Usamos a escada na maioria das vezes. Na área kids, havia uma janela aberta, com rede arrebentada. No quarto, o ar e chuveiro não estavam funcionando, mas após relatarmos foi resolvido. O atendimento no check in foi bom, porém fora isso, os funcionários pouco te olham, vc entra e sai do hotel e ninguém levanta a cabeça para te cumprimentar.

O Wifi nao funciona, o quarto do 1 andar 105 absorve todo barulho da rua , o ar condicionado támbem faz um barulho imenso durante a noite , o check-in o horário de entrada nao foi respeitado, era pra entrar as 14horas, fiquei esperando ate as 15 horas para liberação do quarto, sendo que cheguei no hotel as 11horas, mas a limpeza do quarto é otima, o cafe da manhã também é otimo ,mas precisa arrumar o Wifi que nao funciona, ainda falei na recepção, o funcionário disse que funciona sim , achei que ele ia fazer algo mas nada fez , sempre estou por ai em caravanas no gideoes e final de ano , mas esse ano resolvi ficar ai , mas infelizmente nao atingiu minha expectativa, em relação ao valor que foi pago, se arrumarem a internet, respeitarem o horário de check-in , e arrumar esse ar condicionado barulhento , fica com nota 10,

Vinha programando essa viagem há algum tempo. Encontrei a acomodação no hotels.com e fiz a reserva de um quarto quadruplo luxo, com duas camas de casal.
Chegando no hotel, fiz o checkin e fui com minha família para o quarto.

Hotel com ótima localização, boa limpeza e excelente café da manhã. O estacionamento é em outro local, mas o pessoal do hotel busca e leva o carro até lá (45,00 a diária). O que deixou um pouco a desejar pra mim foi que os elevadores são pequenos (com família e bagagem é necessário duas viagens), e o barulho (que vem da rua, já que a cidade estava cheia, e também de outros hóspedes falando alto no corredor e batendo as portas). Como estávamos com um bebê que dorme cedo, o barulho nos atrapalhou bastante, ainda mais que fomos colocados em um quarto perto do elevador e também da sala com os materiais de limpeza, acho que isso poderia ser melhor avaliado por quem maneja as reservas. Fora isso tive uma ótima experiência com a acomodação.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à orla (Avenida Atlântica), com farto comércio e restaurantes nas proximidades. É um pouco distante do local na orla onde se concentram os bares e restaurantes (cerca de 15 minutos a pé), mas o trajeto é bem tranquilo, seja pela Avenida Brasil, seja pela Avenida Atlântica. Uber também é barato, cerca de R$10/15,00. O café da manhã é muito bom, completo e a internet também é boa. O quarto é espaçoso, mas senti falta de uma mesa/escrivaninha ou algo similar para uso do notebook, pelo tamanho do quarto, há espaço. Outro ponto negativo do quarto é o ar condicionado, que é antigo e barulhento. O check-out é às 11:00 horas, diferente do que ocorre na maioria dos hotéis, o que é um ponto negativo, mas no geral, o hotel é bem satisfatório.

O atendimento do hotel é excelente, com alguns mimos, chocolate na chegada e na saída, o quarto luxo é relativamente pequeno.O banheiro atende bem, com um bom chuveiro, bancada e ducha higiênica. Achei o colchão muito mole, solicitei a troca e fui atendida com a troca de quarto, onde a cama possuia um colchão menos macio. Como sugestão, possuir alguns quartos com colchão mais firme.

O hotel cumpre o que promete para quem viaja a lazer e pretende desfrutar da cidade de balneário ou das cidades vizinhas como Blumenau, pomerode, Penha (Beto Carrero). O quarto apesar de antigo tinha cama muito confortável. O café da manhã é bem variado e muito bom de verdade. A área de lazer do hotel também é boa, principalmente pra quem viaja como crianças. Ah, e o hotel tem várias áreas instagramaveis super legais.
