Cuidado com a eletricidade
A estadia foi okay, mas quando coloquei meu celular pra carregar levei um choque enorme, queimou a tomada e meu carregador e ainda quase me machuquei. Comuniquei a recepção e ela disse que iria contatar o gerente e nada foi retornado até agora. O hotel ficou de cobrir com os gastos do carregador e até agora nada, nem um pedido de desculpa ou explicação, Cuidado com q eletricidade desse hotel. Não ficarei nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Excelente localização muito perto da praia, restaurantes, cafeterias e lojas ao redor, com uma ótima movimentação comercial durante q noite/madrugada mesmo nos dias do meio da semana. Café da manhã com boas opções e reposição frequente, quarto limpo e equipe atenciosa. A única insatisfação foi o local do box do chuveiro que era muito apertado. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

O ar condicionado ficava com o ar direcionado sobre a cama, as cadeiras/guarda sol e itens d praia precisavam ser levadas para o quarto o que sujava muito o quarto, somente dois elevadores com capacidade limitada o que demorava muito para locomoção, o café da manhã era ok, mas dois dias demorou para chegar os ovos, na primeira noite teve barulho nos corredores até às três da manhã, atentendes simpáticos, pessoal da limpeza simpáticos também, localização boa, cama boa.

Local do Box bem apertado, sem prateleira pra apoiar nada (sabonete/shampoo). Banheiro não tinha janela e/ou exaustor, não tinha bancada na pia, não dava pra apoiar nada. Banheiro bem antigo, tem até um bidê. No quarto não tem espelho, apenas um bem pequeno no banheiro. Café da manhã todos os dias as mesmas opções, nada saboroso.

Café da manhã simples mas adequado. Achei um pouco inconveniente entrar no quarto as 5 da manhã no check in e as 7:00 já receber um bilhete por baixo da porta para fazer o Check out. Não bastasse, recebi mensagem do celular e uma cantareira bateu na porta as 11:20... Faltou bom senso. Entreguei o quarto antes das 12, mas fui informada que tinha que sair às 11.

No anúncio fala em estacionamento disponível. Chegando no checkin fomos informados por duas colaboradoras, grosseiras, que não havia vagas disponíveis. Mas, que haveriam estacionamentos “conveniados” só no nome, pois, vc paga. Iríamos deixar o hotel e procurar outro, o Gerente de prenome Cristian, salvo engano, veio nos atender e perguntou se eu desejava arriscar estacionar o veículo no estacionamento do hotel. Disse que sim. Surpresa ! Várias vagas no estacionamento do hotel e estavam querendo obrigar a colocar o veículo em outro estacionamento. Paguei pelo uso do estacionamento do hotel. As duas colaboradoras, demonstrando total falta de profissionalismo, sequer nos cumprimentaram mais. Ponto positivo é a proximidade do local com a praia. Somente.

Localização para quem está a pé é o ponto forte desse hotel. Ele fica em um calçadão bem no centro, perto de tudo. Para quem vai de carro é um pouco chato por ficar em calçadão, estacionamento fica a umas 2 quadras do hotel. O hotel é bem barulhento, os quartos são nem simples, banheiro apertado no local de banho e pia muito pequena sem apoio para colocar pertences, ar condicionado muito barulhento também. Razoável, o armário todo feio e estofado, cortina velha aparência de mau lavada, fio do ar condicionado emendado bem visivel, banheiro com janela que não abria direito por ocnta de uma parede, a parede do quarto embolorada com bolas de descascado de tinta e sem contar o atendimento da recepção não forma nem um pouco atenciosos e também me cobraram o estacionamento 40,00 reais por diária, ou seja paguei R$ 80,00 sendo que o guia no quarto estava com o valor de R$ 30,00 a diária, achei uma tremenda falta de respeito com o hospede. Tirando as meninas da limpeza, super simpáticas.
