Hotel aparentemente recém reformado, o que passa uma boa impressão, porém deixa a desejar (e muito) no isolamento acústico dos quartos. Ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos outros quartos, de banho a descarga. Os travesseiros também poderiam ser melhores. Super finos e desconfortáveis.

Muito bom, atendimento muito cordial, pudemos usar o microondas do hotel, tinha toalha de piscina, piscina aquecida e hidromassagem. Já no quarto, chuveiro era muito bom, porém a cama eram três camas de solteiro, que juntaram duas pra fazer uma de casal, fomos em um casal e nossa filha, achamos que o quarto é um pouco escuro e da pra ouvir o barulho dos quartos e do corredor.

Quando Quando chegamos, não havia vaga disponível e nos orientaram a colocar em um estacionamento parceiro a umas duas quadras do hotel por R$ 60,00 por dia. Isso não foi legal, pois quando fizemos a reserva e nos programamos, calculamos 25,00 para a garagem por dia e não 60,00. Se soubéssemos disso, provavelmente teríamos procurado outro hotel.

A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi os canais de TV, pois eram muito ruins. Sugiro também lixeira nos quartos e touca de banho descartável (super barato e faz muita falta no hotel). Apesar desses pequenos detalhes, o custo x benefício é muito bom, RECOMENDO!

O Hotel não possuiu infraestrutura e as fotos deixam a desejar da realidade, porem é um hotel confortável com bom cafe da manha e com ótima localização. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Pontos negativos: lençol sem elástico o que deixa a cama desarrumada facilmente, garagem pequena e complicada principalmente pelo fato que o hospede tem que sair do carro e entrar a pe do hotel para solicitar que a garagem seja aberta.

A acústica dos quartos é terrível, ficamos em um quarto ao lado de um com crianças e pais muito barulhentos, nos acordavam todos os dias por volta das 6 da manhã, fizemos reclamação mas não adiantou.

Fomos bem recebidos pelos funcionários. O hotel é bem localizado e tem acesso às ruas 401 e 501. Bom café-da-manhã, embora certos itens demoram na reposição durante o horário de pico. O quarto em que ficamos possui sacada e gostamos da limpeza e arrumação do mesmo.
