Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great.

Algumas coisas estavam bem, alguns não…

There are some great things about this hotel, some mediocre things and some really bad things.

The good: it’s well-updated in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are basic and plain but you have everything you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated. There are some great amenities such as the kids’ playroom, the game room, and the piano downstairs. The staff was helpful and kind.

The bad: Elevators were a serious problem. The elevators are very small and it isn’t enough for the amount of people (and we visited in the off-season, in July). We were often waiting 20-30 minutes to get an elevator.
Breakfast was chaotic. Not really a big enough dining room for everyone. One day we had to wait 20+ minutes in line just to get a table… and we had already waited 30 minutes for an elevator. That was a real headache.
Valet parking was also a mess. On the day of our departure we requested the car in person at the reception desk. Waited 1.5 hours for our car to arrive in front of the hotel! We had a very long drive ahead of us and that was a very big problem. We were constantly asking the front desk when the car would arrive and we were told it was “almost there”… for an hour and a half. There is no excuse for that.
The pool… lots of mold and gunk around the tiles on the sides of the pool, and on the surrounding walls and ceilings. The pool itself is old and they have just replaced the pool deck tiles. Felt gross. Also the water was not warm enough.

Ponto a melhorar: isolamento acustico nas janelas do quarto é ruim.

When I was checking inn I was told I had to pay $30 extra for parking and $120 more because my wife was with me.
Don't stay here, find another hotel where they don't charge 2 stays for the same room. Crooks.

We like to stay here. The rooms are clean and updated. I think they just need to update the furniture in the lobby. The sofa in the back needs to be replaced. Also, the female receptionist needs to smile more and be a little nicer. I don't remember her name. The male receptionist otherwise were very nice. No complaints! Overall good stay! Also it's on block from the beach. Great breakfast!

Hotel com problemas de elevadores pequenos e não dão conta dos hóspedes filas e demoram muito. Meu quarto não funcionava o ar nem a Tv e não tinha telefone pra falar na recepção . Serviço péssimo na recepção . Valet demorava muito pra trazer o carro e o atendente disse que isso é de graça (na cabeça dele ) café da manhã filas de desorganizado. Entrei com meu filho de colo pois minha esposa já estava na mesa , o porteiro do café veio atrás d mim quase avançando perguntando mil coisas pra ver se eu poderia entrar . Resumindo : pior hotel pra se ficar em BC não se iludam , preços altos e péssimo tudo que pode ter

Excelente Hotel Plaza Balneário Camboriú, são 164 apartamentos/suítes dispostos em seus vários andares, hotel é amplo, moderno e organizado. O hotel está a alguns metros da praia central de Balneário de Camboriú. Os quartos são amplos, limpos, cheirosos, climatizados e modernos. O Banheiro grande com tudo que você precisa para um excelente banho. Existe estacionamento coberto (rotativo com manobrista no local pago). Na recepção, fui muito bem atendido, foi rápido e dinâmico, os atendentes me explicaram todos procedimentos do hotel. O elevadores facilitam a mobilidade dentro do hotel. No quarto existe, TV, Frigobar, cofre, armários, mesa de trabalho. No Banheiro, sabonete, shampoo, toalhas, secador de cabelo. Café da manhã muito bom, com uma grande variedade. A piscina coberta na Cobertura é muito boa. Acessibilidade para todas as pessoas. Com certeza tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel.
O hotel está muito bem localizado na Av. Brasil, 1410 - Centro, Balneário Camboriú - SC. Recomendo.

Sobre o café da manhã, poderia ter opção de leite vegetal e também de doces , bolos recheados zero açúcar e vegano, sou alérgica a proteína do leite e tinha apenas um bolo simples sem recheio e não era zero açúcar apenas zero lactose.
Sobre a parte da piscina aquecidas, escolhemos o hotel para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, por causa da piscina aquecidas, já que é época de inverno, porém, a água estava apenas morna, não sendo agradável, ficamos com frio e não tinha como ficar lá. Deixou a desejar nesses aspectos,

Eles não tem estacionamento próprio utilizando de terceiros. Além do valor ser alto demora muito para pegar o veículo quando precisamos chegando até 30min pra receber o carro. Pra mim isso deixa experiência do hotel muito ruim. Experiência tem que ser do início ao fim para receber um excelente.

Excelente Hotel !! Ótima localização, próximo à praia e várias lojas como se fosse um Shopping a céu aberto (as lojas abrem após as 10:00 horas). Quartos confortáveis e excelente café da manhã, com muita variedade de itens e, contando ainda, com a excelente e amável recepção acolhedora do Sandro! Ótimo Acesso à internet e excelente restaurante. Toda a equipe é super simpática, prestativa e atenciosa. Para as crianças tem o espaço Kids e piscina aquecida. Super indico.

O hotel é excelente, com estrutura moderna e quarto muito confortável. No entanto, alguns pontos merecem atenção: os elevadores são insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes e acabam sendo lentos, o que gera bastante espera. Muita vezes optamos por subir as escadas mesmo.

O chuveiro do quarto deixou a desejar, pois a água não passava do morno — o que foi um incômodo diante das baixas temperaturas na cidade.

O serviço de manobrista está disponível, mas a alta demanda torna o atendimento demorado; por isso, optamos por retirar o carro diretamente.

Por outro lado, o café da manhã é um destaque: variado, farto e com itens de qualidade.

Apesar dos pontos a melhorar, tive uma boa experiência e voltaria a me hospedar.

hotel muito bom, ótima localização, infra excelente, com quarto amplo e confortável, café da manhã fantástico. único ponto de sugestão é ampliar elevadores, pois possui somente 2 elevadores com capacidade máxima de 8 pessoas, para o hotel todo, é impossível, gerando muita fila no momento do rush no café da manhã ou check-out dos hóspedes. De resto, excelente e eu voltaria de novo com certeza.
