Hotel muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso. A localidade nem se fala. Lugar ótimo para passar as férias. Somente a arrumação do quarto e limpeza, muito mal feito pelas camareiras. Alguns dias deixei copo sujo de suco em cima da mesa, e ficou sujo no mesmo lugar. A arrumação da cama, parece que nem esticou o lençol. Fiquei 8 diárias e acredito que nenhum dia trocaram a roupa de cama. Fui olhar embaixo da cama, porque caiu uma caneta minha, meu Deus quanta sujeira. Aí fui perceber o motivo de todos os dias, acordar com minha renite atacada. Gostaria que a gerência observassem mais isso, para não prejudicar a rede Mercury que é tão boa.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem uma boa infraestrutura e opções de serviços. Porém, falta charme, instalações mais apraziveis. O quarto básico, pessoal profissional mas não atencioso, se resumindo ao tratamento polido e objetivo. Apesar do prédio do hotel ser beira-mar, a piscina fica enclausurada e sem vista para nada. O hotel está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a pontos de interesse da cidade. As instalações são limpas e bem cuidadas, e o café da manhã é bom. Ficamos em um quarto lateral, o que ajudou a evitar o barulho da rua. No entanto, a acústica interna deixa a desejar, foi possível ouvir bastante os ruídos vindos de outros hóspedes nos corredores e quartos vizinhos.

Ótimo hotel com péssima televisão.

Quase tudo ótimo, deixa a desejar com restaurante, a televisão é péssima, eles oferecem smart TV mais não deixam usar, e os poucos canais que oferecem sai péssimos. O telefone não funcionou.

No mais é muito bom e bem localizado, tem ótima piscina aquecida.

Problema todos os dias com as fechaduras digitais, ao reclamar transferem o problema ao hóspede. Café da manhã sempre a mesma coisa. Reservei quarto em andar alto e me deram no segundo andar, argumentei e falaram que estava lotado, minha reserva foi feita 4 meses antes. Decidi ir embora um dia antes, pedi algum crédito e desconversaram. Não gostei. Precisando de uma boa reforma

Incômodo no sono

Eu me incomodei nessa estadia. Hoje, por volta das 6:30 da manhã fui acordado com um barulho grande, que me parece ser do fluxo de água do chuveiro de outro apartamento. Um barulho intenso e muito incômodo que perturbou meu descanso.

Hotel tem uma localização excelente. De restante, deixa muito a desejar. Péssima relação custo-benefício.
A recepção tem um atendimento fraco, impessoal. Os elevadores são lentos e estão com problemas de manutenção. A pintura dos corredores estão gastas. A vista do mar anunciada é apenas parcial e como as janelas são basculantes e sujas você não tem uma vista legal (que seria a única vantagem de estar frente ao mar). O banheiro sequer tem porta toalhas para a toalha de rosto. Os quartos têm pouca estrutura (não tem cafeteira) e tem uma cama adicional que só atrapalha. O serviço de quarto é ruim e mesmo solicitando foi feito pela metade. As camas são boas e confortáveis
