We only stayed for one night, didn’t use much of the facilities they offer, so can’t comment much on them.
The room was pretty big, it does the job giving you a good night sleep. Breakfast was great, lots of kinds of bread, cake, cold/hot food, fresh juice and fruits.
The wifi however was horrible, the room we stayed has barely any signals, you need to be by the door to connect, and it disconnects constantly.

The location is definitely the best thing about this place. It’s close to shops and just a short walk to the beach, which made it really convenient. The room had a strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable, and the amenities were outdated. They also charge extra for parking. Breakfast was okay.

quarto horrível, ar condicionado sem funcionar, banheiro com chuveiro quebrado, a madrugada muito barulho no corredor, um verdadeiro inferno e ninguém do hotel faz nada. Para quem gosta de inferno eu recomendo esse hotel.

A localização do hotel é excelente, mas o ar era antigo e 100% barulhento, cheiro do quarto estranho, não era de limpeza...a mesa de vidro sobre o freegobar estava suja de poeira...as cortinas blackout eram pequenas e enrugava deixando a luz entrar...as portas dos quartos sao barulhentas ...a rua é bem barulhenta...colchoes e travesseiros moles...não tem onde pendurar as toalhas, num quarto pra 4 pessoas, academia abandonada, não pense em usar...local do cafe da manhã estava um forno de quente, com 2 ar condicionado enormes que não ligavam. E a garagem, 40 reias a diaria cobrada separado, na rua lateral do outro lado da rua descoberta. mas pela localização, custo benefício, e simplicidade, num geral gostamos...

Adoramos a estadia no hotel, muito educados, sempre com um sorriso enorme no rosto. No café não tem muita variedade de um dia pro outro normalmente muda uma coisa ou outra. A piscina aquecida poderia ser um pouco mais quentinha, mas isso é coisa de preferência também. Algumas placas estão só em espanhol como a do elevador sobre bolsas do café da manhã, só ficamos sabendo por exemplo quando falaram pra gente no primeiro dia. Algumas coisas estão precisando de uma pequena manutenção como alguns locais enferrujados e sem brilho. No mais sem maiores reclamações. Tudo de bom, adoramos nossa estadia e recomendariamos com essas ressalvas.

Hotel antigo mas razoavelmente conservado. Quanto à limpeza só elogios. A localização é excelente, podendo ir à praia a pé. Supermercado, farmácia, restaurante tudo perto. Possui uma boa sauna e piscina coberta aquecida. Todos funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Ao fazer check out os elevadores deram problema mas ao final deu tudo certo.

Pontos positivos:
- Check-in e check-out muito rápido, sendo os funcionários muito gentis e solícitos!
- Variedade de comodidades como piscina, sala de jogos, academia (uma pena que nossa estadia foi breve e não pudemos aproveitar como gostaríamos). Oferece toalha para usar na piscina
- Localização excelente, próximo de restaurantes, bares, shopping e próximo a praia.
- café da manhã com bastante variedade e o local é bem amplo, então tem espaço para todos os hóspedes comerem tranquilamente.
- Cama muito confortável, assim como travesseiros (nota 10). Roupa de cama limpa e aconchegante, assim como um travesseiro extra e um cobertor no armário além da manta.

Tive problemas com o quarto, muito barulho depois colocaram no outro quarto mesmo assim não resolveu problemas. Péssima qualidade a cama, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto e não foi trocada as toalhas. Não indico esse hotel para ninguém.

Os funcionarios muito simpaticos, as porções que pedimos nonquarto muito gostosas. Só não gostamos que pedidos para não limpar o quarto enquanto.... e quando voltamos, mesmo com o papel para não entrar na porta, o pessoal da limpeza entrou. E as cobertas eram de solteiro e nao de casal. E o elevador do hotel é muito antigo. Mas fora isso. Foi muito bom. E voltaríamos com certeza. O café da manhã também muito bom!

Experiência razoável. Não havia estacionamento disponível, conforme tinham me informarado. O carro passou a noite na rua. O wi-fi não funcionava, o chuveiro é muito fraco, sem pressão. Pia do banheiro entupida, água praticamente não descia.

Já tive problemas nos check-in.
Me cobrarão o valor da estadia novamente e falarão q o q paguei no site seria estornado e até agora não aconteceu . Sa dão op de parcelamento com valor maior do q estavao cobrando da estadia . Sendo q no site do hotéis .com posso parcelar em até 10x se quiser O atendente não devolveu os documentos do casal e não nos devolverão durante a estádia. Só demos falta dos docs após sair em viagem no outro dia . E tivemos q retornar no hotel torresol sol p pegar os docs .

A picina aquecida não funciona totalmente . Aquecen apenas a infantil . E o chuveiro 🚿 da picina tem comando de água quente e frio mas funciona apenas o frio .

Localização muito boa, café da manhã bom, quarto bom, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. Chegamos por volta de 23:50h, separei os documentos, inclusive do meu pet e o atendente informou que não precisava, depois de alguns minutos que já tinha me liberado para subir (estávamos no elevador) ele me acionou informando que precisava dos documentos de todos, perguntei sobre a senha do wireless, informou que tinha no quarto e ao chegar no quarto não tinha a senha em nenhum local, tive que acionar a recepção pelo ramal.
No dia do checkout perguntaram se havia tido algum consumo, informei que não então pediram para aguardar. Depois de cinco minutos esperando na recepção a atendente perguntou novamente se tive algum consumo, informei novamente que não e ela ficou mexendo nos papeis. Aí perguntei se já podia seguir, ela ficou sem graça e então disse que sim (não tinha mais ninguém sendo atendido, e ainda sim fiquei tipo 10 minutos parado esperando a boa vontade da atendente).

A pior experiência possivel, o hotel pra ficar ruim, tem que melhorar muito, quarto sujo, banheiro minúsculo, hotel barulhento, café da manhã horrível, elevador antigo, pior que isso foi o valor que paguei, não indico nem pra inimigo de tão ruim, detalhe não tem carrinho pra pecar malas, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, é cobrado 40 reais a parte é terceirizado.

A acomodação em si é boa. Localização muito boa , porém o banheiro é muito minusculo , quando li alguns comentários achei que era exagero, mas não . Deve ter 0,5 metro quadrado. E a porta do box ainda abre para dentro desse micro espaço. 😖

É um bom hotel com um excelente café da manhã, muitas opções. Porém deixou a desejar na limpeza pois estava de férias com a família cheia de crianças e a piscina estava imunda, parecia ter tempo que via limpeza. No quarto o problema foi o mesmo, o cobertor tinha manchas de sujeira. Uma pena pois a estrutura é ótima e o café da manhã excelente.
