The hotel staff accused me of stealing. They stopped my Uber ride. They made the driver stand by until they finally realized all their drinks and snacks were on the room. I was in a hurry. I had to travel. They were rude. I was given the highest floor. It was nonetheless very noisy and dirty. There was no chair in the room. The view is of the city and is through a tiny window. No water view. Wifi password is very difficult to figure out.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my stay, not just once, but twice !!! Nice little hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and 2 pools !!! One roof top pool with nice view and one indoor. Very closed to many restaurant and only a block away from the beach.

Insatisfação com a estadia no quarto localizado no 7º andar, que possui porta de acesso interligada a outro quarto.Durante a noite, o hóspede do quarto ao lado roncava de forma extremamente alta, sendo possível ouvi-lo como se estivesse dentro do meu próprio quarto. Além disso, havia crianças gritando constantemente e batendo na porta de acesso, o que tornou o ambiente totalmente inadequado para descanso.
A experiência foi extremamente desagradável, comprometendo o conforto e a qualidade da hospedagem, que são expectativas básicas ao se hospedar em um hotel.

Pontos Positivos:
Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom e educados, café da manhã as comidas que tinham estavam gostosas.

Pontos negativos: Quarto com TV antiga, náo smart, pouca opção de canal para assistir, ate os canais abertos eram limitados. Hotel informa oferecer BAR o que nao condiz com a realidade, pois o BAR náo está em uso. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Portanto caso queira fazer algo no Hotel, o Hotel Atobá não te proporcionará nem lazer nas comodidades como o BAR nem entretenimento no quarto.

Atendimento deixou a desejar

Era impossível falar na recepção do hotel. Solicitei um cobertor quando cheguei ao hotel por volta das 19hrs, e eram quase 22hrs e ninguém havia ido entregar ainda. Não tinha informação no quarto de qual era o número para chamar na recepção. Tive que entrar na internet, olhar o número da rede de hoteis, ligar na central e pedir que fizessem a transferência da ligação para mim via celular.

Pessima experiencia

Primeiramente, gostaria de falar sobre a classificação 4 estrelas do Hotel Atobá pois a mesma não é coerente com a realidade das instalações do hotel.
Os elevadores sem manutenção, com a borracha da porta do elevador e o botão de acionar estavam soltos.
Os lençóis, toalhas e edredons são manchados (sujos). Os travesseiros estavam em má condição.
O chuveiro com jatos irregulares.
O papel higiênico de qualidade péssima, de cor escura.
O sinal da TV caiu com frequência.
Hotel bastante barulhento. Passado da meia noite e muito barulho nos quartos do hotel.
Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, guardanapos de péssima qualidade, sucos aguados, poucas opções de comida e o que foi ofertado não tinha qualidade.
Na recepção não tinha controle nenhum na entrada de pessoas, o que gera certa insegurança em se hospedar no hotel.

Para uma hospedagem rápida

Ficamos no quarto andar, era muito barulhento, as portas batendo, muitas pessoas para o elevador, tivemos praticamente todas as vezes descer de escada. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, o lençol era pequeno para a cama, e sempre saia das laterais, fazendo você dormir direto no forro da cama. A cortina do quarto é curta também, logo que o dia amanhece o quarto fica extremamente claro… é difícil descansar.
Café da manhã era ruim, o ar condicionado pingava nas mesas. Ponto positivo foi o atendimento na recepção, que foi bem ágil e atencioso.

Foi tudo perfeito! A localização do hotel é privilegiada, próximo de tudo, praias, restaurantes, farmácias, conveniências, em frente a Havan, que tem uma cafeteiria maravilhosa, sem contar com o maravilhoso cafe da manhã servido no hotel, piscina aquecida, quartos amplos, estacionamento, e funcionários atenciosos e sempre dispostos a nos servir.
E por fim, ótimo preço!

Estadia foi horrorosa, pra começar, não tinha vaga no estacionamento do hotel, o carro ficou em um estacionamento longe , 40,00 reais a diária
e descoberto, pra buscar algo no carro tinha que andar uns 2 quarteirões, o quarto que reservei era 01 cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas a realidade foi 02 camas de solteiro juntas sendo uma mais alta que a outra ficando um degrau no meio da cama, as toalhas de banho pra usar na piscina eram ásperas, manchadas,tão velhas e surradas que ficavam até transparentes. E pra encerrar o pior de tudo foi no cafe da manhã, que vi uma BARATA circulando no chão do refeitório, consegui matá-la e avisei a garçonete, veio um funcionário pra jogar no lixo e nem desculpas pediram, avisei na recepção do Hotel e a moça falou que ia mandar dedetizar o local, jamais voltarei ou indicarei esse hotel pra alguém.

O quarto alugado é confortável, o café da manhã é bom e com boas opções. Funcionários prestativos, o problema foi o estacionamento, que é pago por diária e não havia essa informação clara no momento da reserva. Há piscina aquecida dentro do hotel e uma piscina sem aquecimento na cobertura, com vista parcial do mar

Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar... principalmente no check in e check out.
Café da manhã bom, o básico bem feito.
Limpeza ruim, ao chegar no quarto tanto as fronhas quanto roupa de cama estavam com manchas de maquiagem. Solicitei a troca, mas pra mim a falta de zelo com a limpeza é inaceitável.

A estadia foi boa, mas o estacionamento é caro R$ 40 reais a diária, o banheiro não tem duchinha, apenas bidê, o frigobar não possui refrigerante zero açúcar e não tem no hotel, não tem serviço de restaurante no quarto. É um pouco limitado.

Muito bom hotel,perto de farmácia,loja de conveniência próx a praia.
Fiquei 4 dias hospedada no hotel, apartamento 506, o quarto foi limpo todos os dias ,toalhas trocadas, chuveiro quente.
Funcionários muito solícitos.
Café da manhã bom e gostoso. A reposição acontece com frequência dos itens durante o café.
Piscina bem cuidada e quente.
Então você vai viajar e procura uma piscina aquecida é uma boa. A piscina externa esta \"desativada\".

As camas são muito velhas, o box da cama estava encardido, tinha muito pó em cima das coisas, o edredon é fino e nenhum pouco macio, não havia cobertores suficientes, poderiam ter mais travesseiros, a acústica é horrível pois dava para ouvir tudo dos quartos vizinhos, hotel precisando de manutenção, elevadores precários! Únicos pontos positivos: atendimento, café da manhã e localização!

Hotel muito antigo, limpeza não é boa, toalhas muito velhas, para utilização do estacionamento tem um custo extra de R$40,00 a diária e isso não é informado no momento da reserva, serviço de manobrista péssimo (aguardamos mais de 20 minutos para entregar o carro, já que o estacionamento fica em local diverso do hotel e o hóspede não tem acesso).
Apenas a localização é excelente e o cafe da manha padrão normal.
Não recomendo o hotel.
