Great location and hotel. The only thing I would improve: add more outlets in the room. There was only one next to one side of the bed and the other close to the door. AC was not that powerful to cool down. Breakfast was very good ans staff as well. 2 blocks from the beach. Lots of stuff to do close by.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, estacionamento pago, cama ok, banheiro bom, café da manhã bom, fiquei 4 dias, sempre tinha opções diferentes. Karina, Luiz e Caio fizeram a diferença no atendimento. A limpeza pode melhorar, assim como as toalhas (muito ruins e velhas). A acústica é péssima, escutamos tudo no corredor. As colchas de fleeces bem fedidas, com certezas não foram lavadas, mas no geral o hotel é bom.

A vantagem do hotel é ser barato e bem localizado, mas a equipe deixa a desejar, durante o checkin ficaram confusos com detalhes da reserva, mesmo com a explicação por parte dos hóspedes, houve uma demora grande na resolução da situação.
Um observação deve ser feita: A equipe do café da manhã é educada e bem preparada.
O banheiro é minúsculo, a pia não é bem projetada e o chuveiro é fraco.

Um destaque especial para o Fabiano, da recepção, que demonstrou um cuidado impressionante com os detalhes. Sem que tivéssemos mencionado nada, ele percebeu que era o aniversário da minha esposa no check-in e preparou um mimo do hotel – um chocolate acompanhado de um cartão. Os quartos são espaçosos, possuem frigobar, as camas são Queen e muito confortáveis. O banheiro é pequeno, mas não atrapalha em nada na estadia.

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos para 4 pessoas são amplos e o café da manhã é muito bom, com opções de pães e bolos feitos no local. O estacionamento fica a cerca de 70m do hotel, é bem perto. Um dos dias do Carnaval, porém, deixaram de arrumar nosso quarto. Acredito que a lotação do hotel causou um pouco de confusão.

Éramos um grupo de 11 pessoas. Colocaram eu em um quarto mofado no primeiro dia já dei crise alérgica e precisei ser medicada. Trocaram meu quarto com muita insistência. Ficaram fazendo vista grossa. O hotel só dispõe de 30 vagas de garagem pra 90 quartos. E pago. Em nenhum dia eles nos cederam uma vaga de garagem. Tivemos que estacionar muito longe do hotel com diária de 90 reais. Não me hospedaria novamente.
