The name is not chance! We have created a SPECIAL RESERVE class hotel to offer not only lodging but a unique experience in terms of charm, beauty, comfort, cuisine and personalized service.
There are 25 suites just for full attention. We recently expanded our parking lot to continue to offer this service as a courtesy to our guests.
For sports lovers, our hotel now has a Beach Tennis court.
When you stay at Reserva Praia Hotel - Balneário Camboriú in Balneário Camboriú, you'll be on the beach and 8 minutes by foot from Taquaras Beach. This beach hotel is 22.1 mi (35.6 km) from Bombinhas Beach and 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from Laranjeiras Beach.

Infelizmente, a foto com vista para a praia dessa propriedade não condizia com a realidade. Na verdade, no primeiro dia em que chegamos, havia lixo espalhado pelo gramado. Além disso, não havia academia como anunciado no Expedia. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, mas, infelizmente, a equipe nos disse que poderíamos levar café e café da manhã para o quarto, o que não foi verdade, pois fomos cobrados por isso no final da estadia.
Apenas um funcionário foi extremamente simpático; os demais pareciam não gostar de estar ali.
No geral, quase fomos embora ao ver a vista inicial do nosso quarto, pois esperávamos estar em frente à praia e não com vista para o gramado e o lixo, que permaneceu ali por dois dias.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights in this hotel. I really like it. It’s quiet, my room had both, a beach and pool view and a jacuzzi in the balcony. Breakfast included with a lot of options. 15 min driving from Atlantic Ave.

The hotel location was great, niver beach and a few nice restaurants around. The staffing was amazing, very courteous and polite. The hotel was beautiful but probably need some maitanace and updates, norning shower was a hassle since the water took for ever to warm up. We also lost power one afternoon and took a while to fix it, at same night we had more problems with the power in the middle of the he night and took a while to be addressed. Breakfast was nice too, but had to pay extra for espresso.

It was a big disappointment ! There is nothing to do in this hotel ! The neighborhood is just a beach . I asked for a weight scale which its impossible to find , even I wanted to scan some images , also they have no scanner .

Foi nossa terceira hospedagem no hotel — as duas primeiras foram ótimas, mas desta vez percebemos uma queda na qualidade. O quarto tinha um problema no banheiro: a descarga não funcionava. Ofereceram outro quarto, mas teríamos que voltar para o original no dia seguinte, o que seria transtorno, e ficamos no mesmo com uma manutenção improvisada, com baixa vazão de água.
Acredito que uma verificação mais cuidadosa antes da entrada dos hóspedes ajudaria a evitar esse tipo de situação. Ainda gostamos do hotel e esperamos que isso seja levado em conta para melhorar o serviço.

Comi no restaurante do hotel praticamente todos os dias, mais por conveniência. Macarrão à bolonhesa uma delícia, R$49… a piscina não é aquecida mas é legal. Sao 2. Uma no 2o andar se onde se vê a praia. Fica um pouco longe de Camboriú por outro lado é mais calmo.

O lugar eh maravilhoso e a localização da pousada eh muito priveligiada. A proposta eh incrível, atendimento do pessoal da recepção e restaurantes são realmente super bons. Mas acredito que deva ser revisto a parte de lavanderia e limpeza dos quartos! Não podemos aceitar nesse padrão de hotel, roupa de cama com cheiro de roupa que não secou corretamente e o uso de pano de chão na limpeza do quarto, com o mesmo cheiro ruim! Eh uma pena, que caso não tivesse esse detalhe, eu daria nota máxima em tudo!

Nos hospedamos neste hotel 1 a 2 vezes no ano. Porém essa última experiência não foi muito agradável no quesito serviço e limpeza. O hotel como o todo extremamente sujo, todos os dias no café tinha pratos, xícaras e talheres sujos. Os móveis que eram em vidro do espaço café estavam imundos. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar também infelizmente. No quesito serviço, senti os profissionais despreparados e o buffet do café muito fraco, desorganizado e sujo.

Boa opção para Camboriú em julho
Foi a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel no mês de julho. Nesta época o movimento é bem tranquilo e levamos sorte com dois dias ensolarados. Mais uma vez ficamos satisfeitos! O único ponto negativo, já comunicado ao hotel, é que as toalhas estavam com um odor de roupa guardada ou não seca adequadamente. Mas apenas um detalhe que acredito ser facilmente corrigido pelo hotel. Todo o restante nos satisfez. O hotel continua sendo para nós uma opção para uma fugidinha para Camboriú.

Bom hotel, em frente a uma praia isolada, a uns 15 minutos de carro de balneario camboriu ( o quarto carece de cortinas que vedem a iluminação e a acústica não é das melhores). O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, com destaque para o atendimento super atencioso dos colaboradores. Café da manhã bem variado. Quartos aconchegantes (fiquei na suíte com sacada e vista para piscina). Se você quiser ter a vista central da piscina, sugiro informar antecipadamente ao hotel, pois a minha suíte estava mais lateralizada e não era à melhor vista disponível, mas pouco fiquei no quarto, então zero problemas. O hotel possui estacionamento no local, de simples acesso (sem manobrista). O banheiro é de bom padrão, com uma ducha eficiente. Todas as tomadas são 220v. Não conseguimos utilizar a TV, pois não havia sinal, mas não impactou, pois não viajamos para ver TV, e o Wi-Fi funciona bem, então é possível usar o celular com tranquilidade. Como sugestão talvez seria legal deixar as duas águas como cortesia no quarto, já que elas são dadas no check out (rsrsrs), paguei por uma água consumida do frigobar e ganhei duas águas no check-out, talvez disponibilizar elas no check in faça mais sentido.
