Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the room amenities more than adequate. The staff at reception, in the restaurant at breakfast, and at the spa were friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood after our dinner. It’s walkable and close to everything.

Rooms were clean but the hotel was very noisy for a quiet weekend. The walls/doors really don’t dampen noise well. Staff were friendly. Pool is amazing but the hot tub jets don’t work. The most disappointing part of this hotel is the breakfast buffet.

Clean and well maintained hotel. The king room with jetted tub was large and beautiful. Breakfast is no longer made to order but a buffet with somewhat limited types of items, however at least it was a hot breakfast. Only complaint was around the pool/hot tub/steam room. They weren’t bad but front desk said they were all working when in fact the jets in the hot tub were out of order (makes a difference if you’re choosing a hotel in part because of amenities). Also it’s supposed to be open to 10 pm but the cleaning person came in at 9:30 pm on Saturday evening when I was the only person there and basically started doing all the night maintenance, ie opened the boiler room and started filling the hot tub with cool water, so it cooled down, and while I was in it then opened the steam room to clean it (letting out all the steam) until I repeated that I was still using the facilities. She was nice enough about it but waited for me by sitting on a lounge chair and pausing the cool water going into the hot tub, so I felt awkward that she was clearly waiting around with nothing else to do except for the cleaning tasks after I left. I ended up tense and feeling guilty/annoyed and the opposite of relaxed. I suggest management say the closing hours are 9:30 pm if she is scheduled to clean up and close down at 9:30 pm, because it’s disappointing if that’s the last moment you have to relax and you thought you had until 10.

Great location and we made great use of the pool and hot tub. Nice looking spa, though we didn't get a chance to use it.

There weren't any Teabags though -only a coffee maker and coffee pods.
Breakfast was included in my rate and was excellent - though very busy and at times all tables were full so they opened up an adjoining room to accommodate other guests.
The Reception Manager was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is also in the heart of Perth, next to a beautiful park so everything is within walking distance, though there is a large carpark as well.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was booked for Christmas party’s in their reception rooms yet didn’t reserve any parking for the hotel guests. Guests had to go park offsite in a public parking. The front desk attendants all had a no care in the world other that tell us we can’t leave or car anywhere or we will get towed. Very badly organized hotel for guests who dish out over 350$ a night to sleep there. Won’t be going back for sure

The restaurant was in the process of changing providers so day one was so-so, day 2 was better. I am very health focused and realize not everyone is - so I would have more fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, less sweetened things (eg. yogurt, muesli) but I realize this is not to everyone’s taste.

Staff were excellent at the check in and restaurant. Rooms were awesome especially the swans and elephants that they make with the towels for the top of the beds. Great stay!!

This was the worst stay ever in a hotel. It started with me arriving 2 hours early and asking for early check in availability. The Front desk told me my room was ready, but I would have to pay $25 to go in early. This was an empty room just sitting there. I've never had this happen in any other hotel around the world - ever! When I brought some friends to the bar, and they asked for a basic drink, the bar staff didn't know how to make it. When my friend changed their order, they weren't sure about how to make a \"Rum and Coke\". When I ordered a drink that is normally kept in a freezer, the bar staff was surprised and asked me if that was the normal way to store it. The staff is not trained, and the feeling was this hotel was penny pinching to a high degree. I won't even get into the breakfast. It was a poor experience.

Breakfast was included which was great. A nice indoor pool. Difficult to get a spa appointment. Apart from pool there was no facilities for kids like a games room which would have been a welcome addition.
