Second time and always a pleasure
This is the second time we are staying at this hôtel but the first time with our kids. The place is very nice, people are welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and has all the necessary items. The breakfast is amazing and everything is delicious!

Overall a nice stay for Europa Park
This was a nice hotel with perfect location for walking to both Europa Park and to a number of restaurants. Everything was within 3-10 mins walk. We didn't touch the car during our stay. The breakfast was lovely and the AC worked very well in the room (no AC in breakfast area). The room was nice with enough space. The only two complaints I have are on the beds and the water pressure in the shower. The beds were too hard - harder than most hotel beds, even if pretty hard beds are common in hotels. Also, when others were showering at the same time as me, our shower was only dripping and it was almost impossible to rinse the conditioner off:( We stayed in room 22, familyroom.

Ci sono stati regalati i biglietti per Europapark, allora abbiamo riservato un camera all'Hotel Löwen Garni - B&B, nel quale avevamo già soggiornato alcuni anni fa. L'Hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, la camera era veramente spaziosa, comoda, ben accessoriata e molto pulita, ottima anche la colazione, lo consigliamo a tutti!

Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay.

Had a great stay here. It's been 12 years since our last visit and was glad to see that there was a high level of cleanliness. Room was comfortable for our stay and our children were well accommodated. Only a 5 min walk from Europa Park which was a huge bonus!

Great place for Europe park
An easy short walk to Europa park entrance and nearby restaurants (for some reason most are pizzerias!), this place was great. Check in, since I was late arriving (around 9pm), was by getting a key from the lock box. This can be annoying sometimes when you've been traveling all day, but it was easy to find and was inside the hotels open door, out of the rain. The room was a nice and clean, and with a modern and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was decent and the staff working there were really nice and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful in organising a taxi back to the train station for me.

A great straightforward place to stay whilst visiting Europa Park or the surrounding area. We ate in the hotel each night and were very happy with the food and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was obviously a lot of work for them to deliver with the buffet not possible right now, but we were very satisfied. Our 5 year old loved the bunk beds and tried a different one each night!

My hasband and I booked a triple room as that was all that was available and it was very crammed with the bedding configuration. Also noisy at times as we were on a corner near a Main Street. Our stay was very unpleasant. No AC, outdated room, small bathroom, really old towels with holes. My husband said, this is a sauna hotel. Oh yeah, and the room has this really funny smell. I'm not really sure how they received high rating, it should have been 1 to zero star.

The hotel is so close to the Europapark that you can walk to the park. The hotel itself was perfectly in order: clean, good food, free wi-fi. I don't know if it's the right hotel for a 3 week vacation, but it's absolutely perfect for an Europapark Weekend getaway.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful, they even did our laundry for us (for a small price). They don't speak great English, but good enough to get by. It's only a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) to Europa Park and plenty of restaurants.

Even though the room is in an alley, the room was very noisy and we could hear every person passing by (even though the windows were closed). Room was filled with dust, including the sheets and shower towels. Some of the people at the reception were very unfriendly. On the upside, the room is really walking distance to europa park and the breakfast was rich and superb.

Really great hotel for the price!
We needed an hotel near europapark for 2 days. The hotel was easy to find, very close to the park. We didn't have much to do with the hotel checkin/checkout, but everything has be fine. The room was having a confortable size, we could sleep with the windows open since there is really no noise near, the breakfast buffet was good too. The room was clean. The bathroom was having a correct size. They were also having late checking(until midnight) and checkout(11h). I recommend this hotel, for the price, it's really nice.

Das Hotel liegt ideal im Lauf Nähe zum Europa-Park und hat einen großen Parkplatz, der ab in der Früh schon genutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wir hatten ein Vier Bettzimmer, mit einem großen Doppelbett und einem Stock Bett, das Bad war geräumig und die Dusche ausreichend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch beheizt waren die Zimmer jetzt im Dezember/Januar ideal und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück findet in einem großen Raum statt, ebenfalls alles schön angerichtet und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, für jeden war etwas dabei und qualitativ wirklich hochwertig. Zudem gibt es noch einen großen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man sich selber Getränke/Snacks holen kann und auf das Zimmer schreiben kann. Also wie gesagt für ein Kurz Aufenthalt ideale Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zu Besuch im Europapark und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können. Der Park ist nicht nur bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sondern die Unterkunft selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt und praktisch gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal, das leckere Frühstück und die saubere Einrichtung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne jederzeit wieder!

Inchecken was even onduidelijk omdat de receptie dicht was. Bleek bij binnenkomst een deurbelcamera te hangen zonder verdere vermelding dat je hierop moest drukken als receptie niet open was. De rest, inclusief de de sleutel uitgave, ging daarna vanzelf. De kluisjes waarin de kamersleutel lag werd op afstand ontgrendeld.

Für unseren kurz Aufenthalt in Rust, haben wir eine Unterkunft gesucht, die in der Nähe des Parks war. Diese gaben wir mit diesem Hotel gefunden. Schön ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Im Zimmer konnten alle vier Familienmitglieder untergebracht werden. Sehr netter Empfang und gute Aufklärung der Zusatzleistungen.

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage zum Europa Park (nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt). Parkplatz darf kostenlos am An- und Abreisetag genutzt werden. Zimmer (nicht renoviert) sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ein renoviertes Zimmer hätte uns noch besser gefallen (war grösser und schöner).
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit viel Auswahl.

Très contente de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Nous étions venu avec mon conjoint pour nous rendre à Europapark et avions choisi cet hôtel pour notre nuit. Un parking est disponible, ce qui est très pratique, il vous faudra ensuite 5 minutes à pieds pour arriver au parc d'attractions. Le personnel est très charmant, le petit déjeuner est convenable et la chambre est vraiment moderne et sympa.
Le seul petit point négatif serait l'isolation. Nous avons été réveillé à 3h du matin par des personnes qui parlaient dans le couloir devant notre porte (mais je devrais plutôt blâmer les personnes non-respectueuses plutôt que l'hôtel).
Un très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement cet endroit

Schönes Hotel mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Frühstück war sehr gut für den Start in den Park-Tag. Auch eine spätere Anreise war dann Schlüsselbox überhaupt kein Problem. Insgesamt hatten wir gar nichts auszusetzen :)
