Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet excellent choices. Only complaint is the see through bathroom door this is very bizarre choice ! I went with a friend so slightly awkward don’t really want to see each other in the shower or on the toilet

The best hotel experience for the price of my life and I’ve spent a few nights in hotels, averaging more than 50 nights/yr over the last 20 yrs. From the drinks at check in to the complementary upgrade, it was first class. The complementary breakfast was excellent. While not on the beach, it’s a short walk with dozens of restaurants within a couple of miles.

Best welcome and overall guest service I have ever had in many countries including where I live in the U.S. Grounds are a tranquil and elegant oasis. The location is great. But I’d go again for the welcome and attentive attitude alone. They knew my two year old and I would be waking up at 5am for the airport and set out an elaborate full breakfast buffet spread just for us. It’s treatment like that that enables you to really enjoy your precious time.

The hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was reasonably good. The staff were amazing. Facilities were mediocre and the area quite dismal. Although we went out of season. I expect car hire is the best option or 45min+ bus journeys or pricey taxi. The staff definitely make up for it.
Think we had the smallest shower in world!

Paid for 6 nights. Left after 1 night. The room smelled of sewage or drains and was extremely dirty with long hair and scum in the drains. Other dirt all around the room. Staff were very dismissive of the issue when reported and assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Decided not to risk eating the breakfast. Whole property is run down compared to the pictures. The photos are not representative of the property. Others who had booked seemed to have similar issues as they were also trying to leave early when we left. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive and friendly. Pool and grounds were beautifully kept. Great location near restaurants.
There was a large population of stray cats around the area and some were around the pool and garden but got the vibe that the staff viewed them as part of the hotel. Really enjoyed petting the kitties

Such a wonderful holiday with TRYP in Corfu. Everything was perfect and the staff make every effort to go the extra mile with a smile on their face whatever the time of day. When we arrived we were greeted with a sparkling wine and a really easy and helpful talk with recommendations and guides about how to get around the island. Our room was also upgraded to the superior floor which was such a lovely gesture and really made my sisters 30th birthday even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

We booked a king sized bed but got queen plus a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The shower was so tiny we could barely fit and I am only 57kg. Very small room. I was given 1/2 hr massage compensation. Staff, breakfast & pool all excellent. Busy road to cross to beach.

We would like to thank Tryp team who hosted us with all their great hospitality , which made our honeymoon very memorable. The hotel's breakfast was very good, we took advantage of the massage and sauna services, we were very pleased, the location was very good since we had a car, it was very close to both the Old Town and popular beaches by car. The whole team was very friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to thanks Nikos for his suggestions he shared with us and his pleasant conversation.

My sister ( aged 85 ) & myself had the most wonderful week at the hotel. Everything was exemplary. Immaculately clean ,fantastic friendly caring staff, absolutely delicious with enormous choice breakfast. The spa was great & our 2 lovely therapists were lovely. The gardens were gorgeous ( particularly fragrant with jasmine ) with beautiful trees & shrubs.
The pool & pool bar was great & again the pool staff were terrific.
The only things that were not so good was that the paved area around the swimming pool was dangerously slippery when wet. This also applied to the bathroom. The room we had was rather small & compact. Not much room for storing clothes , not many hangers. But on the whole very pleasant particularly with a balcony view of the garden.
So a very big thank you to all the staff. Wendy

Generally, the hotel common parts as well as my room were of a high standard. The only noticeable deviation was the shower room, which was too small & dated. That said, the plumbing worked well.

Excellent stay at the Tryp Wyndham Dassia. Staff were excellent. A perfect mixture of friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention also to the domestic staff, who were so warm and friendly every morning, and kept the rooms spotlessly clean and hygienic.

There is a pretty decent gym on the lower ground floor, and a spa also.

The pool area was really beautiful and surrounded by lush green gardens with amazing flora and fruit trees!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach just across the road. There is a bus stop just outside that goes straight to Corfu Town and also Ipsos, the next resort up. There was also a very large supermarket in the vicinity that sold pretty much everthing you could think of.

There are many restaurants nearby on the main road and also along the beach front. Dassia beach was beautiful and I would highly recommend both the resort and the hotel.

Very nice hotel with great service from the friendly staff at both the reception and dining areas. The facilities were great such as the swimming pool and sun beds near the pool, the spa which includes a jacuzzi but didn’t have time to use it. Although I do think they should open the use of the swimming pool much earlier than 10:30am and possibly keep it open later than 8pm as it isn’t too close to the hotel rooms.

They have a secure car park which is useful if using a rental car instead of finding somewhere on the street to park and avoids possible accidents.
The breakfast offered had a good variety of options and was offered from about 8:30am to 11am which is a good amount of time. Didn’t eat there for lunch or dinner but looked like they offered good options for both.

The location is quiet and seems safe too although not too many options for other restaurants nearby. There is a beach nearby but I didn’t see the beach during daytime and there is a bar open late called Edem club which I recommend as went there on my last night.

Eventhough they mucked my booking up with the wrong bed, they rectified this ASAP and offered 2 options, food or massage for free as an apology although they said they couldn’t do a partial refund - the massage was good though.

Overall would recommend and would come again.

Honestly, I felt so at home and comfortable on our stay. We were there for 3 nights and we truly regretted not being there for longer!

Staff are incredibly kind and attentive - every single staff member made us feel welcome, said hello and genuinely took interest in us and in our stay.

The spa on offer is lovely and our massages were such great value for money - thank you to Argiro and her team!

Breakfast was delicious and drinks always 10/10. Thank you!

The property photos were nicer than the actual property. While the beach was a short walk away, it was a very crowded beach and it is recommended that you book a lounger at one of the beach clubs. There are tavernas nearby for food so it’s convenient to find dining options. We were placed in a corner room where the utilities cupboard were so there were always cleaning products and brooms outside our door. The beds were comfortable and there was a convenient bus stop into old town so it wasn’t an unpleasant experience. It just wasn’t as nice as the photos so our expectations were higher.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel has a lovely pool with a bar.
Hotel room (Design suite) was immaculate (very clean and spacious).
Beach is about 4 mins walk across a fairly busy road which has a variety of shops and bars/restaurant.
Hotel has a restaurant but staff can recommend alternative restaurants. The one on the beach is great.
We would be very happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this hotel. Everyone we dealt with made our stay very enjoyable. Andreas & Andreas in reception managed to make it a special week & are a real asset to the hotel.

What we particularly liked was:
The very friendly welcome & recognition from Andreas who we had been in contact with prior to our arrival

Extensive buffet breakfast
Modern hotel that’s a good size, not too big & not too small

Expedia VIP member Prosecco, fruit plate & local drink gift in room for our arrival

What could make it even better:
Bathrooms are very tight in size ( a few bruised elbows!)
Pool service could have been more proactive
Music nights & Greek nights mentioned in welcome letter weren’t up & running which could have made for a better evening atmosphere
Pool food finished at 3pm without warning. Welcome letter said it was available all day. Why not put up a sign at the bar or tell people when last food orders were?

The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable, we were there for our anniversary, and wife's birthday, and went over and beyond to make us feel special, and also accomodated our our late check out request. Room was excellent with a balcony view over looking the mountinous areas, The breakfast was excellent and good variety of hot and cold options.The jacuzzi and sauna was fab, and could of stayed in there forever. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop outside the hotel, that takes us to corfu town directly, and also having Dassia beach within a 5 min walk is a plus. Also there are excellent restaurants and cafes nearby and also some supermarkets all within walking distance. Can highly recommend!

Reviewing the properties reviews I felt like the revoew must be fake but I took a chance because of the pictures lol.

This property is really amazing! Its Beautiful, its quiet and the beds and pillows are super comfortable.

The staff is incredible, Nikos at the front is amazing!!!! All staff are attentive and helpful. The dining staff seem like they are there right when you need them.

The breakfast is great! It has a wide variety spread of hot and cold foods, teas, juices, and more.

Variety of resturants and shops are close by and the beach is literally across the street. There is a holiday booking spot right outside but one down the road as well, my suggestion, check both out for what your interested in.

Thank you for our beautiful time in Corfu.

Best hotel with amazing service!

This hotel is fabulous! The service was among the best I have experienced in 12 years of traveling in Europe. We arrived at 9am due to a very early flight from Germany. We had a very tired 7 year old and were not much better ourselves. We didn’t expect to be able to check in for many hours, but the host Nico gave us welcome drinks and offered the breakfast buffet to us as well. We changed and hung out on the beach, and they let us check in 4 hours early. The rest of our stay was just as wonderful. All staff were so kind and accommodating. Service at the restaurant was fabulous as well. We had a bottle of sparkling wine in our room, as well as candy and local liquor. The hotel is incredibly clean, close walking distance to great restaurants (try Anna’s! it is great!), and close to the beach. Hotel is very inexpensive, especially given the facility, location, and service. We would love to visit again.

As i solo traveller, i was conscious about staying somewhere that felt safe. The staff at this hotel did just that, with their professionalism, knowledge & support throughout. The head chef, Stella, and Nikos were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel like an extended part of the hotel family! The hotel itselt is lovely and clean, i was fortunately upgraded to a superior room which was lovely. The complimentary water was a lovely touch! The pool is quite small but there wasnt a shortage of loungers. I treated myself to a full body massage which was brilliant - highly recommended! Slight negative - not enough variation of dishes on the a'larcarte menu. All in all i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the Tryp were excellent - friendly, welcoming and first class in their service. We also loved the food - the breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had anywhere and their other meals also very good. The hotel is conveniently located across a main road from the beaches in Dassia and the views from the bay are stunning - some of the best we’ve seen across the world. The bay is also very family friendly wot generally warm, calm waters (unlike the west of the island), perfect for swimming and watersports. There is good reason why most of Dassia has been take over by one of the best hotels in Greece /Europe (the monstrous Ikos). It’s a great location.

Our only reservations with the Tryp are the small, corporate rooms and location across a moderately busy road from the beach. We picked the hotel last minute and it served our purpose and made us very welcome.

We loved everything about the TRYP Wyndham Corfu Dassia. Easy to get to the beach. It's a short walk across the street. Ipsos and Barbati beaches are easy to drive or take the bus to. Many nice perks compared to other comparable hotels we've stayed at in Greece. Good air conditioning,super clean property, AWESOME wifi...which was so important to us as we were on vacation but did still have meetings to complete. A big bonus compared to other spots.

What a fantastic holiday all thanks to all the staff of this wonderful hotel. From the minute we walked in the door everything was perfect. It's been a long time since I have been somewhere where every member of staff went above and beyond to give us an exceptional experience. No member coild be faulted but a few went that extra mile. The barman at the pool bar and the evening main barman were just brilliant as was niko at breakfast. The lady that serviced our room to such a high standard always had time to say hello.

The hotel was nice. On Apple Maps, it shows it’s on the beach side of the street as opposed to opposite of the beach. So keep in mind it’s about 200m away from the beach. It’s an older hotel with sufficient updates. The eating area and pool area were updated and quite nice. Our room was the older model but super clean and nice. Bathroom a bit cramped but fine. Comfortable beds. Room size is average. Balcony was a good size.

Breakfast was great. Good selection and fresh. What really impressed me was the service - it was honestly outstanding from the front desk to the food manager… everything was super professional and cheerful without being fake. Grounds were kept really well.

However, I think it was overpriced for what it was, especially since it’s not on the beach.

Staff was welcoming and warm. They were able to call us taxis when we needed and they let us play cards in the lobby on a rainy day. I will likely stay there again.

Bice hotel, with great staff

The staff were terrific. All very customer focused from Reception, Waiting staff, Pool area and Cleaning and Maintenance. The hotel is relatively small, the pool area very private and relaxed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
Sound was an issue, people going to their rooms late at night talking at full volume meant it carried all through the corridors.
Dassia itself is a little disappointing, some small cosy restaurants but the beach area is small and dirty and the streets themselves could do with a clean uo.

All the staff had exceptional Customer service skills. Ari always greeted us with a smile every morning. Nikos greeted us on our arrival and assisted us with all our needs to make us comfortable after a very long journey . Andrea was always extremely engaging and full of tips and ideas. The facilities are clean and food of high standard. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Corfu .

What a delightful staffs and the hotel it’s perfect, absolutely spotless the staffs are so helpful/attentive and absolutely lovely. Everything you need is outside the hotel… taxi, bus to go to corfu town/old town the staff will help you with all the details and give you informations you need. There is a traveling guide outside the hotel for when you want to ride a horse in the beach to renting your own boat which we did and it was the best experience ever! Theres just so much more to do, I will recommend this hotel to everyone it’s just wonderful.

We had a fantastic week at Tryp.
The staff were all outstanding- nothing was too much to ask, we were treated like royalty throughout.
Delicious breakfast with lots of options.
Nice room, everything you can think of was there.
Lovely pool and garden area too!
We took our 1 yr old and they were so accomodating to her needs.

The staff were amazing. I don't think I've ever encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Andreas was a particular favourite. Public transport to get around the island was right outside the door and very convenient and easy to use. The property was clean and nice. It was nice to have an opening door and a balcony so as to not live in AC all the time. The only 'negative' was being at the front of the property facing onto the busy street. Since it was off-season and the hotel was not full it would have been preferable to have a room at the back that faced the pool and was a bit more quiet.

We could not fault this hotel. The location was brilliant. Bus 7 takes you straight to corfu town. nearby mini supermarkets and dining options. Staff are really welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Next door is a tourist agent which was amazing for excellent excursions. Highly recommended one of the best vip hotels with stayed with recommended by expedia.

Great service, all staff are really friendly and have amazing memories to make your stay as great as they can. Nice pool area and food/breakfast was tasty with lots of options and plenty whether you arrive at 9 or 11am. Best welcome to a hotel I have ever had, given multiple drinks including alcohol in reception free of charge and a 15 min sit down welcome. Really great location with a few shops and plenty of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend highly for a lovely stay in Dassia

Terrible!

Andreas at the front desk is wonderful, but that’s about it as far as wonderful goes.

I was fooled by the pictures, which show the renovated public areas.

My standard room was so outdated and old! These rooms have not been renovated.

The g do loot was filthy with hard and a plastic clothing tag holder, which shows that the floor was never vacuumed or cleaned. I showed Andreas.

He moved me to another room. Just as old and dated with faded stained burgundy blankets and a stain on my bed sheet. Again, I pointed this out to Andreas.
Later, I see mildew between the shower tiles and in the corners of the shower. I wore flip flop shoes in the shower.

To make things worse, I woke up with bites of some sort all over my neck and other body parts! This is unacceptable!

The place is deceiving. These standard rooms have not been renovated at all. I’m very disappointed.

Staff, service and food were top. Great pool with good pool bar. At the hotel you will find cars and scooters for rent as well as restaurants for food and supermarkets. The room we had was unfortunately small and noisy. Bathroom also relatively small.

The service was amazing and the rooms were well decorated, well kept and very clean. The breakfast had a great range of foods and there were many restaurants around that were good. I wish the staff had told me it was only €3 to use the bus to get to certain places instead of letting us get a €40 taxi

Greeted with Sparkling wine and personal explanation and services upon arrival.

Great american breakfast with smoked salmon,..

Large garden and pretty pool area with parking lot behind. No access to public transportation that we are aware of, so one would need to have a car to stay here..

Services ware impeccable. Everyone including all the waiters and waitress were very attentive, all jumped immediately at any of our requests.

Michael, our relationship manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us information and recommendations on beaches, restaurants, sites, activities, which all turned out excellent.

Good Wi-Fi, average sized bathroom with enough countertop space for personal toiletries, enclosed shower. Strong air conditioning that blows directly at the bed.

The hotel is very well run. Bravo to the management.
