I often stay at Indura when visiting Honduras. It feels very safe, the ambience is nice. The rooms are super big and comfortable. I would love to have authentic Garifuna’s dishes. The beach is very clean as well.

Induras is a beautiful resort, beach is beautiful. However, food was terrible and extremely expensive. Room was ok, but we have to climb to the second floor carrying all of our luggage. No elevator. Staff didn’t really interacted with us.defined not going back.

Upon arrival the front desk, Deborah and two ladies names I didn’t get to ask for… received us with a very warm welcome and Sanki helped us to our rooms. The rooms were stunning!!! Beach access was minutes away with a beautiful scenery. We enjoyed bar service from Darwin who made us laugh and had the best recommendations for food and drinks. Thank you to all the staff who made this vacation so special.

Nuestra estadía en Indura Beach en Tela fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento se siente el cuidado en cada detalle: la higiene impecable, las instalaciones hermosas y un ambiente que realmente invita a relajarse.
Lo que más nos marcó fue el trato fenomenal de todo el personal, siempre atentos, amables y con una sonrisa genuina. Hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial.
Mi hijo y mi sobrina se sintieron como en casa, disfrutaron cada momento y eso, como familia, no tiene precio.
Y la comida… ¡ufff! 10/10. Cada plato fue una delicia, con sabores increíbles que superaron nuestras expectativas.
Definitivamente, una experiencia que repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendado

Bathtub broken water leak from faucet. All water from shower leaked outside. Had to put towels ordered extra towels that never arrived. At the beach ordered towels never arrived either. Had to go all the way to front counter to get towels. Restaurant service was good.

Staff were great, room was nice but needed adjustments . Door handles were broken, bathtub water drain did not fully close. The resort was beautiful however, not worth the money due to the food. At a fair price it tended to add up to be quite a chunk over a few night stays. Yet breakfast is another separate bill. Events are only in the weekends. Drinks were weak for the price it costed.

Prior to our stay, we clearly indicated it was a birthday & anniversary trip, and while it was acknowledged via electronic messaging there was no acknowledgement of our request upon check-in. Despite clearly operating below capacity, services were slow & impersonal. We made spa reservations and when it was time for our massage, we were told the spa was closed for the day! They made us feel as if we were an afterthought and made little effort to rectify the situation.
For a resort that's remote, there should have been a concierge serve to coordinate activities with clear options and pricing. Dining options were limited and lackluster. I highly suggest, at the very list a rotating menu during the week. Worth noting is the outrageous pricing- charging $100 for a $15 bottle of wine, is UNACCEPTABLE! Please do better.

Overall a great experience, however prices for food and drinks is a bit too high, also the fact that they will charge you even for water I find it ridiculous. Even after requesting to the bartender to fill my jug of water, he said that next time I would be charged. Aside from that, great experience.
Also for golf, the fairways are sandy, greens are ok, and the rough you might as well know you lost your ball.

The main pool was down for maintenance for the first 2 days, the staff compensated by giving us a 2 hours late check out to finally enjoy the pool when it opened. The food 50/50. Breakfast was better than dinner. The staff very nice. Not 100% sure if I would return. It was relaxing.

The facilities are just beautiful, access has big potholes but they seem they try fixing the road. We had nicer meals in town, drinks and meals are expensive at Indura, town is safe and people are friendly I would advise anyone to connect with the people in town rather than be secluded the whole day but just my preference… Possibly the best resort in Honduras, my wife was impressed with the size of the room and how nice everything looked. Overall very pleasant stay and well rested nights.

Heres a breakdown for you. If you're divided between here and Infinity because its supposedly \"the best\" Infinity wins hands down.
For $2600/4 days, this place was a huge disappointment!!

Pros
Beautiful property, the scenery is phenomenal. The reception is great.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
You can get breakfast included (but this is not all inclusive resort)
The hotel has a spa (prices are fair going prices)
They have a gym

Cons
You can hear literally EVERYTHING the people next to you do. I rented two different rooms in two different \"houses\" and it was the same issue. This is the #1 reason why I wont be back.

Food is extremely limited. They even closed their one of two restuarants because they didnt have enough guests for a day. The flavor is good. You'll have to go out if you want variety.

Rooms are in need of updates. No microwave. The fridge is so small. The air conditioner was so loud that it woke you up at night.

The beach is very small for the hotel and we couldn't swim in the water because the currents were so strong. So no swimming or snorkeling.

The pools look beautiful. But are one 3.5ft deep and short. So no real swimming.

Theres nothing to do that doesnt cost money. We paid big $$$ to go to a neighboring island so we'd have something to do.

The gym has no bathroom.

A bunch of things that seriously makes this place not worth what you pay for it.

Golf course is not worth $130 a round. Maybe worth $35 a round. Grass is dead and no sand in sand traps. Course is closed Monday and Tuesday too. Everything is way over priced for Honduras standards. Bartenders are great though. Very nice and service by bartenders was perfect.

Got lost getting to the property as it’s not registered properly on Google maps and it is definitely out of the way but nothing too crazy. Property was beautiful. Pools were great. Beach was beautiful but was not able to enjoy due to all the mosquitos. It was rainy season when I went but it truly was unbearable and no one was at the beach because of this. Im still recovering from all the mosquito bites. They also had no repellant at the shop onsite. Also note it is a very wavy beach. Beach is beautiful and clean. Water is perfect aside from the constant waves. It was pretty empty at this resort which was surprising. We had the pools completely to ourselves on several occasions. I did expect more attentive staff because of this but Room service for more towels and water was requested and was delivered probably an hour later. We were also placed in a room not as close to the beach or pools as we would’ve liked despite the resort being so empty. Did not try the food because menu was very limited and mostly American food. Property is about 20 min drive from all the restaurants and Main Street so we opted to eat out. Property seems to have a lot of potential but definitely expected more service for the price and better food options. It should be all inclusive based on price and property being remote. With all that said it probably is the nicest most upscale option in Tela but it felt a bit like you were deserted in a beautiful resort.
