Overall a high quality hotel with very spacious, well-appointed rooms. Also the hotel is in a convenient location. Restaurant service tended to be a bit slow at breakfast having to wait for up to ten minutes for a cup of tea multiple mornings.

The bedroom was huge with a lot of space. Workout room had lots of equipment and I tried out the lap pool as well. All was in great condition and easy to access.

I will never go back to this place again. The front desk managers are rude and every thing is inconvenient. I arrived at 11pm and all i wanted was dinner but the hotel does not have physical menus. There were issues with the qr code and no one had any solutuons besides to ask me what did i want without providing options. I was not allowed to charge my spa to my room because they said i paid in advance, which made no sense. I requested late check out at 1pm due to having work late and i was awaken by housekeeping at 10am to clean the room even though i was checking out. The manager at the front had no solution or reason or explanation about why the housekeepers didnt know the rooms that were late checkout and only offered a sarcastic remark about recommending me put the DND sign up. The issue was there was not one even in the room. The room i stayed in had hair on the table, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet seat, hair on the bed. It was as if they just went in and sprinkled hair all over the place. There is a slight hint of mildew smell as well throughout the hotel. If you are a traveler i highly recommend staying away from this place. The only semi saving grace is their wonder beverage and food manager Abhi.

I travel to Bangalore with business 4 times a year. I've stayed at many of the other go to hotels in the area and this Hilton always comes out trumps for its modern style, nice staff, clean conditions and good WiFi. 👍

Stay at Hilton Embassy

Everything was excelent on our stay. We really appreciate the people there and especially Selvi, Kamal and Sophia. One suggestion I would have is about the AC, which had a very heavy air and weird smell. Maybe this is because there is no vent in the bathroom.

This was my third stay at the Embassy Golflinks and each time I am impressed with the staff. They are kind, helpful and proactive. I know that I will always be taken care of when I stay and strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Great place for traveling business professionals. Good food options, easily coordinated transportation and office set up in the room.

Property is good.
Just wanted to record a specific incident.

I went to the bar/ restaurant on one evening and ordered a kingfish beer. The guy who was attending told me the KF beer is out of stock as it is a fast moving item. I asked three times as I could see couple of KF bottles inside the glass showcase and it’s quite visible.
Anyway, as he denied I ordered other brand and just moved little away from the counter.

Our man immediately calls the counter boy
and asked him to remove those KF bottle from that visible place to inside the cover.

Very surprising behavior and not expected from Hilton at all.

This is my third visit to this place and would definitely think twice before my next booking.

I liked it was well furnished. What I did not like was it was pricey, charged me for eating a small pack of pretzels. I missed out on complementary breaskfast as I had to check out early, but I was not compensated in any way for that. I will not be staying at this location again.

Amazingly friendly staff and professional service

It was my first trip to India/Bangalore and the very first impression that the hotel provided at the airport was beyond expectation. Ranjit Calistus, the pick up staff was amazingly professional and friendly. The hotel crew gave me warm welcome. It was one of the best hospitality services I've received. With a great pleasure and satisfaction, I will come back to stay again at Hilton Bangalore.

We had to start here in between trips. The best thing about the suite was that it was carpeted. None of the hotels in Bangalore are. Breakfast spread was good too. However check-in experience was not great. The property does not have any place to walk about . Swimming pool facilities required attention. I felt it was not worth £220 I paid.

Great location, great for kids

There are nicer hotels at this price point, like Shangri La, but this location can't be beat. And location matters most in Bangalore traffic. Very comfortable nice hotel of a but aged. Best pool for kids in Bangalore! Also the kids room was great. Sneha was a but rude throughout check in and in any interaction with her.

Treated like Royalty at the Hilton Bangalore EGL

My mom and I picked the Hilton Bangalore EGL for our stay in India in May. The hotel is beautiful! The space is very clean, and the staff is super accommodating. For example, I was waiting in the lobby for my Uber taxi, and one of the staff members offered to bring me a drink while I waited. Our room, which provided a view of the pool, was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge, and our beds were very comfortable. Each day, the staff who cleaned our room left it immaculate! There really wasn't anything else that I needed. We both actually liked it so much that we booked Hilton EGL for our trip to Bangalore in August. Highly recommended!!!

Nice hotel but too many activities at the pool

The stay in itself was nice and clean, friendly staff but unfortunately there were events and parties at the pool during our whole stay which made it hard to enjoy the poolside and relax outside, which was one of our main purposes for staying at the hotel.

Stayed for 12 nights in January. I enjoyed the restaurants, the gym, the friendly staff, and the excellent location. The room was very comfortable and included everything needed for an extended stay such as a laundry machine and kitchenette.

Great hospitality

The rooms are nicely done - come with a kitchenette and are modern in every sense. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is great quality. The room service excellent and restaurant food was lovely. The breakfast spread was good.
Check-in and check-out was a breeze. As it is Christmas time the hotel lobby was nicely decorated with a huge Christmas tree.Enjoyed my 2 days stay in this hotel.

Too hot and stuffy in room - bad sleep!

Room was terrific, superb condition and facilities. Main problem was that the thermostat would not go below 21 degrees, after numerous attempts and sleep was poor as a result. Woke a few times. Breakfast very mediocre. Not as good, or as extensive, as similar quality hotels. Nice quite location in a business park, but no atmosphere in neighbourhood as a result (suited me fine)

Its an excellent hotel if you. Since I booked through expedia, I did not have free internet. I had to pay for the internet. And the hotel did not do anything beyond the fine prints, which actually was not very pleasing.
