We had a last minute change of booking and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is modern and clean with comfortable rooms. The pool is a bit small but fine for a cooling evening swim. Breakfasts were actually very good, and we were absolutely delighted that there was proper cutlery and crockery with no single use plastic anywhere - full marks for that. We asked for a slightly later checkout which was no problem at all. The only downside is the location with no real outside space. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Shower with no door or barrier on floor only curtain so water leaked all over bathroom floor. We only stayed 1 night so we did not get to use the pool. Pool area is small.

The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour for our room after check in time to which she eventually informed us she could in fact give our family a readily available room this entire time. It was less than efficient on her part considering she knew we were waiting as we had to continuously ask for updates , the lobby was empty besides two other men waiting. I would say giving priority to a family of 5 should be something to consider. Our first room had a non working A/C unit. They send the engineers to fix it and they were very kind but it couldn’t be fixed. They informed the front desk but it was another 45 mins until they moved our room. We were there for two nights since our flight was cancelled. The gentleman working the front desk , bar area and technicians were incredible at helping and being super kind , we appreciate their help. The pool area is small and has lots of mosquitos at night.

It was an average hotel overall. The pool area was quite small and should be designed to accommodate more guests, as it doesn’t comfortably serve the number of people staying at the property. In addition, breakfast service ended at 9 a.m., which felt too early, especially for guests on vacation, who are often just getting up around that time.

The parking is great and easily accessible.
Nice pool, although it is small but adequate for the size hotel.
There are many places to eat, from the hotel itself, to Longhorns next door to many others that are walkable. But be aware that the area is convenient but not a walkable area for pleasure. There is a lot of traffic but with the crosswalks you can walk to at least 10 different places to eat that are across the street.
There is a Walmart and many stores within a 10 minute drive if you want to explore more.
Some of the most beautiful beaches are only 15 minute drive away.
Most important all the staff are amazing. They are so nice and friendly. All of them speak Spanish and English that I spoke to.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind. The room was the one I requested for disabled guests, and the bathroom had everything I needed, but the problem arose when I showered. The level of the shower floor caused water to run all over the bathroom floor, creating a slippery hazard. They came quickly and dried it, but I was going to have that problem every time I showered… They shouldn't rent that room until the problem is resolved.

Staff was great, room was clean with the exception I was in a disability room and the shower would run out to the floor of the bathroom but, maintenance would come and clean it right away. I think they need to redo the shower floor so the water doesn’t run out.

The experience was a downgrade. I was not provided two queen beds as it was confirmed on expedia. The staff mentioned that they dont have any rooms . The room given had an issue with hot water. I had to request 3 times to 3 different front desk personnel even though eventually it turned out to be a flipped connection that room. (They could have told me upfront) . The staff generally didnt appear very friendly .

The breakfast spread was fantastic! Huge variety, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was excellent, and the staff kept everything stocked and clean. A perfect start to the day.
Overall was great, but the emergency stairs were not accessible to begin use, their were lock form the outside which make me feel some way insecure.
