Great location. The pool was nice and had a restaurant on property with pretty good food. The beach was just a few steps away as well. Check in was quick and easy. Unless you are a Hyatt member and get a special parking pass, the parking was kind of far away. Overall, we had a great time.

It seemed nice online but it needs some work. The guest parking lot is in disrepair and the walk to the lobby was dotted with large piles of horse poop. My room had dirty footprints on the tile and the rug needed to be vacuumed. I told them at the front desk in the morning but no one came so I cleaned it myself with a washcloth that was hanging on the shower curtain rod. The pool is nice. Lots of chairs!

I would have given them a 5 star overall if they had vending machines or an area to buy drinks & snacks 24/7. Once the gift store closed, then you'd have to drive 10 min to buy anything. So go prepared. Our room could have used a good deep clean, like dusting light fixtures and wipe down of the fridge and dishwasher, but we were happy with our room. The restaurant was amazing and ate many meals there. I would diffently stay there again.

The only thing not too good is the strict check-out policy, and they don't have bathrooms with showers, so you still have to use the facilities on your last day and change your clothes before taking your flight back. The rest me and my family live it, now we are looking to buy a timeshare at the same property.

We had an amazing time at Hyatt Vacation Club. They had everything you could possibly need. Our room was clean and the resort grounds were clean and maintained! My only complaint is that our toilet leaked, which is pretty gross. We would absolutely come back again.

The property grounds are beautiful, beach is great, room is great. The area does have a lot of mosquitoes, so deet is a must outdoors. My main issues with this property that prevents it from getting 5 stars:
- bugs, which isn't really the property's fault, and very aggressive birds at the restaurant that will try to steal your food
- 10am checkout is really early
- there's no real indoor space to hang out at, other than your room
- could use a better outdoor rinse off area, otherwise you're just trotting sand all over
- the broader grounds were a bit dry and run down, for example the main parking lot was pretty run down

The room was beautiful however the floors were dirty and they could improve in this area. Some stains in the carpet, sofa and pillow. The washer and dryer was a plus but again it was really dirty. The property amenities were great and staff was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was nice.

Our check in was easy and quick. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom was a bit moldy on the floor but expected with a hotel by the beach. Rooms get cleaned every other day. When we had it cleaned they did a great job. Would recommend to others

Understand this is not an all inclusive resort, everything on this property in terms of food and drink will cost you. It is also very out of the way. Rent a car and don’t rely on uber if you are staying here. With no car it is like you’re trapped on the property

Would recommend this resort to anyone! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The 1 bedroom villa is so nice. The bed was comfortable, the black out curtains were super helpful and the size was perfect. Also appreciated the washer and dryer that was only shared with one other unit. The pools and hot tubs were my kids favorite things about the stay. The onsite restaurant is a little pricey but super convenient. 10/10 stay.

Perfect little spot in Old San Juan. Conveniently located near everything you’d want to do in Old San Juan. Friendly and happy staff! The cleaning staff was so attentive and smiley. They even let us use some fluffy robes for our stay. Stay here, you’ll love it.

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly friendly and even secured our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. Everything was ready for us when it was time to check in, and the entire process was smooth and welcoming.

The on-site restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend the pasta and the shrimp tacos both were delicious. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning; everything on the menu was great and very reasonably priced. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

It had a gym, volleyball court, ping pong table, badminton net, so plenty of things to do! Of course the beach side was lovely. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Beautiful! Great option for families. Great pool and beach. The kids also loved the game room. The room itself was perfect. We have a 6 and 9 year old who slept on the pull out couch and the parents took the bedroom with a king bed. Having a full kitchen cuts down on the cost of eating out and we made breakfast every morning. The grocery store was about 3 miles down the road. I always felt safe with a front gate and security. The bar had great food and things the kids would eat. The only downside was more driving than I expected to get to larger attractions, but it’s worth it to stay somewhere this perfect for our family.

Avoid this 'resort' at all costs. The pictures are deceiving. There were non-stop issues: from the undisclosed fees in addition to the resort fee, unpaved parking lot a good distance away from the actual lot residents where resident owners park, and the plastic wristband you have to wear at all times, to the live roaches crawling around the dirty rooms, having to ask to have the rooms serviced at the end of a long day (4 pm) even though cleaning staff approached that very morning (10 am) and confirmed it was to be serviced that day. They didn't even honor the full 'credit for inconvenience' they promised, later saying that because I'd prepaid my full stay through a third party, Expedia, they could only do so much for me. What a rip off!

This is a nice resort, dont get me wrong. However, with the significant influx of the US tourist, prices are sky high.
It is well worth a walk along the beach by about 1km to find a 'shack' and shade. Fresh sea food and wonderful cocktails for half the price of the hotel.
Venture further afield to either town that sits on either side of the resort and more delights at local prices can be found.
We just felt that being at the resort, we were were being gouged on the prices for everything.
Breakfast was $40 each plus the tip! So for four of us, it was just shy of $200!......ouch!
The staff were great and polite as always but that feeling of being ripped off remains!

The room had little bugs crawling on the tables. The pool had a lot of bugs. The pool bar/restaurant had a crazy amount of bugs and birds swarming constantly. I’ve stayed at resorts with outdoor spaces where this was not an issue so I was confused. It was hard to get Ubers to go anywhere. The staff was nice though but I will never stay here again.

+ Great access to the beach and pool (sometimes iguanas might literally join swimming in the pool lol)
+ Clean and very convenient location amenities in the room
+ Entertaining game room
+ Good view to the ocean and pool area from the room
- Didn't like the quality of the food and options in the restaurant, you'd have to leave the hotel to find a better place to eat, but their drinks are good
- Check out time is too early at 10:00 AM and they could not extend it further for us

We really appreciated the fact it was like an apartment and not a hotel room. We made breakfast each morning so we could leave early to go about our day. Fully stocked kitchen and the room and grounds were so clean. Washer/dryer shared with another room was convenient and they provided soap. It wasn't a \"party\" scene. Everyone was respectful and it was relaxing. The restaurant/bar was independent from the hotel so you couldn't charge to your room so you had to bring money or card down with you. I feel like this was sort of an inconvenience but not a deal breaker to stay there again!

It was very nice, convenient location, near restaurants, gas station, supermarket etc. All bedrooms have front beach. Laundry, all the amenities were there. They cleaned the rooms every other day very good. Nice staff. Activities for the kids and adults. It has a restaurant and a gift shop.

This resort is very nice. I just wish that they had a swim up bar. Or some type of wait staff around the pool. The restaurant on the property was nice but can become costly if you eat there everyday. Definitely need a car to go there and to get around. I did love the room. It was like having our own little Airbnb with all the dishes and appliances available in the room. And I loved having the bedroom separated from the front room /kitchen. This hotel is very nice but it's really not a lot of frills. They do try to have a couple of things in the morning or in the afternoon for activities poolside which is nice and there is a lot to do on the property. The only gripe I have as much as I wanted to enjoy that beach I was not made aware of Puerto Rico's sand fleas And our first night there I dug my feet in the sand and they got ate up. So make sure you do wear beach shoes and socks on the beach. Other than that very nice property. Very nice fuse just for it to be a Hyatt. I thought it would have had a little more for the amount paid

I would suggest a QR in the room with the restaurants' menu and prices such as the resort restaurant mahi mahi.I love the fact there was washer and dryer, fridge and microwave in the room includingthe pool/beach towels. Definitely, there should be a lifeguard at the pool and beach. There is a lack of lifeguards in the entire island which is unfortunate.
