How this works
Each offer totals room price × rooms × nights, breakfast × guests × nights, extra nightly room charges and fixed stay charges. A refundable deposit is shown separately as an arrival-funds requirement and is not counted as a stay expense.
Enter only charges excluded from the quoted room price. Where a tax uses a percentage, per-person basis or fewer taxable nights, calculate it from the terms and enter its whole-stay amount under other compulsory charges. Compare cancellation conditions separately.
