How this works
Each expense is converted through the saved EUR-based rate snapshot, rounded once to the selected settlement currency and divided in integer minor currency units. Any indivisible unit goes to the first listed participant. Balances then produce a simple settlement plan; the number of transfers is not guaranteed minimal.
This calculates balances only. No money is transferred. The form uses POST so names and amounts stay out of the page URL; they are not saved as an account record. Check rate dates and choose an agreed settlement currency.
