The view was why to stay there the bed, was awful. Everytime you moved it creaked it was so uncomfortable no sleeping possible. Breakfast was lack lust I had some friends who stayed and they didn’t even see the bagels available as they were in the fridge . Definitely not a full English breakfast, maybe contential at best. No tea I asked the said it was in the room not true. The view was great everything else not so much.

Location was perfect, 100ft. from the ocean, a 5 minute walk to Towers and Narragansett Beach. Best part was the king mattress, one of the most comfy i’ve had in hotels… slept like a baby. I have a 4 because it's an old building, very thin walls, van hear walking above us, voices, etc. needs an update for sure… with an update, new paint, tiled baths, etc. this could be the best hotel in the area.

Staff were kind and approachable! Room was ok. The bed was on top of a frame that made a weird metal rattling noise every time you move. I woke up multiple times throughout the night because of it. There was also a pair of rusty pliers and a screw left on the bathroom sink. Room was clean and the view was lovely.

While the view is beautiful, the room looks like it hasn't been touched since the summer. It could have been much cleaner. There was an ironing board leaning on the bathroom wall over the toilet paper, not where it belongs, a gigantic spider, and there was not one towel in the room. I realize that it is off season but more care should be taken to ensure that we are given a clean room and that it is fully stocked with towels and items that belong there. Disappointed.

The complimentary breakfast was simply, a joke. The staff were pretty good. Had to ask them for cleaning service due to covid…hasn’t it been a few years now? They don’t tell you that until you realize room wasn’t done. Maybe it was mentioned on the site, but still, silly. They do a pretty good job cleaning when it is done. Some suspect areas though. They need to do a more thorough job. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower worked well and they provide you plenty of hooks. The toilet was quite low. Not good for bad backs, etc. They charge you for bottles of water—$1—but for the price they’re charging for the rooms, with respect to the low value for the amount spent, they should at least give you a couple of complimentary bottles each day. (There were two of us in the room.) Maybe I’m asking for too much. Location was good. The view from the room and the balcony—downstairs—was nice. The furniture on the balcony was rusty. DON’T use the coffee machines! At least the one I had had some kind of particulate floating around. I ran water through it three times and although an improvement … I would rate the hotel a 7.5/10. If not for the view, the convenient location, the staff, oh, and the walk along the Narragansett Ocean wall right across the street, it would receive a lower score.

Late check in was not a problem. Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and even gave us some helpful travel tips for the area. The Breakfast Corner was nice in the morning with bagels and juice. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted (and they all worked). AC/Heat was easily adjustable to comfort. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View of the ocean was amazing. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel in June for an event and we we needed to come back for another event, I booked the hotel a 2nd time. My other half told the desk clerk that he recognized him from June and that nice man upgraded us to an oceanside suite.
Pros: the location is amazing, the staff is just lovely, the room was super clean and there’s a continental breakfast.
Cons: yeah, maybe the decor is a little tired, but you won’t notice it when you’re sitting on your deck watching the sunsets!
It’s on my list of go-tos now whenever we’re up in that area!

Fantastic view of the Atlantic from our room. The only downside is that there are only stairs to reach the upper floors. But it is within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The deadbolt to our hotel didn't work and for the price of 400 a night just for an ocean view, the outdated utilities and lack of safety did not feel worth it. The shore house has almost the exact same view, but significantly upgraded rooms. While it has an amazing location, safety was not a priority.

I rarely give subpar reviews but I’ll never stay at this hotel again. This is a diamond in the rough- it could be amazing. All the furniture in the bedroom needs to be thrown out or used for a bonfire. Ironing board and iron need to go. The bathroom cabinet had water rot on the side. The painter they hired painted on the bathroom shower- sloppy. One of the outlets was painted white. There was an alarm clock not plugged in. Just sitting there on the nightstand. The toilet paper holder was nailed to a block of wood which was then nailed to the wall. Same as the towel bar. The rooms and entire hotel need a major makeover. The ice machine had 3 different signs on it stating one bi let of ice per room becuase the coat of ice is high. Seriously? No water in the room- it’s downstairs at the lobby for $1. If I’m paying over $200 per night for a small hotel room where the door does not shut- throw in the $1 water please. The exterior needs to be landscaped- front entrance is really the side- poor signage. The consumer has too many options - The Atlantic needs to do much better!

My husband and I had a good experience for a one night stay in this friendly little hotel. We had never been to this area before, and it seems that all the hotels are independently owned. We were happy to not stay in one of the cookie-cutter chains. Located on the water, we took a nice walk along the sea wall. The staff was super friendly and recommended a great restaurant. It’s a 3 star with a great view in a convenient location. It was clean but old. For $400 night I expect daily fresh quality linen and towels. The bath towel are like dish towels. If you’re hoping to do laundry, there is no washing machine available. That’s about it.

I was disappointed there was no elevator to get upstairs . I had to carry the suitcases because my husband has two torn Rotor cuffs. Our room was very small with a king size bed in it. The shower curtain liner smelled of mildew. I just felt we got a leftover room that needed some updating. The television was very good and obviously very new. The towels were clean and more than adequate . The view from their terrace was spectacular! I wish I had an opportunity to see another room even on the first floor. The staff was very nice.

The view from the deck was amazing and the location was unbeatable! The front desk service was great and there were bagels and coffee stocked at the breakfast nook which made for a great way to quickly fuel before a beach day. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for us because we spent most of our time at the beach anyways. The shops and restaurants were very walkable. We will definitely be back!

Typical motel. Stay one night and move no amenities The biggest problem was no lounging or public spaces. The “ breakfast nook” was minimal. Just coffee and some muffins to heat up. No place to sit and eat. We did not consider the outdoor couches as breakfast places.

This place is OK only. We stayed in the\"annex' which is a different section than the front of the motel. The room had a musty smell, and a damp feel. The door didn't shut completely and the door jamb looked as though it had seen better days. The air conditioning was older, kind of noisy and I think that's where the musty smell was coming from. I can't honestly recommend this motel, especially for the money they charge.

We had a partial ocean view which was nice, big windows on second floor. Hotel has been updated. Small deck overlooking the Ocean open to all guests. Sheets were kinda rough. Grocery store bagels and fruit loops and Cheerios for breakfast. Large urn of hot coffee. About 1/2 mile walk to beach entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed the stay at the Atlantic House. The room was ok - a little bit on the smaller side and the bathroom could use an update but by all means was sufficient. The Air conditionning worked well and defintely kept the room cool.The breakfast consisted of bagels or two different type of cereal - not very exciting but that was not what the purpose was of our visit. Overall good accommodations.

The location was super conveniently located near Narragansett Beach restaurants, the Blessing of the Fleet festival and road race finish line and I appreciated the simple coffee and bagel offerings in the morning. However, my motel room had a few easily fixable issues, including a badly clogged bathtub drain, a chair with a broken leg, and a fire alarm light that was hanging from the ceiling. The staff were personable and professional.
