The first room before upgrade. RM 907 was inadequate as I had no cold water from wash basin. I complained but the plumber who came up said it needed a plumber but didn't organise until I complained again. After upgrade which was 9 days everything was good. Staff are excellent but very few speak English.

Always Good Here At The HUB.

Stayed here many times before. Personnel at the Hotel always friendly and go out of their way to help. Location the best, across the street from a major shopping center. Many money exchange houses nearby. Breakfast has improved since my last visit and it was good. Only complaints as before, the sliding glass doors in every closet in every room need to be replaced and a little bettter water pressure in the shower. Otherwise perfect.

Nice hotel overall, great staff, room is comfortable and the roof top is great. Only complaint is the maintenance of the bathroom, it just needed some touch ups to look 100%. Looked like it hadn't received any maintenance in a while. Everything worked perfectly, but cosmetically could be improved. not a big deal, just a comment. Would recommend overall!

Perfect oasis

We wanted to choose a hotel in Asuncion that was going to be more than just a place to lay our heads and instead be a place we’d also enjoy spending time in. We were so happy we chose the Hub Hotel. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The perfect place to come back and relax in between our explorations. And our private terrace was larger than many hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. It really was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel for our 2 week stay in the wonderful Paraguay. Good location away from the centre but easily accessible by Bolt. Hotel staff extremely helpful. High attention to cleanliness and ensuring that we were ok. Safe car parking. Breakfast was consistently good.

Es un hermoso hotel en la que es para mi la mejor zona de Asunción.
El barrio se siente seguro y caminable.
Cruzando la calle está el shopping Mariscal, con gran variedad de opciones para entretenimiento y comida.
Probé muchos hoteles en Asunción y con mi esposa decidimos volver siempre al Hub.
El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y modernas.
El desayuno es correcto, la piscina es linda y la terraza tiene buenas vistas.

First Time Back In Asuncion in a Year.

Coffee for breakfast included with room was better than my last visit, it was drinkable now. The food was another question. Limited options the same every day. Quality was hit of miss. I noticed that the \"Air Europa\" flight crews stay at this hotel. The days the flight crew was there, the food was then hot and abundant quantity. Other days with no flight crew lack of eggs, bacon and not hot. I would like a slightly better room rate with no breakfast and I can go across the street and have my breakfast where I want. Rooms ok, bathroom ok, shower needs better water pressure.

Had a great stay here! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. The terrace has a great view, nice pool although small, and is enjoyable to have breakfast there. The food and drinks were delicious. The location is the best as you are close to everything including pharmacy, supermarket, shopping, etc. I highly recommend.

O hotel é novo, está em uma ótima localização, em frente ao shopping Mariscal, a equipe é super gentil e educada. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, roupa de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade e novos. O café da manhã é bom, mas o cardápio é o mesmo todos os dias. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar.

The hotel itself it’s pretty neat. Seemed cleaned. Staff was very friendly. I did not get to explore the surrounding areas due to a short stay. The room was spacious. It was very cold and the thermostat wasn’t working. I did reported and they brought me a heater to the room. There’s no lamp on your bedside so you had to get up from bed to turn on/off lights. Nice touch with the the automatic curtains. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The restaurant offers a nice view of the infinite pool and skyline. Although the restaurant only offers outside seating. For rainy and colder days is not a good option.

Lo único que diría para que sepan es que las suites más de lujo miran a un shopping y la calle es un poco ruidosa por la noche pero no hace a la calidad de sueño. No tengo más que decir gracias por la atención. Recomendaría agrandar el gimnasio e incorporar un Multigym.

Excelente ubicación, en frente del shopping Mariscal, una zona con mucha vida, lugares para comer y pasear.
El hotel es muy moderno, limpio y cómodo. Se puede ver el atardecer desde la piscina en la terraza mientras se disfruta de unos tragos.

Amazing location, nice view from Asuncion in the Rooftop, the hotel offer covid test before my flight back home; a service from my room, that was super cool because I not need worrying about that, the staff make so easy my stay, free parking, and free bottle water, the hotel have a nice coffee next to the front desk, and the bar in the Rooftop have very cool list local coctel, I recommend and I wanna stay there again my next time because feel like home

Foi uma estadia bem agradável, os funcionários todos extremamente gentis, e fui atendida em tudo que precisei!
Os quartos eram bem limpos, camas e lençóis macios!!!
Só senti falta de um chuveiro um pouco mais potente e mais lugar para poder acomodar produtos de higiene no banheiro, tanto dentro como fora do chuveiro.
De resto, tudo foi ótimo!!!!!!

My thoughts

I arrived late night and there was no one at the door to let me in or help with the baggage. I rang the bell at the reception and the guy finally showed up. not much information was provided about the hotel. I got to the room and the key was not working so I had to go down again. The room was Ok but the bathroom had a mold smell, which was bad. It was an Ok experience.

The terrace and the pool located in the terrace were excelent. The gym has two running machines and it has not weight machines. rooms were ok. Pretty modern. Same applied to the bathroom. Breakfast was very good. They have I prefer loyalty programme. Overall was an excellent choice.

The hotel is in a great location it is safe to walk around at any time. The front desk staff were excellent, helped us book a city tour, they all speak English. The roof top bar and pool are a highlight of this hotel, Rodrigo at the bar is excellent. There is a mall directly across the street.

Great stay in the Hub, convenient and safe

Great stay at the Hub. A nice hotel, convenient (10 min walk) to restaurant zone, great penthouse terrace with bar and pool, also a great coffee shop in the lobby (Juan Valdez). Very comfortable, very good stay. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in Asunción

The Hub hotel is a great economic choice with a modern feel. The standard rooms are a bit small but do provide comfortable beds and a desk to work at. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant. They offer a continental breakfast and have a mall across the street with several dining options for lunch and dinner.

Very pleasant stay

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Villa Mora and Mariscal Shopping area. Supermarkets are two blocks away. There are many taxis around the Shopping, so if you need them, it's easy.

The building is new, clean, and nicely maintained. I felt everything I need was provided including all the basic amenities as well as hair blower in the room, breakfast on the top floor, swimming pool, coffee shop on the first floor, and gym (though I didn't get to see it).

I would definitely stay there again when I am in town and would recommend it to anyone who needs clean, quiet, and close-to-town accommodation in Asuncion.

Modern hotel in Asuncion

PROS: Good location to nearby mall with restaurants, pharmacy. Pool on the rooftop.
CONS: 1/ Some of the furniture was visibly worn out; 2/ There was not a proper desk to work on (chairs were not ergonomically fitted to do business work); 3/ Breakfast was below par compared to other similarly priced hotels.
