Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Good location although it’s not easy to get to the best beaches unless you are a hiker. That being said the sea has great access from the front of the hotel and the water was great both in the sea and the infinity pool.

Very extensive breakfast buffet. We did not stay there for dinner as we ate in town.

Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is amazing, the pool wonderful, direct access to the ocean. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired. Food choices in the evening was poor, nothing creative, just meat and potatoes. Breakfast wasn't so great either. The view is incredible though.

Pros: Swimming pools, beach access and views are absolutely amazing! The reception staff is super nice (special thanks to Elena, and her colleagues), and the ocean view room we had was beautiful.
The spa personnel is nice too and the massage was very pleasant.
Cons: The service at breakfast should be improved as some of the staff wasn’t very friendly (didn’t greet much; ended the breakfast abruptly at 10:00 by turning off lights, closing umbrellas above our heads and unwilling to give any food or drink anymore), and also the cleanliness of the rooms (clean per se, but we had to point out to empty ash trays or take away dirty dishes).
All in all an amazing hotel and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to relax. Think Greek island before they got popular.....beautiful walks along emerald sea, amazing food, stunning views and this hotel is in amongst it all. Food choice great and fresh. Drinks reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Annoying things was being in a twin room when we had booked a double.
We used this as a base to sleep and eat breakfast, and then went out to explore everyday as such a lovely area

Nice but big...

Over all a very nice and luxuous hotel with every facility, you can ask for! But too big for us....Hotel.coms descripsion did not tell us, that we were going to eat e.g. breakfast with 400-500 other guests! The village nearby (Veli Losinj) was very nice with its many shops and restaurants. Mali Losinj (3 km away) was also very nice...The whole area was rather quiet here in the end of September. We were upgrated, so we had a balcony with sea-view :-)

Nice, modern hotel in Veli Losinj

Good things:

Hotel's modern and comfortable. Pools etc are nice. Set by a really lovely rocky bay - excellent for swimming, but possibly not ideal for beginners / young children. Free loungers / parasols. Easy walking distance to Veli Losinj where there are restaurants and bars. Everything's in good condition. Quiet at night. Lovely bar area for catching sunsets.

Breakfast was good. We chose the half-board option - dinner is self service / buffet style and was OK - a bit busy. Worth noting that they start clearing the food away at 9pm, so don't turn up late. There was live music on the nights we were there during dinner which was a nice touch.

Things they could do better:

Reception was odd. Sometimes friendly, sometimes very abrupt - eg we arrived just after midday and asked to check-in, and were simply told \"No\". We'd normally expect reception to say \"welcome, sorry you're room's not ready yet but will be at blah, feel free to leave your luggage...\"

There are menus at the pool bar and beach bar, but each bar only does certain things (eg no food at the beach bar, no smoothies at the pool bar). It would be good if they could indicate this on the menus.

We had \"Life force\" massages in the spa. These are supposed to be deep tissue massages. One of us did receive a good deep tissue massage, but the other was a sort of gentle, broad strokes affair, with requests for firmer pressure not really making much difference. So - quite a lot of variation between therapists.

Overall comfortable stay with half board. Decent and clean room, food was not bad - buffet style and had different choices everyday. Lounge chairs and umbrellas at beach require additional payment even when you are guest at the hotel. Reception very very slow, only 3 terminals available for check-in/out so expect long line ups in the morning of check out.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a very nice experience. The amenities were plentiful and very in great condition. Multiple pools, fantastic view from the main pool (we saw dolphins!), free parking (although it's listed here as an add-on), tennis, fitness etc. The buffet restaurant was quite ok, but we recommend the restaurant just down the road (part of the hotel) where there's an excellent view of the bay and excellent food.
The only downside was the staff in the reception, lounge and restaurant area. They weren't very friendly or smiling - some outright hostile. That said then they were very helpful and nice in the main pool area.

Beautiful modern hotel Excellent food and location

Located on the beach 5 min walk from Veli Losinj and 15 from Mali Losinj. A bit difficult to get there by ferry and lack of highway through islands, but worth it! Clean air, sea, nature, swimming pools, tennis, bike and jogging trails. Not many places you can see dolphins diving daily in front of hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, only 5 min from the centre of the little town where you can find lots of great restaurants and bars. There was no big crowd on the beach that belongs to the hotel. The only thing what bothered us is that you need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas even if you're a guest of the hotel and pays quite a lot for the hotel room itself. World class breakfast with great variety of choices. Free wifi and lot of great facilities in the hotel. Nice and flexible staff. Many description about Vli Losinj suggest that you can easily meet dolphins there as there is a big reservatum for them, this can be misleading, there is a great (even if is small) exhibition about dolphins in the BlueWorld education centrer in the heart of Veli Losijn (5min walk from the hotel), however according to locals it is very rare that you can see them. Anyway, this is a great location to visit and a super hotel.

The hotel is very new, everything clean and shiny. Rooms a tiny bit on the small side but very adequate, each with balcony and most with view of the sea. Great bar/lounge with large terrace overlooking sea, islands, sunset and good selection of drinks, cakes. LAVISH buffet for all meals, and very good quality food. Smallish outdoor pool, but you have the beach with sun loungers (may get crowded in high season), small extra charge. Excellent exercise facilities and spa.

The hotel, as expected, being near the sea, had no air conditioning. However, the room, miniscule considering the cost, had no windows -- only a door opening onto a small terrace wiith 2 plastic chairs -- and the door to the terrace could not open more than a third of the way because the bed was in front of it! Also, no window in the bathroom -- we almost suffocated. Meals were included -- we weren't that concerned with the quality, because we knew we'd be taking some of our meals outside of the hotel. However, every meal was pretty much pork, pork, and more pork. Did these people never here of poultry or fish? Non-alcoholic beverages and some alcoholic beverages were also included, but if you wanted two of anything you had to present two room cards, so if you were at lunch and wanted a glass of wine and a glass of bottled water, or if someone from your table of four wanted to get drinks for everyone, two, three or four room cards had to be presented. I would rather have paid for the drinks and not had the incredible hassle this system caused when a number of people were waiting and each card had to be \"swiped\". Additionally, the several times we asked for directions from the front desk, the person either didn't know or gave us incorrect directions -- and my husband speaks both Italian and Croatian, in addition to English. Never again.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und in einem guten Zustand. Es bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht und guten Zugang zum Meer (dieser ist öffentlich zugänglich). Zwei Mangel: Das Bett in unserem Zimmer war sehr weich und der linke, etwas kleinere Pool, war während unseres Aufenthalts stark verschmutzt.
Generell hätten wir uns freundlicheres Personal gewünscht. Die einzige Person die jeden Tag freundlich gegrüsst und gelächelt hat, war die Person am Empfang des abendlichen Buffets. Alle anderen hatten scheinbar keine Lust auf ihren Job oder waren aus anderen Gründen nicht um ein lächeln bemüht.
Beim Buffet würden wir uns eine kleinere, dafür qualitativ hochwertigere Auswahl wünschen.
Preis/Leistung des Hotels ist an der Grenze.

Dusche geräumig, Bad immer sauber und aufgeräumt.
Hotelflure könnten ansprechender gestaltet werden, zudem wäre ein Raumdeo in den Fluren positiv.
Die Anwendungen im Spa-Bereich sind qualitativ noch ausbaufähig. Z.B. Gesichtsbehandlung, nach der man nicht in die Sonne gehen soll. => Info erfolgte im Nachhinein!

Schöne Zimmer(hatte eines mit Meerblick), komplettes Hotel sehr sauber. Der Hafen von Veli Losinj ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen und perfekt für einen Abendspaziergang zum Essen und zurück.
Auch die Pools sind sehr schön.
Kleine Mankos sind dass aufgrund der Hotelgröße es sich zu den Stoßzeiten beim Frühstük schon sehr tummelt um das Buffet(es ist aber genug von allem für jeden da). Würde trotzdem empfehlen etwas früher zu frühstücken, einfach um etwas mehr Ruhe zu haben.
Und es wird für das Wechseln der Badehandtücher nochmal ein kleiner Extrabeitrag verlangt-könnte bei diesem Hotelpreis auch inbegriffen sein.

Luogo incantevole, a due passi dalla bellissima Veli Losjni, hotel elegante, ordinato, organizzato, pulitissimo con una piscina di 50 metri da sogno, e una spa fantastica, una spiaggia organizzata veramente bene. Ristorante ottimo di sera, eccezionale nelle colazioni, menù internazionale con variazioni dalmati buonissime. Possibilità di pranzare bordo piscina, e ristorante Punta a 5 minuti, e tutti gli altri ristorantini di Veli Losjni a poco meno di 10 minuti a piedi. L'hotel poi è disponibile ad organizzare trasporti a Mali e gite con varie imbarcazioni. Poi il mare: favoloso! Una vacanza veramente fantastica!

Un hotel meraviglioso in una location a dir poco incantevole! Siamo arrivati in tarda serata per via di un lungo viaggio in auto per raggiungere Lussino e l’hotel ci ha predisposto la cena in camera oltre ad averci omaggiato con una suite vista mare dal panorama mozzafiato! La colazione è oggettivamente oltre ogni aspettativa per abbondanza e varietà, la cena è buona ma non spettacolare come la colazione. La piscina a sfioro è incantevole e permette una vista fantastica sul mare. Ottimo anche il parcheggio non a pagamento e la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi un piccolo borgo dove fare acquisti di prima necessità, qualche souvenir ed eventualmente mangiare nei localini. In definitiva lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti del mare e del relax !

Mycket trevligt lugnt familjehotell. Vi valde halvpension som är prisvärt i förhållande till kostnad. Extremt rent och välstädat.

Avkopplande och lugnt familjehotell

Bra familjehotell med riktigt bra frukost. Middagsbuffé helt ok. Bokade halvpension som var klart prisvärt. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att åka tillbaka 2-3 dagar för en minisemester.

Hotel Punta provare per credere

Conoscevo già l'hotel Punta avendoci soggiornato, è stato rinnovato molto positivamente, ha una piscina semplicemente splendida, la posizione fronte mare, il mangiare molto buono e assortito fanno si che pensi a un ulteriore soggiorno.

Tutto bene . Abbiamo apprezzato anche l’ organizzazione dell ‘ Hotel .Il personale è apparso tutto professionale , anche nelle mansioni più semplici .Ottimo il servizio ai tavoli durante la cena a buffet.

Wunderschönes Hotel und sehr gute Lage. Umgebung sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit war überall im Hotel top. Das Meer war sehr schön, Badeschuhe müssten aber vorhanden sein. Das Personal spricht überwiegend Deutsch und macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Essen war auch sehr gut, nur an der Vielfältigkeit könnte noch ein bisschen gearbeitet werden. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Preis Leistung sehr gut.

Ben curata anche nei dettagli.
Manca una piscina per i bambini ad acqua dolce.
Da evitare assolutamente di sostituire la cena con uno dei ristoranti che vengono proposti .
Siamo stati al veli zal da evitare assolutamente.

Super Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, top gepflegte Anlage. Leider zuviele Gäste für den Kantine ähnlichen Speisesaal. Zu wenig Platz, wenn Hotel belegt war. Personal an der Rezeption war teils unhöflich und genervt obwohl Vorsaison war. Wir waren schon zum 5 mal hier, wegen der wunderschönen Landschaft und Anlage, aber leider auch diesmal eine Baustelle unterhalb des Pools

Breve ma intensa e piacevole vacanza di coppia

Avevamo già fatto vacanze in Croazia e per ben 2 volte a Veli Loscinj ma non avevamo mai soggiornato ALL' HOTEL PUNTA. È stata un esperienza veramente positiva. Qualità prezzo ottima. Penso che torneremo in futuro . Cibo , personale e servizi all'altezza di hotel 4 stelle. Unica lamentela rumori in tarda ora dovuti a PERSONE MALEDUCATE che tiravano e spostavano sedie ,e poi bambini che correvano nella camera sopra alla nostra.

Vacanza da sogno

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo in questo hotel per la settimana di ferragosto.
L'hotel è stupendo ed ha un ampio centro benessere , una palestra, piscine interne ed esterne ed inoltre si affaccia direttamente sul mare. La colazione e la cena servita a buffet sono entrambe ottime.

Absolutnie udany wypoczynek.

Hotel duży, trzeba mieć to na względzie zwłaszcza przy wieczornym posiłku. Zdecydowanie w mojej ocenie należy wziąć opcje HP ( z kolacją) dopłata do pokoju ze śniadaniem jest raczej symboliczna w stosunku do tego co otrzymuje się w zamian ( np. wiele gatunków ryb, mięs , bufet deserowy ) Okolica cudowna. Maleńkie miasteczko Veli Losinj jak z bajki , wiesze Mali Losinj w odległości dłuższego spaceru wzdłuż morza. Cena pobytu adekwatna do usługi . Pewnie jeszcze wrócimy .A big hotel, you must have this in mind especially with an evening meal. In my opinion, HP's option (with supper) is definitely in my opinion the extra charge for a room with breakfast is rather symbolic in relation to what you get in return (eg many species of fish, meats, dessert buffet) Wonderful surroundings. The tiny town of Veli Losinj as if from a fairy tale, hangs Mali Losinj a long walk along the sea. Price of stay adequate to the service. I'll probably be back
