My husband and I took our two kids (6 and 7 years old) for a long weekend and it was fantastic! They had fun activities for the kids all weekend long. The hotel is right next to the water and everything is in walking distance. The London Bridge was right next to it and it was so cool. The hotel is not only good for kids, but also for adults. I would HIGHLY suggest this hotel to anyone!

Property is older and it shows in some spots including the rooms but we were comfortable. Rooms on the parking lot side were very noisy with cars, people, and car alarms/locking beeps until at least 1am, we had to sleep with a loud white noise app downloaded on my phone just for this purpose. The grounds and surrounding area were adorable and decorated for Christmas, the entire area and waterfront were walkable- we loved this part! The pools were nice too!

The noise from the private party's held at the hotel went well into the night, techno and rap music, hard to try and sleep through. Also the restaurant Kokomo on the property has been rented for private party's both times we have stayed here. So that limits you to the Martini bar on property for food. So save yourself some money and don’t book overlooking the bridge. Instead get out of your room and enjoy the area then come back and actually get aome sleep in your room facing the parking lot!!

There is a club in the hotel and we were informed of the loud noises that can occur till 2am. However it was quiet after 11pm so no problems.

Didn’t like NO maid service for 3 nights. Not very clean and functional. Told to turn around and reroute climbing stairs because of an event impeded route to my room. Had to have a room change because we couldn’t enter the shower. Door was jammed shut. Hmmm did the maid do it. OR did they not clean it because they couldn’t get in there either AND not report it to management. 3 maintenance men couldn’t get it open.

My kids enjoyed the pool and slide area. There was so much to do near the hotel which was great, but the only downfall was our room was not the best. The people next to us and infront of us were up all night the 2 nights we stayed. Security even had to tell them to tone it down, to one of them fighting.

I wasn’t very pleased with our stay and left early because of it. The music that was playing all day long was SO loud. My toddler was not able to take a nap due to the noise. I called and asked to change rooms because of this and was told they didn’t have any other rooms that would be in a better location. The music at the night club (that’s open from 9 PM to 2 AM EVERY night) kept us up all night during our first night, so we left a day early. I wasn’t offered any type of refund.
On top of that, they said the pools were heated but it definitely didn’t feel like it. And there was no breakfast options on property because the dining options didn’t open until later.
The location and view was the best part, but overall very disappointed.

Thermostat broke in the middle of summer night and we had to move our kids from one room to another in the middle of night. It happens. But management was unsympathetic and offered nothing for the inconvenience. A small gesture would have sufficed. Overall great location. Room cleaning staff members are definitely using drugs or recently recovered. Makes for an uneasy environment with kids.

This place is super outdated and smells of cigarettes. The room was nice but the smell was overwhelming. You can hear everything and I mean everything. Beds were hard but pillows were nice.
