It's a really nice hotel but please take note that this place is opposite the Lake Havasu City so plan accordingly if you want to go to the city.

I would rate this stay 2 stars. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the price and how it was advertised.

We booked a “Mountain View” room, but the actual view was of the covered drive-up unloading area (portico), not the mountains. That was really disappointing and felt misleading.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool and spa, but both were closed due to foundational issues. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website prior to booking, which feels like important information guests should have upfront.

Cleanliness was also a concern. There was hair throughout the room. in the shower, on the floor, and even on the lampshade.

the hot water took at least 10 minutes to heat up, which is unreasonable whether you’re trying to take a shower or just wash your face.

The on-site restaurant was average at best, and while the location has the potential for a great view, it was obstructed by portable restrooms that were not only placed directly in view and blocking the lake but also zip-tied shut and unusable for people out on the “private beach”.

Overall, this property has potential, but it clearly needs more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and transparency. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Room was decent but the pool was closed and will be closed for a while due to a foundation crack. The ladies at the front desk were nice but the staff at the restaurant were pretty rude. I wouldn’t bother eating there. We ordered salads and a kids meal and waited an hour. We decided to just take our food to go since it was taking forever (which the manager rolled her eyes when I asked) and when we left we realized they forgot to give us one of our meals so we had to go back and wait another 20 mins. Overall, the food was bad and I would just continue to take the ferry across to eat out. Positives were that the ferry was easy to get to and the water pressure in the shower was great. I don’t know if we would stay here again. Probably not.

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The bartender wasn’t very helpful when I wanted a coffee instead of an alcoholic beverage. The restaurant service was horrible but I read reviews about that before even going so this review probably won’t change anything either. The guy that runs the ferry in the evening was great. Really need to upgrade the gift shop and what’s available to guests especially since it’s the only option on that side of the lake. The ferry was down on Friday because of wind so what was at the hotel is your only option h less you want to drive 1.5 hours to the Arizona side. Hotel really needs to update its description that it’s on the opposite of the lake then all the cities amenities. And that if the ferry shuts down due to weather you are without options on what you can access .

Great location! The ferry to Lake Havasu City is located right outside of the casino and is a cheap five dollar round-trip. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and we enjoyed the private beach. We also got to see wild burros! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent with good prices.

The entire experience was horrible. The only thing that went smoothly was check in. The restaurant experience was terrible and ended up just having to get it to go but there were no other restauarants nearby that were family friendly. The casino was a mess, the bar was a joke and I'm pretty sure the bartender had been drinking after 10 min of him standing there drinking out of a cup he asked how he could help, I ask for a drink and get told he can't serve alcohol on \"that side.\"

The people here are truly amazing. I will stay here EVERY time I come to visit Arizona. My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient.

Beware extra room charge excessive! $96 extra fee per night! Nice rooms but not that nice! If you’re going to gamble stick with Laughlin! Casino didn’t pay! Cafe ran out of food at 7 pm from extra people they ferry over from lake havasu city.

Room was clean and modern. The only thing is the hotel is not in lake havasu. you need to park in the lot by boat dock in lake havasu and take a ferry boat 7miles to the hotel. If you want to drive its located in california 1 1/2hr away. Allow extra time for ferry and time schedule of the ferry boat.

The facility is NICE! Our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were good for a great nights sleep. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The amenities were good as well, although the refrigerator was too cold and froze our fruit that was on the bottom shelf. The water view we had from the second floor was AWESOME as we drank our coffee and tea in the morning.

Google has the hotel's address being in Needles CA, which I believe is incorrect, so beware of that.

Rooms are so clean, modern, and the prices can't be beat! We got a king LAKE view and it did not disappoint. Morning sunrise and can boat/duck watch from my bed.Stayed during the weekend of the Havasu Xmas Boat parade and the Sat/Sun rate was total $220. A steal! This place should be busier. Everyone is friendly and the property is gorgeous 😍 come stay here vs. Havasu and you can enjoy the best of both worlds w/ferry!!

Really enjoyed my overnight stay. The location is quite remote but the hotel has all the general facilities you might need. Restaurant was good for dinner. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Bar had a live band playing (who were excellent) and the casino looked to be busy. Only one slight complaint - breakfast on Sunday only started at 8am. I needed to leave earlier and there were no food options available.

I paid good money for a lake view and only saw big bird droppings on my window which made me sick to my stomach every time I looked out the window. Have pictures to prove my point. I asked twice if maintenance could please clean the window to no avail. With a four day stay, my view was ruined!
The manager doesn’t want to do anything about any problem, but he can complain to us that he shouldn’t be working right now because the boat was shut down and employees couldn’t get to work. He didn’t care about us staying there with no service from anything being open either. No food in restaurant, no casino, or bar snacks to buy everything was closed. He didn’t compensate us for anything, just complained he had to come to work. Very dissatisfied with this stay!

You walk out of the Resort right into the Lake, the view was beautiful and it was a 2 minute walk to my buddies camp site right next door. Good vibes all around, very kind resort staff. Definitely will recommend.

Only reason why I didn’t give a the best rating is because the launch ramp needs to be tended to more often. The water is disgusting and so many weeds. Pulling our boat out was horrible and recommend using another launch if this is how they let it get. We used a boat slip and every time we left we had so much crap wrapped around our prop. I bet it causing major issues with jet boats

I liked the location. I didn't see that many people in the hotel. I don't think they were all booked. But the room I got had no view. I used the slots machines with no luck at all. And when I got more than 800 points in my reward card I finally was offered 2 dollars in the card to use not knowing that each dollar is equivalent for 400 points. So at the end I end it up loosing almost all my points from my reward card. I took the fairy but I guess after the 4th of July there is not much to do in the other side.

The food was good but we waited for over a hour for our order and the waitresses blamed large parties when there weren’t any. So I’m thinking the hold up was the kitchen is understaffed.

The handicap rooms need better flooring for the bathroom & entry. During the early morning my husband slipped & fell while going into the bathroom. Tiled flooring was extremely slippery while walking & with his cane. Also the walk in shower leaves water outside on the tiled flooring & so called bath mat is just as slippery. Very unsafe for handicapped people. Also the main entrance was the only entrance with the handicap doorway. But only the inner set of doors opened both doors. The outer set of doors only 1 door would open instead of 2. No handicap entrance or exit out to the patio to get to the lake view & also no handicap doors out to the shuttle boat to go across the River. The Tukukan Restaurant service was

The deposit is INSANE! $250 when anywhere else, big hotel, small hotel, any other casino resort is $50 a night. The check in people were fine. The check out guy when I had questions about being charged through this site AND the hotel itself to 2 different cards, basically said you would’ve avoided this if you just called the hotel (as he put his finger and his thumb out to make a pretend phone). But I’ll have my manager call you to check, which he did not. I would say the hotel itself was nice. Crazy expensive, customer service, meh.
