Great facility but terrible staff. Front desk interrogated and questioned me for every little ask. Housekeeping didn’t seem to care too much about keep the surrounding areas clean. Bedsheets were dirty upon arrival.

We stayed one night. The smoke detector started beeping after midnight snd through the night. We let the hotel clerk know and she said there’s nothing she could do about that.

Also, they state they laundry facilities, There was one washer that was working and it was the same one that the hotel staff were using to wash the towels and bedding.

My only criticisms are (1) Breakfast was limited to yogurt and make-your-own waffles, bread, orange juice and coffee, so no egg or meat options. (2) At 9:30am, so an hour and a half before my 11am checkout time, there was a knock on the door and the door was quickly opened by a man asking if I needed anything before checking out. I felt it was invasive, plus the guy was unapologetic.

Advertised premium breakfast. Not close to being a premium breakfast. No eggs, no sausage or bacon, no bagels. They did have two waffle makers which were good but it as definitely underwhelming. To make it even worse there was no hot water for morning shower. Would not recommend this place.

The room they placed us in was right behind the outdoor swing and patio chairs. Literally like 5 feet from our paper thin window. The walls had to be made of cardboard, you can hear every footstep, every movement of all the rooms around you. The walkways outside the room are echoing, the guests were loud outside at 10:30pm, 2am, 3am and 4am. No staff cared to control the guests outside. I paid to get a decent nights sleep and honestly I should have just drove an hour home I would have been happier. I informed the manager/owner of my issues and he was polite, but offered no remedy. Parking lot asphalt is falling apart, bathroom ceiling has massive paint bubbles drooping down and the property overall seems to have no upkeep over the last 20 years. I will never spend another dime to stay here in the future. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was my top 3 worst experience I’ve had to date.

Have to pack up and leave property at midnight after a group of people partied all night on the patio I called the office twice and they never told them to quit. I demanded a complete refund. The property was trashy and run down the room was old and gross. By the way we are in our seventies so not easy for us!!!!!

Staff: No staff available for support. Check in was a video kiosk.
Positive: EV chargers in parking lot.
I would've left, but I checked in late and was staying one night only and needed to charge vehicle.

We chose this hotel because we stayed in it at Williams, AZ and enjoyed it very much. However this location was not as nice or enjoyable as the Williams, AZ location. The breakfast in Lake Havasu ended at 9am and did not have as many options as the location in Williams, AZ, nor did it taste as good. The room was decent and clean but nothing special enough to make me choose this locations hotel again.

Nice decent hotel. Room was clean and smelled good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool area, it is terrific, clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Front desk attendant was out standing. He graciously jumped our car battery when it died. Can’t wait to stay again.

Other guests were partying loudly right outside our door until 4am, sitting on a grouping of chairs right outside our room that was set up there for the purpose of allowing hotel guests to congregate there. We called the office several times and they kept saying they were reporting it to the manager and second manager. They said that other guests had also called about the issue. Needless to say, we got only about two hours’ sleep that night.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and overall the rooms are clean, but you can tell the place is old when the doors are worn and paints are chipped. The bathtubs feel old. The floor is not that clean. But staff is friendly and the waffle breakfast and swimming pool are great.

The desk chair surface has been chipped, and was scribbled. It looks dirty. That is still okay for me because I can use the other chair. The worst thing is, the only faucet doesn't function, I would describe the water flow as dripping. This property needs a lot of improvement.

Breakfast was ok in the morning. The pool area is needing repairs and there’s no chair pads for comfort as advertised in the photos. The beds were ok here and it was quiet. We used the little table and chairs in the room to eat at and the one chair I sat on was deteriorating and it marked up my clothing. They honestly should just throw out some of the furniture and replace them.

Of the 89 rooms available, only one was accessible to people with disabilities.
The shower in our room did not have any \"grab bars,\" and I did not feel safe while taking a shower.
Our room lock did not work. I told the lady at the desk, and she said she was the only person at the Inn right now, so she could not help me, but she would leave a note for the owner. No one came to repair the lock.
I told the owner the next day, and he said he would \"look into it\".The breakfast room was clean, and the hostess was very friendly. We enjoyed this part of our stay.

The fridge has mold growing in the freezer, there was a dirty napkin under the fridge to keep it level. The light switches and remote were visibly dirty. The bathroom was ok but mold was growing on the base of the tub. Pretty disgusting.

The check in was fast. But we were not provided the wifi password and breakfast was not even mentioned. When we got into our room we received a knock on a door. 2 men were standing there. No introduction, no greeting just a statement that the TV in our room doesn't work and they asked no to place anyone in that room. To my question what he expected me to do now I received no answer. They just walked into the room and started changing TV boxes until they found one that worked. I felt very uncomfortable. I wanted to call the front desk but guess what - room phone didn't work either.
I accidentally dropped something on a floor and when I wiped it off I saw how dirty the floors were. Wear shoes inside! They don't mop their floors, they don't even vacuume. It's a good location, but service and cleaneness require more work.

The pool was cold and patio area was messy with cigarette butts, trash and old batteries by the chairs. The floors in the rooms were dirty. Old bedframes and mattresses were just outside our door. There was construction going on at night so we couldn’t sleep through the jack hammering and constant beeping of vehicles moving around. Then came the crashing and banging of the trash collectors that sounded like a demolition derby outside our door. The fruit at the breakfast bar was old and the orange juice was out of order.

The hotel needs some maintenance up keep. The sheets on the bed were stained. Although the beds looked freshly made when we arrived we found hair on them. Many of the towels stained as well. There’s only stairs to get to the second floor so that was inconvenient with heavy luggage. Location was good, staff was friendly, and AC worked well.

No one in office had to check in on kiosk virtual. Could not understand due to heavy accent. Card reader would not work for contactless payment. Got room key. It would not work. Walked to office twice had to wait for kiosk. Finaly got a new room and keys worked. About 11 pm neighbors started playing extremely loud Hispanic music. Call front desk with no answer several times. Knocked on door to neighbors but no answer. Around 1am called police.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There were cracks around the countertops. The floor was very dirty and feet would be dirty after walking around after shower. I needed to go to the office twice because no coffee was stocked in the room. The TV didn't work when I arrived but it was fixed very quickly. The breakfast was not as pictured online. Waffles were the only hot item offered and the machines put out so much heat that you couldn't remain in the area.
