Overall, this is a good property located about a 5-minute drive from London Bridge. The hotel offers three pools and three jacuzzis, and the rooms are comfortable, with some featuring nice lakeside views. This is truly a top notch resort. Everyone from the manger on down does there best to insure that guests have a great experience when visiting this resort. Maintenance is meticulous and so is house keeping. We always look forward to coming back.

Great location and clean! Only problem we had was there was not a pack n play or portable crib available. Upon check-in, the clerk told us they would deliver it and set it inside of the door as we were going out. Never delivered or communicated that there was not one available. I reached out and was told there was not one available until our checkout date. We were counting on having one we had an infant and a toddler, and it was a challenge.

Sara was such a joy to be greeted by after our travels to reach Lake Havasu. Prior to our arrival, we had inquired twice about extending our stay ideally in the same room or worst-case scenario having to move rooms. Unfortunately, there wasn't an ability to accommodate our request. Upon our arrival, we asked Sara if there was any possibility to extend. Within a few hours, Sara worked some magic to allow us to stay and in the same room. We couldn't have been more thankful for the effort she took to help us out. Above and beyond. Every time we entered the lobby, I felt like I was chatting with a best friend in Sara. She's a good egg.

Upon first attempting to enter our room, the door was stuck. I happened to see a couple of gentlemen in the parking lot in golf carts and approached them hoping they might be maintenance staff. They confirmed they were and immediately came to our rescue. I apologized for bombarding them, but they both said they were happy to help. After addressing our door situation, one of them even mentioned he had been on his lunch break when I approached. Couldn't have been kinder to let us bug them when they could have turned us away until they were back on the clock.

Overall, a great experience. We WILL be back!

The place was nice. Only small concerns was wasn’t aware that there were no onsite parking if you had a trailer. They did provide offsite parking but that meant every day I had to connect the trailer and then reconnect it when I got out of the water. As far as cleanliness, all was great except the floors were a little dirty. If you got out of the shower and didn’t have shoes on, your feet were black in a short amount of time.

Property was not directly on the lake so needed to drive to beaches, restaurants etc. Pool was small and unshaded basically rendering it useless in 110+ temps. LOVED staying at WorldMark Havasu Dunes! My family of 5 went for 2 nights and stayed in the 2 bedroom. I was very impressed with the property and amenities. It was like our own private condo very nice set up each bedroom had closing doors and a proper set up. 2 baths was great and the pull out sofa in the living room was also comfy and convenient. The full kitchen was very handy as well. Our outdoor patio had corn hole to play and further up the path there was a little mini golf set up. Very fun if it’s not too hot out. The pool/jacuzzi/bbq area was also nice. Front desk reception was very sweet super informative and very attentive to anything we needed or asked for. Each room had a car port under it with shade and very easy access to the car. Location is amazing couple minutes to the lake and London bridge. We will definitely be back.

Its more like a home away from home than a hotel! The rooms are clean, and feel private.
Front desk Sara is incredible! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hooked us up with a lake view and a room right by the pool. We travel to Lake Havasu often and i can promise you, we'll be back!

Signage should be improved. Clear office sign viewable upon arrival. Move room number signs on buildings should be positioned in proper spot. On individual 3 unit buildings will put the smaller rooms are put on the side with not complete paved sidewalks. Should be moved to the side where actual pavement should be moved to that side. The smaller rooms have only entrance on the rear of the building so number signs should be moved to the correct side on the building with sidewalks

*Rooms are very small compared to other Worldmark we've stayed.
*Hot pool or Jacuzzi was not working.
*In the "Game room" was only 2 machines, air hockey table and another I've never seen in my life, but any of those didn't work, a bunch of table games, nothing interesting really.
*Mini golf, was really mini, only 4 holes in a very VERY small space.
They offer free drinks at the office but they are really bad, if you go, I don't recommended you to try them, they're are not even cold.
*The Staff I can't say they was rude, but they are not as friendly as other places we've stayed, I would say they are respectful only.
The location is great, you have a beautiful view of the lake, lot of options for dinning and places to visit near by, if you are not driving, an uber will arrive within 5 minutes.
I doubt I will stay here again. This would be my last option.

We had 2 body washes and no shampoo in the shower , not realizing until I was wet and couldn’t go get a shampoo. Loved the sunset! Very close to everything Lake Havasu has to offer. Pool and hot tub were excellent, but on the last day , only 2 jets in hot tube were working? A putting green , a free laundry, and free parking are great.
A little road traffic noise, but didn’t disrupt our sleep. We are hoping to book for a longer stay next year! Great place to get away from the frigid northern Climate. Staff is so helpful and courteous.

When we arrived we were told there was no booking,
the front desk staff advised they tried to get hold of us but no call or email was received.
The mobile phone signal was poor and we needed to arrange alternative accommodation, I asked if I could use the phone and was told there was no outside line. I asked if I could use the WiFi , I was told there is no WiFi as I wasn't a guest.
The WorldMArk Havasu Dunes blamed Expedia/ but we had a confirmed booking and an itinerary number.
We were very disappointed as we had travelled a long way only to be met by totally unhelpful staff at the front desk.
If this was the welcome from the WorldMark Wyndham thank goodness they cancelled our booking.
