We enjoyed our experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the service was efficient and very friendly. The hotel is accessible to great shopping and dining and the restaurant at the hotel was very good. We will definitely consider staying here again!!!

Water would not get hot. I informed the staff as soon as I checked in and I was told the engineer would work on it and I was never told anything else the rest of the night. So I had no hot shower the first day. The second day I called again because there was still no hot water. When the engineer came. He was very rude and told me that I’m at the end of the line. These are old copper pipes and it has to warm up and then I need to turn the sink on and let it run for a while before it will get hot. He let it run for 20 minutes and the water got warm. When he left by the time I went to take the next shower the water was not hot again when I told the lady at the front desk, she did not offer any customer service and was also very rude.

Great location. Be sure to double check parking fees. Info is inconsistent between staff, signage and online (i.e., pool & restaurant hours; no gift shop). Feels a little neglected overall. Room was dated but clean. Mattress was awful- like a stack of mats. Coffee pot tasted old but lobby coffee was pretty good. Restaurant breakfast was great and the staff there was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was also great. Front desk staff was ok. Most were nice but they shared inconsistent hotel info from one another. One person was downright rude when I questioned that she stated different pool hours than posted on a sign and online.

Pets are welcome, but when you leave the property, you discover extra charges—and they can't give you an explanation as to why. They end up claiming it's because of your dog, but my dog is very calm.

The hotel was adequate but nothing special. Front desk staff was rude at check-in. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, just hooks. The outdoor front entrance had some litter around; didn't seem to be anyone's job to keep it neat. Location is excellent and convenient to \"downtown\" Santa Fe, within walking distance. I might try another location if/when I return to Santa Fe.

Tried to put a hold for incidentals on my card, but also charges me for the room two more times. They fixed it the next day, but still it was a bit annoying to have such a big amount pendinf on my card when it should have only been $150.

Room was fine, nothing great. Shampoo and body wash was broken off of shower wall when we arrived. By far one of our most confusing stays at Hilton, we had to pay $30+ for self parking, paid over $20 for 2 items at breakfast, and it seemed there was no direction for guests. I have stayed at other establishments in Santa Fe and would recommend you look elsewhere before the Hilton on the historic plaza.

The property is older, but clean. I gave 3 stars for these reasons: room is noisy- You can hear people in hallways and doors slamming, etc. also there was a loud sound of rushing water from pipes the entire night. The room was very dark.

We were denied our reservation even though the room had already been paid for. They said the AC had gone out on that floor and they didn’t have another wheelchair accessible room available. Then they refused to issue a refund claiming that I cancelled the reservation. And then they sent me an email asking how I enjoyed my stay!

The $31 per night parking and the charge for internet, along with $12 bottle water on the nightstand made us feeling like we were getting nickeled and dimed. Don't know if we'll stay here again. I'd rather pay more for an all inclusive amenities than the a la carte charges.

Yes the staff were great to a point, the amenities can be improved, for example the parking is extremely expensive over 30.00 per night I thought that was ridiculous.
I made a request at the front desk not to charge me for parking cause I was not using it, but still charged me for it, I had to go and request a refund.
The management of the hotel should be more efficient and competitive, there is a public parking across the street from the hotel where we paid 12 bucks per night.
Bottom line the hotel should have parking for the clients.

You can park across the road at the public parking lot for only $12. The hotel parking was too expensive.

No ice machines on hotel floors, guests needed to go to the lobby where there was a snack bar and get a bag out of a freezer (didn’t tell us this when checking in ). Room was fine but shower grout was not in good shape (mold), and heat in the room was extremely dry. Couldn’t adjust the thermometer to achieve a low fan, air blew on us at all times. Great location though, easy to walk to most everything.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and our room was comfortable. Our favorite parts of this hotel were how dog friendly it is and how close it was to everything. It’s about a 10 minute walk maximum to most things in old town, which we really appreciated. The only thing we didn’t like was having to walk our dogs across the street to the park at night due to the lack of grass around the hotel itself. The park is nice but there were some interesting characters there and we felt uncomfortable late at night there. It would be nice to add some grass into the immediate area, if possible.

Water in the first room would not get hot. Contacted them and didn’t get a response. Had to go to the desk. They ended up moving our room. Asked for a late checkout as an accommodation for the change because it didn’t occur until late and impacted the amount of sleep we were able to get after and before a long drive (as we are on a road trip), we needed sleep to be able to safely continue. We were told that wasn’t possible. I asked for a manager the next morning and was told that there was not one on duty. I messaged again on the number I was given and requested a manager contact me and still nothing. When I was at the desk 2 other guests were having similar issues, specifically they mentioned to me not having heat in their rooms and not being able to get any assistance. The front desk staff were ill-equipped to deal with such an issue and thus did nothing. I expected to hear from someone eventually and nothing (I have waited several days now). This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and maybe the worst customer service experience I have had.
