Wonderful location. The hotel was the best we've seen in a long time very clean the staff is very friendly the rooms are spacious. The only hiccup is we expected a little bit more breakfast wise they had expired granola bars and they had breakfast bars bananas oranges dried croissants no juice no milk. Other than the breakfast we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and we will definitely be staying again.

Air conditioner was very noisy, room was not stocked with towels or coffee. Room was clean, beds were ok. It worked for a night to be near airport.

Check in happened to be very lengthy due to slow & rude reception lady. Sent me away after waiting 12 minutes because they were changing shifts. Came back later only to wait another 20 minutes because a potential patron couldn’t make up his mind if he could afford to stay multiple days. Ridiculous waste of time. We wanted an upper floor room but were told none of them were cleaned yet. Police came later to help remove an unstable guest who had been ranting death threats. Did not feel safe.

This was an adequate budget hotel for our family's stay in Las Vegas. Relatively quiet despite the location next to the airport, felt safe and convenient to the Strip. Rooms were clean and in adequate condition. Didn't like the beds, which were too bouncy. The breakfast started our day but was very basic, no hot foods offered. Staff were friendly, but didn't fulfill my request for a stopper to plug the bathtub, despite me asking 3 times. I think we could do better, but this hotel was sufficient for our stay.

The room was in good condition. The room was clean. The paint wasn't chipped and probably applied in the last couple of years. Flooring ang and bath tile also seemed updated. The staff were courteous. Airport noise was understandable due to the proximity to the airport. Was just looking for a bed and a shower for the night without the typical Vegas resort fee. The spout and shower head were so loose it looked like they were going to fall off. Good luck plugging anything into the outlets, they were all loose and any little movement would whatever was plugged in would fall out. The walls were very thin and you can hear somebody playing a video from their phone, not even at a high volume. We reserved our room with breakfast included, the \"breakfast\" was either a banana or orange, a mini croissant, a small oatmeal and granola bar. If I knew this is what was offered I would have never payed extra money for this. Keep looking, spend your money elsewhere.

Nestled between the Motel 6 and the Best Western, you get what you pay for! We didn't want to stay on the strip and we were looking for dirt cheap + clean + relatively safe and we got all 3 things we were looking for. Walk to MGM isn't bad at all, less than 15 minutes. The \"breakfast\" is bananas and some sort of prepackaged pastry. Def saw some suspicious activity with the unhoused + working ladies of the night in the area but was prepared for that so it didn't bother us.

This place is getting old and could use a bit of an upgrade. The breakfast menu was slim, did not even offer the usual cold cereals that are common in the budget hotels. It is close to the airport, so there was a lot of noise from planes taking off. It is worth the price though, and the staff was very friendly.
