The website stated airport shuttle upon request however they did not have a driver. Uber was very expensive.
Also 15 min walk to train station and a 25 minute train ride to Milan.
We have an emergency and had to leave early and hotel would not refund our two nights.

Good overall stay

We had a good overall stay. The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night. Other than this all good, nice selection of foods for breakfast. Thanks

A very pleasant stay with family in adjacent rooms, front-desk staff very friendly and offer you all the possible tips to go around the area and Milan.

If you have a car, then this hotel ticks all your boxes. Plenty of free onsite parking, secure parking in the basement too which is connected via lifts.

Breakfast included in the price, and the spread of the breakfast was fantastic with a good mix of fresh fruits, cheese, cooked egg, breads, bakery, meats, salads, cereals and ofcourse a lovely coffee.

convenient for trips to Milan and Monza

We stayed in this hotels many times before on the trips to Milan, Como and Monza and loved the location, room design and service. This time we reserved two rooms and the hotel didn't receive our request for the bed configurations. I believe that the issue was with hotels.com not letting us pick the rooms and also not transferring our request to the hotel. As a result we got rooms configured completely differently than what we asked for. We stayed for one night and as before it was very convenient on our way back from Italy to Switzerland. Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms, nice breakfast. Two things which could have improved: coffee in the breakfast area in not good at all, you have to order coffee from a bar to get something drinkable. No fitness room in a 4* hotel is very surprising.ur

The website advertised AS Hotel. Instead, we got a room in the AS Motel. The room smelled bad (smoker?), bed was too short, and matrace was covered with plastic. After complaining twice, we got a room in the hotel which was slightly better. But matraces also had plastic cover and were too hard.

I rated THREE stars but could have been a FIVE star. DO NOT BOOK ANNEX BUILDING..
It use to be the LOVE MOTEL, very old with mosquitoes, no air conditioning, no heat. VERY SKEEVY !!!!!
At 2 pm in the afternoon the room was very cold with temperature reading of 52 degree. Called front desk and was told that heat will be turned on end of October.
Complained several time to reception desk about the mosquitoes . They give us another room with the same situation, after complaining they decided to put in the main building.
Room in main building was very clean with a very comfortable bed.
Large selection to choose from for breakfast.
Fresh orange juice for a fee.
The ladies in the breakfast dining room are pleasant , helpful , and wonderful.
They replenish food items very quickly as needed. Hi
Some of the upper management ( front desk)needs to be more aware of the issues in the annex building and take it seriously.
This can be an issue with ZIKA .
The parking around annex building can very confusing getting in and out.
The front desk open the gates for you to access the annex building.
They should not rent any rooms in the annex building.
They should demolitioni the entire building.

They are renting rooms like an building close the hotel and its a motel for hours . Its not for families or business man .they rent a room like non smiking and my room has smell .the room has red and blue lights like a cheap motel . It's was very disappointed and they didn't try to do something because they have the reason and we don't. Be careful with this hotel ?? Motel.

A place to stay

We were surprised by the quality of this hotel. It's a 5 🌟, in service breakfast was incredible, you can choose between different options every day, and it's included in the price. The rooms are large with complimentary service such as toiletries and drinks in the mini bar. The hotel is outside of Milán, but is a must since parking in the city is expensive. I do like this place, I will recommend it and for sure I'll be back.

the Annex is a Motel, Internet not working

I did not like to stay here, and cannot explain why this Hotel/Motel is so high rated. I booked a room at the Annex building, when they explained me that I could park the car in front of the room I suspected they were giving me a Motel room, when I asked that, the receptionist lady replayed wasn’t like that, just a Hotel room in a side building, close to the Motel. At the end to me it was like a Motel room, strange smell (I found out later it was a smooking room, my preference on the booking was No smoking), no shower but instead a hydro tub (my preference is marked as Shower), accessories in the room where marked with a Motel name, some XXX channels were visible on Tv (beware if you have kids). For the price I payed (139 euro) was not worth at all, I probably wont come here again, for sure not in the “Annex”.
Position: Far from Milano downtown, you need a car. They offer free shuttle to Bovisio or Saronno Metro Station, at some fixed times, to be arranged with reception. To airport too.
Parking: Excellent, many places, free, outdoor
Reception: Friendly, but I had the feeling they did not helped enough to fix the Internet and they cheated me on the room.
Comfort: Good, big Hydro tub, I prefer the shower. shower terminal of the tub leaking. bed very comfortable.
Cleanliness: lavabo in the bathroom was not clean, many white marks/signs on it
Internet: Did not work from my laptop, free, wireless, too bad since I need it for work. Could not open the login page.

I did not stay at the main building. This Hotel has apartments detached from the main building around the Hotel. The rooms are very dark with one small window with no air condition running on April 10th. The rooms are very warm and do not cool down easy during the night. If you leave the window open, it is very loud infrint of the kitchen and loading area. Perhaps the main building has more comfortable rooms. I guess, I will never find out.

I rated low on the facilities/conditions tab because the have an older property next door that we were placed in for our stay. The mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on bricks. The next morning we requested another option (10€ more a night) we were moved into the main hotel building (newer, better bed & what you actually see in the marketing/photos. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic & the onsite restaurant was a nice choice for days we were tired & wanted something close to our room.

Limbiate report

They advertise Internet, but only exist within their main building. They gave us a room about 150 metters away from main building, and without Internet. NOT VERY GOOD.

They claimed that the distance to the EXPO was short and that they provide a shuttle. NOT TRUE. They charged $19.00 EUROS per person per trip, and takes 20 minutes. Had we knew this before hand, we would never had selected this hotel.

They also gave us room that smelled full of smoke, and required a changed of room, much time consumming.

They provide a good breakfast.

Helpful and friendly staff and nice rooms

Myself and 4 other guests stayed at the hotel over the Italian Grand Prix weekend. All of us would recommend the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were modern and clean. Over the grand prix weekend they run a shuttle to and from the circuit. The only downside we found was that they did not cater for gluten allergies.

No staff to check us in 1am

Booked late. Walked into reception and called out but no one came. Hotels.com phoned but no reply. We slept in our car. A phone call from the hotel in the morning asking why we didn't show, then asked why I didn't ring the bell..... which I didn't see a sign of, perhaps my tired eyes. I don't fault the hotel as it was chosen and booked by hotels.com telephone advisor.

Guy at the front desk was not very helpful.

Most of all was okay. The guy at the lobby was not very helpful. But the lady was nice and friendly. He made us wait for awhile when we were Checking in and also we asked for slippers which the housekeeper threw away after she cleaned our room. I called for slippers three times and no one come. Until the next morning I called again and got it finally.
Food was good, many selections of bread, yogurt,...etc.

Modern facility with great staff.

This is a modern hotel in the suburbs of Milan. It is reasonably close to the train to Milan and to a few shops, but is basically in the middle of nowhere. The hotel itself has modern furnishings and appearance. But there was a constant dustiness and dirt on the tile floors. I was there 6 days in a non-smoking room but it and the whole hotel smelled like smoke all the time! A real disappointment.

Not what's it reported to be...

The hotel is in a commercial district with little in terms of services nearby. I had booked for nights and wanted to leave after one. I spoke with both hotel management and Hotels.com about an early departure and finally agreed to pay for three nights but I only stayed for one. I'm as disappointed in Hotels.com as I am the hotel for not finding a better resolution especially since I book 80 or so nights a year through them.

We only had a overnight stay at the Hotel and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Extremely clean and friendly staff. And the buffet breakfast was probably the best I've had so far (traveling around Europe for 7weeks). And great dinner we had at their restaurant downstairs. It's a bit out of the way if visiting Milan but no concern for us as we had car. Plus its in an industrial area and not much around but this did not bother us. Iwould stay here again.

Very modern stylish hotel

Beautifully designed hotel felt like 5 star hotel. Room was adequate size. We were 4 adults staying in a room. Sofabed wasnt too comfortable but they never are. Main twin beds were comfy. amazing tv hidden behind a lovely mirror. Bathroom very clean and huge shower. Slight problem with the amount of water coming from the taps at times, which I had read on a previous review too.
The hotel is a chinese affiliated hotel so about 100 chinese turned up straight after us. Main restaurant is also catered to their taste somewhat. Breakfast was really nice..phenomenal croissants! Free parking and there is plenty, was very handy as was free wifi.
They have a small outdoor garden area which was just an awesome chill out area at nighttime with relaxing music playing...
For just over £100 for 4 adults with breakfast, and free parking, was amazing value for money...you will not be disappointed...but you do need a car because its in middle of nowhere..

We enjoyed our stay at hotel. 1. Hotel staff was excellant. 2. Air-conditioning in room didn't work as well as I liked the first two days. 3. This hotel is very modern all the electricity in the room worked according to plugging in your room key. You could not turn on a light switch. It was all on two wall panels that were uneasy to use. We are older and couldn't read the print when we needed to turn on a light. This was annoying to us. But the staff really went out of their way to make us feel at home. I would stay there again.

If you do have transportation and do not mind staying outside of Milan, this is the place to stay! Modern, clean, comfortable and a fantastic breakfast buffet at a very affordable price. Overall, I had a very mixed experience and I wouldn't necessarily stay there again. The four problems I had: 1. The first night they forgot to turn the climate control on in their computer so it was really warm in the room 2. the webiste says airport transfers can be arranged and we wound up paying a cab (and quite a bit) to get to the airport. 3. On two occasions we came back to our room to find that the door was not closed properly and on one occasion someone tried to get in to our safe; so make sure you lock your possessions up (especially your passport) 4. The hotel isn't close to downtown Milan, we were told it's a 5 minute walk to the metro and it took us 20+ mins and then it was a half hour ride on the metro to get downtown.

Great Hotel if you have a car

My husband & I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very clean & the staff was very professional. We had a car so it was perfect (no hassle finding this place and free covered parking was a plus). Breakfast was great too! The location is probably not the best for peope without a car given that there is no restaurant or market to walk to other than the restaurant in the hotel. But the hotel was great & we had great stay there!

The staff makes you feel very comfortable. They try and help with whatever you need. If you are traveling to Milan , the hotel is only 15 min by car from the city. Although you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere the hotel has a great bar that stays open late!,.

Still like brand new! New clean everytihng, Good breakfast , free parking. The staff all generally good. Did have a couple of negative experiences with staff; 1. Receptionist suggested I had to pay extra for our 16 year old staying with 2 older siblings, even though I had booked on the basis of 3 sharing the room. This wasn't pursued when I said I would speak to Manager to clarify! 2.One of the cleaners decided to argue with my children in room about the no. of bidet towels allowed! Saying they would only replace one as 2 others had been taken! Other than that all staff very helpful, location convenient for visiting Lakes, Milan city etc. *Still not comlpetely finished project, advertised Roof garden but no sign of this at the moment.

The most outstanding experience we had with them was when we needed a ride to the train station, the regular shuttle bus driver was out on the road delivering people to their destination so, the General Manager of the hotel took us with his own private car. Now, where could you find service like that?

Modern hotel, well located near Milan and Lugano

We had a very nice stay at the hotel, the staff was friendly. The parking was easily accessed . Breakfast was very fresh and well presented. Rooms are modern and spacious.I would definitely recommend the hotel to all, tourists and business travellers.

Booked for trip to famous Monza circuit, approx. 25 min. drive. Hotel was excellent and very cheap in price! Plenty of parking space and good location to travel from (close to autostrada). Rooms are spacious, very modern incl. bathroom and clean. Breakfast was excellent as well, but diner on the other hand in the hotelrestaurant was awful! To summarize: great hotel but look for another place to eat in the evening.

AS Hotel Limbiate Fiera

Very good Italiano hotel. Good facilities, especially the LCD TV in the Wall. It's really a fantastic design.
Not far from the train station, the hotel can offer a free shuttle. The breakfast is also good for the business travelers.
