Dining in option was good but menu could have more variety. The serving staff English was almost non-existent. AC/Heating system totally inadequate, impossible to regulate. One member of our group had to go down to the reception at 2am to get it fixed. Breakfast menu could also be expanded. One reception staff member was very helpful (Murat).

Mothing exciting

There is nothing exciting about this hotel. No bell man, no sitting area next to reception. Room itself was not spacious because they already opened the sofa bed, eventhough we die ask or needed.

I have become a fan!! Very clean, organized, spacious, modern, and above all green. The first thing we noticed was how spacious everything in the hotel was. The hallways were wide, the elevator accommodated more than a carry-on and the rooms were seemed bigger. The entire hotel had a very welcoming scent. As requested in our reservation, we were given a non-smoking room on a nonsmoking floor ❤️. The breakfast bar was complete and everything was freshly made. The staff spoke English which is a HUGE plus. They had gated entrance and exit as well as a parking garage for our car. Location was not as close as we wanted to some of the places we wanted to visit but for us it was worth the two days we stayed with them. Congratulations Hampton you did good👍

My husband and I were disappointed all around. On the hotels description is said they have queen size beds, that is what we paid for but they only have full beds. They put us in a “queen size room” but still a full bed. The food on the menu was tasteless, the service was very very slow however when the staff were polite.

Great breakfasts, as usual! Starbucks inside is also a pleasant and convenient add-on.

The staff were friendly and they speak English... Rooms were very clean and spacious..bedding wasn't comfortable as hopped it would be specially pillows available...our bed was kind of small for two grown ups to share and it was lower on the head side which made sleeping really a nightmare...the room's AC didn't work well and though informed reception twice to fix, it wasn't fixed...however the girls' room was better a bet, AC worked well, beds were more comfortable,but pillows weren't.

Lack of hygiene and comfort

The room was nice but the bed was not comfortable and the towels were dirty. The tools in the breakfast were also dirty. I saw an employee carrying bread in the armpit.

i am traveling since 3 year now purely for business almost 3-5 time a year to almost all the contients of the world , i will rate my stay here as BEST ONE... at reception they have a statement written 100% satisfication for customers and when i smiled at the time i checked in while reading it that how can it be ... but later i have to be honestly yes it is 100% satisfaction they have provided, i have not a single point in mind where my wish as a customer was not honored so that make me fan of this hotel and hilton hotels for future

A good value for money for an overnight stay

The hotel is situated 15 minutes outside of city of Samsun. It is located on a very silent part of the city aside from the highway infront. The only downside is there are no places to go nearby within walking distance so I would recommend this hotel if you arrive by car

Odalarda camların açılmaması ciddi bir dezavantaj. hava sıcak olmasına rağmen gece merkezi ısıtma sisteminin limitlerinden dolayı oda ısınmadı. camlar açılmadığı için sitemi tamamen kapatarak çözüm ürettik. yine de ısınamadık. kahvaltı ve genel temizlik hampton stantardlarında ve gayet iyiydi. Odalar arası izolasyon zayıf ancak bu segmentte de istenileni sağlıyor.

20-21 Temmuz 2025 tarihlerinde konakladığım, ismi itibariyle Hilton kalitesini yansıtacağını düşündüğüm otelinizde ne yazık ki son derece olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Bu süreçte özellikle temizlik personeli dışında kalan birçok çalışanın tutumu, davranışları ve iletişim şekli son derece rahatsız edici ve kabul edilemez düzeydeydi.

Bugüne kadar onlarca ülkede yüzlerce otel ve hostel deneyimi yaşamış biri olarak açıkça belirtmek isterim ki, en kötü hizmeti ne yazık ki kendi ülkemde, otelinizde deneyimledim. Özellikle kahvaltı sırasında yaşadığım bir olay beni derinden üzmüştür: İki elimde çay taşırken bir personelin dikkatsizce bana çarpması sonucu sıcak çay elime ve üzerime döküldü. Ancak ilgili personel hiçbir şekilde durmamış, özür dilememiş hatta yüzüme dahi bakmadan yoluna devam etmiştir. Bu, misafir memnuniyetinden tamamen uzak ve son derece saygısız bir tutumdur.

Bunun dışında otelin fiziksel yapısı ve temizlik konusundaki durumu genel olarak iyi olsa da, personel seçiminin bu olumlu özellikleri tamamen gölgelediğini üzülerek belirtmek isterim. Misafirlere karşı ukalaca konuşmalar, ilgisizlik ve profesyonellikten uzak davranışlar genel olarak hizmet kalitesini ciddi şekilde düşürmektedir.

Oda çok küçüktü. Minibar boştu, kapalıydı ve kokuyordu. Minnacık oda yapmışlar. Çok yorgunduk üstelemedik 1 gün kalıp çıktık. Havuzu yok.
Tek mükemmelliği kahvaltısıydı. Kahvaltı salonu çok küçüktü dedik yetmez diye ama sağlam çalışıyorlar eksik giçbirşey yok anında ekleme yapılıyor ve yok yok waffle bile var.

odalarda ses yalıtımı mükemmel ötesiydi hiç ses gelmedi. karşı oda arkadaşlarımızın odasıydı özellikle 3 küçük çocuğu odaya koyarak bağırmalarını istedik ama hiç bir ses duyulmadı. kahvaltısı fiyatına göre çok iyiydi. sadece oturacak alanların iyi olanları çabuk doluyor geriye kalanlarda bar sandalyesi gibi olanlardı onlarda pek rahat değildi. geri her şey mükemmeldi

Gitmeden önce yorumları okumuştum. Hepsi de çok güzel yorumlardı ve gidince ne kadar haklı olduklarını gördüm. Resepsiyondan oda servisine kadar güler yüzle karşılandık. Odalar küçük ama yeterli ve çok temiz. Ses yalıtımı çok iyi. Yolumuz düştüğünde tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz.

İki ayrı yataklı rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat bana bir yatak ve bir kanepe dendi onu düzelttirdikten sonra çıktığımız oda ek yataklı içinde hareket etmek mümkün değil di onuda değiştirdiler.
