Initial reception was not good: no one greeted us at the door to help with our luggage and explain parking, front desk staff was not friendly, the lobby was dimly light and uninviting. Nice room but needs renovation: stained carpet, flat screen remote control didn't work, air conditioning didn't work, water damage in bathroom. Lovely dinner and good service. Lovely breakfast. Great pool!

It's not worth the money. 5 star hotel but when you try to look out the windows you can’t because of dirt from outside. Room looked old an run downed, Not to mention no bath robes was in the room when I called in and asked for one they told me you can get bah robe only if you use the spa! How ridicules is that? I almost fall into bath tub because of the way it was designed and breakfast was horrible.

İ get a good price probably because of covid 19. The hotel staff were good. The hotel location is in the heart of the old part Just next to the biggest shopping center. I think the city need this hotel very much and can recommend to any visitors.

1- change the light bulbs for lamps on each side of the mirror
2- the shower door doesn't close
3- the waterfall shower head is busted
Also, the light in hallway flickers when the light switch is off
Furthermore, please invest in larger bath towels.
I called for AC to be looked into because it wasn't cooling. The technician never showed up.

The view was wonderful from the room, the staff was friendly and helpful. the room only had a shower and i really wanted a bath tub. Breakfast was nice, but I think they should serve real fruit juice and not nectar juice.

Despite being a new hotel, users gave damage to some appliances. Hotel quality is ok compared to others. Service needs to be checked. They had severe water system damage in the morning. Hotel manager apologised kindly, agreed to let us stay free one night in future.

Cela fait la 2ème fois que je viens à cet hôtel pour son emplacement. L’hôtel est confortable (malgré la musique forte jusqu’à minuit dans le restaurant du 9ème). Mais par pitié faites quelques chose avec votre personnel : à l'enregistrement le réceptionniste ne nous a même pas adressé la parole, pas un mot on parle pas du sourire !!! A croire qu'ils n'aiment pas les femmes! Idem pour le petit déjeuner personnel très fermés. Très peu de choix

Daha önce de tercih ettiğimiz Anemon Samsun'da genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi. Ancak, bazı konularda iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. İlk olarak, çocuk havuzu kullanılmıyordu ve daha önceki konaklamamızda da saunayı kullanamamıştık. Spa bölümünde sürekli bir şeylerin eksik olması üzücü, çünkü havuzu nedeniyle bu otele diğer 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha fazla ücret ödüyoruz. Bu hizmetleri kullanmayı beklemek hakkımız diye düşünüyorum.
Bir diğer rahatsız edici durum ise yetişkin havuzunda tuvalet kokusuna benzeyen bir kokunun olmasıydı. Bu koku bizi gerçekten rahatsız etti.
Ayrıca kahvaltı çeşitliliği de bize yetersiz geldi. Samsun'un en iyi otellerinden biri için böyle zayıf bir kahvaltı sunulmasını beklemezdim. Bu durumu ekonomik krizin etkilerine bağlıyorum.
Otopark imkanının çok iyi olduğunu ve personelin son derece nazik ve yardımcı olmaya istekli olduğunu da belirtmek isterim.

Samsun'a her gittiğimizde bu otelde kalıyoruz. Odaları temiz ve sessiz. Odalardaki ışıklandırmaların çoğunun ampulü yanmıştı ve çalışmıyordu. Değiştirilmeleri lazım. SPA merkezine ilk kez indik ama felaketti. Sauna buz gibi, buhar odası ise tamamen kapalı. Bir görevli bulamadık, sonradan bir Endonezyalı kızcağız çıkıp geldi, yarım yamalak Türkçeyle anlaştık. Havuza girip çıktık. Kahvaltı güzel, ezine peyniri ve izmir tulumu ikram etmişler.

Resepsiyon görevlisi nazik değildi, rez. Süresi iyiydi. Odaya kendimiz çıktık, oda yada konaklama hakkında bilgilendirme yoktu. Oda geniş ve rahattı, fakathavlu terlik schampuan gibi şeylerin hiçbiri yoktu, istedik hemen getirdiler. Oda sıcaklığı iyiydi, duş başlığı tıkanmış her yüne su fışkırıyordu (oda 808). Kahvaltı çok fakir, ilgi hiç yok. Sonradan yumurta geleceğini bile bilmiyorduk. Personel genelde hiç konuşmuyor. Asansöre binerken temizlik personelleri daha samimi selâmladı. Minibar vardı ama çalışmıyordu, televizyon kumandası (yada tv) düzgün çalışmıyordu. Hotelscom dan rezervasyon yaptık, fiyat iyiydi.

Salatalığı bütün olarak getirdiler soyulmamış bile:)ufak reçel tabağında kesilmiş minik karpuzlar vardı, ne olduğunu ilk başta anlamadık. Kahvaltıdan kalktık gittik dışarda yedik. Zaten doymazdık. Kahvaltı dahil 2 oda için 2 gece ücreti ödedim ama otele vardığımda restoran kapalı denildi daha önce neden haber verilmedi odaya uyduruk bir kahvaltı geldi plastik kutuda temizlik zar zor yapıldı. Dışarıdan yemek söylebilirsiniz denildi akşam için rica minnet yardımcı oldular sonuçta farklı bir şehirdeyim telefon numarasını bilmek zorunda değilim. Önce bir odaya aldılar yerleştik sonra klima sadece soğuk çalıştığı için başka odaya aldılar ama ücreti de tam aldılar bir daha uğramam sizde uğramayın derim gerek yok

Otel konumu ve oda konforu açısından bir şikyetim yok fakat fatura ödeme anlamında bekletilmek ve ilgisizlik tamamen tercih etmeme sebebidir. En zoruma giden ise 3 arkadaş gidip tek geceliğe bin küsür para vermemize rağmen unuttuğumuz bi cips ve bi çikolata yüzünden odaları kontrole personel gönderip beni resepsiyonda bekletmeleri tamamen ayıptır. Anemon gibi kurumsal bir otele hiç yakışık kalmadı.

Otele daha önce gittiğimizde memnun kalmıştık. Fakat zaman geçtikçe kalite düşmüş anlaşılan. Odada havlular eskimiş ve kalıcı lekeler oluşmuş. Kışın ortasında gittik ve 423 numaralı odada kaldık. Klima odayı ısıtmadı belliki sorunlu. Resepsiyonu aradık ve ilgileneceğiz dediler fakat kimse ilgilenmedi. Sabaha kadar donduk soğuktan. Bir otel nasil olursa olsun odada soğuktan titriyorsam daha güzel olmuş cirkin olmus hicbirseye yaramaz.

Odaya ilk girdiğimde kirli ve temizlenmemiş tuvalet ile karşılaştım. Havalandırma sisteminde problem olduğundan oda aşırı sıcaktı sonunda odayı değiştirdiler. Yeni odanında tuvalet rezervuarı problemliydi. Oda temizliği idare eder, kullanılmış bardak oda temizlik sonrası olduğu gibi duruyordu. Otoparkı, yanındaki Piazza AVM nin otoparkından bölümlenerek ayrılmış otopark şeklinde. Haftasonları Piazza AVM bölüm girişini açıyor ve otel müşterisine park etmeye yer kalmıyor. Ayrıca otopark gitişi yan yol ile çok iç içe orası ayrılmamış, önüne bir araç çektiğinde otoparka giremiyorsunuz. Yani otopark konusu otelin takipsizliğinden dolayı çok sıkıntılı. Personeli çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve çok zengin. Kapalı yüzme havuzu ve fitness salonu var ancak hiç kullanma fırsatım olmadı. Konumu çok merkezi, hemen yanında AVM var. Tüm bunlara bakarak ; otel 5 yıldızı haketmeyen, bana göre 4 yıldız bir otel. Sıkı bir iç denetim ve yönetim koordinasyonun iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor.

Oda numarasının yazılı olduğu karttaki numarayı okuyamayıp veya fark edemeyip sorduğumuzda \"orada ya işte\" şeklinde cevap verilmesi gibi son derece gereksiz, aşağılayıcı tavırlar ile karşılaşmak için kimse para ödemek istemez. İster beş yıldızlı bir otel olsun, ister gayet alçakgönüllü bir kasaba pansiyonu olsun, insanla iletişim kurarken ve bir hizmet verirken edep ile hareket edilir. Otel çalışanlarının tavır ve davranışları hiçbir zaman denetlenmiyormuş veya hareketlerine ve kullandıkları dile dikkat etmeleri gerektiği hiçbir zaman hissettirilmiyormuş izlenimi edindim. Dolayısıyla buradan vicdanen rahat bir şekilde şunu ifade edebilirim ki, huzur arıyor iseniz bu oteli tercih etmenizi tavsiye etmem.

اقامتي بشكل عام كانت موفقه والحمد لله. الموقع ممتاز وملاصق لمول بيازا الشهير وقريب من البحر والسوق وجميع الخدمات. الاستقبال واسع ومريح ولكن موظفي الاستقبال تنقصهم الإبتسامه والترحيب بالنزيل ولكن اجراء الدخول سريع والغرف واسعه ومطله على البحر اطلالة روعة، الحمام ممتاز ولكن ينقصه بلسم الشعر . لايوجد آله لتحضير القهوه حسب وصف الغرفه وانما ابريق تسخين الماء العادي ، قارورة ماء واحده فقط لغرفه شخصين اضيفت اول يوم واليوم الثاني لم تضاف للغرفه، السرير مريح ولكن اللحاف قاسي بعض الشيء ، لايوجد مكواة حسب وصف الغرفه في الحجز، النظافه جيده ، الواي فاي متوفر ولكن متقطع وطريقة الدخول بأرقام معقدة ووصل لغرفة واحده فقط مع ان حجزي لغرفتين ورغم الشكوى وإعطاء ارقام للدخول ثانيه ولكن لم تجدي نفعا ، باختصار النت سيء ويحتاج اعادة نظر لاسيما لفندق ٥ نجوم أماالفطور جيد ينقصه اضافة بعض الحلويات وماعدا ذلك فهو جيد خصوصا الأومليت الطازج. المطعم ذو اطلاله بديعه على البحر .

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage um die schöne Stadt samsun zu erforschen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug aber leider bin ich kein Freund von Teppich im Zimmer und die Bäder müssten mal in Schuss gebracht werden. Frühstück gut, Service gut, kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Otel beş yıldız almış ama bu yıldız standartlarını gerçekten merak etmeye başladım. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan hanımefendi dışında personel asık suratlıydı. Ama bu onların da suçu diyemem çünkü bariz biçimde sayıları yetersizdi. Tıpkı kahvaltı salonu kapasitesinin yetersiz olduğu gibi. Bir çok konuk ayakta beklemek zorunda kaldı. Otel odasındaki tuvaletin klozet kapaklarının değişme zamanı gelmiş. Lekeleri ıslak mendille silmeye çalıştık gitmedi. Belli ki eskimiş. Lavabonun temizliği sıkıntılıydı. Bazı lekeler duruyordu. Odamızda garip bir koku vardı. Sevenler için hemen yanı başında bir alışveriş merkezi var. Otelin kendine ait kapalı otoparkı var. İnternet bağlantısı biz gittiğimizde kesikti(Bu kendilerinden kaynaklı değil, tamamen internet sağlayıcısının sorumluluğu) bu nedenle internet hakkında yorum yapamayacağım.
