Cute, comfortable, quiet place; welcoming hosts
This is a lovely place to stay in Akyaka. The women who run the hotel were welcoming, friendly and flexible, and they put together a very nice breakfast spread to take on the terrace. Room was comfortable, with all the modern amenities, and the property is just a few minutes' walk from the center, while being in a quiet area. I recommend!

Had a little trouble finding our booking on arrival, however they quickly sorted it out and offered us breakfast while they got our rooms sorted even though it was way before checkin time

Basic hotel. Clean and comfortable enough. The woman at the front desk ended up canceling my credit card because she didn’t know how to operate the machine. Stay away from rooms like number 8 which is close to reception. The noise from breakfast in the morning is ridiculous!!

They (try to) sell the underground level (with a view of retaining walls at 2 meters ahead) at the same price with the upper floors, which is truly unacceptable, particularly without being informed in advance. The upper rooms has no particular view either, but at least you see the streets, trees, etc. instead of a retaining wall.

Otele gider gitmez güleryüzle karşılandık. Merkeze ve Akyaka’da gezilecek bir çok yere yakın ama sapsakin bir konumda kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Odaları temiz, yeterli ve balkon manzarası da şahaneydi. 6 aylık bebeğimiz için park yatak da kuruldu bu bizi ayrıca memnun etti. Çalışanların ilgisi oldukça güzeldi. Ayka otel de calisan esra hanım cok guler yüzle karsiladi. Kahvaltıları cesitli ve guzeldi. Sadece masa yetersizliği dolayısıyla istediğimiz kadar uzun süre keyifle kahvalti yapamadik.o da temizliğinin günlük yapilmasi tercihimiz olurdu. Bir de dolaplar daki kiyafetleri koyacak raf sayısı artirilabilir. Onun disinda denize mesafesi alisveris yerlerine ve azmak nehrine olan mesafe cok yakındı. Personeller ilgili ve guleryuzlu olmasi iyiydi.

Merhaba, merkeze biraz uzak yürüme mesafesi fazla. Denize giderken orman işleymesinden geçiyorsunuz gece 12 de orman iletmesi kapıları kapadığı için yürüyerek dönmek 7dk lık yolu 37dk ya çıkarıyor ayrıca ormanın başladığı yerde olduğu için gece elektrik kesintilerinden dolayı yürümek hayli zor bir de sokak köpekleri var sizi sokaklardan geçirmiyorlar. Otelin yerini biz beğenmedik.

Tek kelimeyle berbat bir otel. Nedenine gelince: otel odası çok küçük. O kadar küçük ki biz üç kişi sığamadık. Ne valizlerimiz ne çantalarımız. Üç kişilik bir odanın en azından üç kişiyi ağırlayacak kapasitede olması gerekir. Bizim kaldığımız oda kesinlikle üç kişiyi ağırlayacak kapasitede değildi ve bu büyük hüsran sebebiydi bizim için. Ne oturmak için bir koltuk yahut sandalye, ne elbiselerinizi kurutabileceğiniz ya da çantalarınızı koyabileceğiniz bir yer var. Banyo tam manasıyla rezalet: duşakabin o kadar dar ki girip çıkarken sürtünmeden geçemiyorsunuz. Tuvalet ise neredeyse duşakabine yapışık şekilde imkanı yok normal bir şekilde tuvaleti kullanamazsınız. Üstelik klozet kapağı rahatsız. Çamaşır teli kırık, kettle belli bir pozisyonda çalışıyor. Tek kişilik yatağın şiltesi yok istemek zorunda kaldık. Tuvalet kağıdı yarım bırakılmış onunla idare etmeniz bekleniyor. Dolap kırık ve kapıları dolabın üzerine ve arkasına atılmış. Hiç misafirperver değil hatta misafire saygısızlık. Yataklar rahatsız ve üzerine çıkmak efor istiyor. Yatak yüksekliği bir metre civarında, yatağa tırmanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Wifi da bir başka dert. Çalışıyor. Çalışmıyor. Bir daha asla burayı tercih etmem.

Güzel bir deneyimdi. Temizlik konusunda hassas biriyimdir ama otel tam anlamıyla temizdi. Sadece yastık kılıfında ve havluda geçmeyen leke vardı. Yenilenme vakti gelmiş bazı malzemelerin.

Ayrıca Esra hanımın tavsiyesi ile çıktığımız sedir adası turundan çok memnun kaldık. Teknenin adı paradise 9 du. Çok keyifli ve kaliteli bir turdu. Otel denize çok yakın. Havuzu yeterli. Otel çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, kahvaltı açık büfesi oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli, otel mekan olarak gayet otantik, konforlu ve huzurluydu. En önemli ozelligi ise dört dörtlük temizlik ile mis gibi çarşaflarda huzurlu uyku çekmek isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. 5 gece 6 günlük konaklamanız sürecinde hem Akyaka hem de tesiste bulunmaktan mutluluk duyduk.

Eşim ile Ayka Otel'de 2 gece konakladık. Girdiğim andan itibaren temizlik konusunda evimdeki kadar rahat hissettim. Koridor bile her daim beyaz sabun kokuyordu ve her yer lavabo bataryalarında bir kireç lekesi bile göremeyecek kadar temizdi. İşletmeci/Personeller oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı beklemediğim kadar çeşitli bir açık büfeydi.
Konum olarak plaja, çarşıya 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Avantajı çarşının göbeğinde olmadığı için sessiz sakin ve huzurlu olmasıydı. Kendilerine ait otopark alanları da var.
Havuzu tertemizdi. Butik otellerde genelde kulaç atılamayacak kadar küçük havuzlar olur fakat eşimle yarış yapmamıza yetecek kadar genişlikte bir havuzu vardı. :)
Açıkçası otele baktığım zaman çok büyük potansiyeli olan fakat bakıma ihtiyacı olduğu için pansiyon gibi hissettiren bir yer gördüm. Odalar tertemiz olsa bile eski mobilyanın ve çok kullanılmışlığın verdiği bir irdeleme dürtüsü oluyor.
Nacizane eksik gördüğüm konuları belirtmem gerekirse;
Kulak temizleme çubuğu, makyaj pamuğu, tek kullanımlık mendiller gibi basit hijyenik malzemelerin olması gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum. Komodin, değerli eşyalar için kasa(günlük temizlik olacağını tahmin etmemiştim, odamız düzenlenmişti), şifonyerin önünde ayakta saç/makyaj yapılmaması adına bir puf bence başlıca eksiklerdi. Klima tam yatağa vuruyordu biraz havaya kaldırmak istedik fakat o parça sabitlenmiyordu.
