This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. The hotel itself looks quite outdated and old. Stains on wall-to-wall carpets are just everywhere. Breakfast is really poor. Cucumbers are stale, bread all is stale hard. Freshly squeezed orange juice taste reminds a cheap vinegar.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and professional. Overall, the facilities and condition are very good to excellent. The hotel is quiet and in a good location if you have a car. There is a light railway nearby, which would be good if you don't have a car. Parking is under the hotel and free.

The room we were in had a carpet that was stained. One of the bathrobes hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Housekeeping made the bed, but did a poor job of cleaning the room.

Maalesef bugün otelden ayrıldık. Dün gece odamızda bi küçük tartışma yaşandı ve biz o kadar dürüstçe kendimiz Rezeption arayıp yukarı çağırıp olan bitenden bahsettik. Herşeyi gösuve ödedik. Ama çıkışımızı yaparken bize yapmadığımız bozuk kapı için 2000€ ekstra kestiler. Biz asla parasında değiliz yoksa 8 gün için 3000€ Euro dan fazla ödemezdik ve bukadar işçilerede ekstra haşlık vermezdik. Ve unutmadan balenin biri arabımızın önünü bi yere sürtüyü halde. Otel çalışanlarına dedik kameraya bakın ve gerçekten kapıyı biz kırdıysak ödeyelim!!!! Bunu maalesef kameraya bakmadan ila siz yaptınız diye bizden kestiler toplam 8 günde bu otelde 7000€ bıraktık

Otele giriş anında, 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırmış olmama rağmen, ek yatağın ücretli olduğunu söylediler, sonrasında park yatak vereceklerini söylediler. tamam dedik, üstüne bir de 1500 tl depozito ücreti istediler, neymiş efendim, minibardan bir şeyler içermişiz de söylemeyi unuturmuşuz veya odaya zarar verirmişiz. yakışıyor mu sheraton gibi bir otele böyle ufak şeylerin peşine düşmek. ortalamanın iki katı ücret ödeyerek geliyoruz zaten, kalkıp sizin yastığınızı mı çalacağız? ayıp denen bir şey var. Kaldığımız odada klimadan sürekli bir ses geliyordu, akşam yatarken farkettik, sağolsun hemen odayı değiştiler. Ama dışarıdan da (sanırım liman) sürekli gelen motor sesi gibi bir şey var. Onun dışında çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, ücretsiz otoparkı var, havuz ve plaj güzel ancak kumlar pis, sabah 8’de gitmemize rağmen her yer izmarit dolu.

Wir sind früher als geplant im Hotel angekommen. Durften aber sofort aufs Zimmer. Obwohl ab 14 Uhr bei der Reservierung angegeben wurde. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eignen Pool und liegt direkt am Strand. Auch ein Indoorpool steht zur Verfügung. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist das Geld wert. Die Auswahl ist sehr gross und schmackhaft. Eine Taxifahrt zum großen Einkaufszentrum Piazza kostet ca. 60ytl. Der Flughafen ist mit einem Taxi in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Kosten ca. 250 YTLIn der nähe befindet sich eine GoKart Bahn und eine Seilbahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Management sehr entgegenkommend. Ein Extralob geht an die Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Vielen Dank

Otel 5 yıldız konforu sunmuyor. Odanın günlük temizliği talep üzerine ikinci günde yapıldı. Minibar boştu. Diş seti, pamuk, tarak, çekecek gibi artık neredeyse her otelde rastlanılan temel malzemeler yoktu. İkram malzemesi olan çay, kahve günlük yenilenmedi. Tüketilenlerin yerine yenileri konulmadı. Otelin Sheraton olduğuna inanmakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Nitekim \"Mariott Bonvoy\" logolarına da rastlanıyor. (Resepsiyonda ve TV'nin ilk kanalında) Fiyat-hizmet dengesi kesinlikle yok.

Haftasonu deniz için geldik ve Check in saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen 14:40 ta giriş yapabildik.Düğün sebebiyle plajda erken kapanınca ilk gün pek denize giremedik.Ama ikinci gün geç çıkış için yardımcı oldular.Bir diğer konu da deniz aşırı sığ.Mantarlara kadar yürüyerek gidiyorsun.Yüzmek gerçekten zordu.Ama havuz güzeldi.Temizlik ve kahvaltı harikaydı.Manzarası ve konumu da güzeldi.Ama fiyatın,otele göre biraz fazla olduğunu da belirtmek lazım.

Tolles Hotel mit Pool nach Rundreise
Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas Negatives zu sagen. Es hapert öfter im Service. Manche Angestellte übersehen gerne Dinge. So lagen von mittags bis nächsten Tag mittags am Pool Trinkbecher und Strohhalme direkt vor der Treppe. Der Junge Mann für den Strandbereich säuberte wo es nix gab, lies dafür aber an anderer Stelle das angespülte Plastik liegen. Der Zimmerservice huschte auch nur durch. Nix Dramatisches, aber diese Dinge sollten in einem fünf Sterne Hotel nicht sein. Ein dickes Lob an das Team der Poolbar, allen voran Ismail K. Eigentlich war das gesamte Personal überaus freundlich.
Leider war der Innenpool doch geschlossen, obwohl man mir an der Rezeption 15 Minuten vorher noch das Gegenteil sagte.
Samsun ist kein typischer Urlaubsort für deutsche Touristen. Wir wollten nach unserer Rundreise aber unbedingt ans Schwarze Meer und der Flughafen ist in 20 Minuten Entfernung anzufahren.

Açıkçası beş yıldızlı bir otelden beklentiyi karşılamadı. Genel olarak personelleri çok deneyimsiz ya da deneyimli olanlar da ilgisizdi. Kahvaltıları açık büfeydi ona rağmen hizmetle ilgili sorun yaşadık (çay bulmak için garson gerekiyor). Akşam yemekleri ise çok kötüydü. Zaten beklentimiz limitli olduğu için çorba ve salata istedik. Çorba ortalama altı, salata yenilemez haldeydi (nitekim yemedik).
Son olarak otelde süreçlerin nasıl işlediğine dair bilgilendirme yetersizdi ve resepsiyon talepleri unutuyordu (bir havluyu üç kere istemek zorunda kaldım) ek olarak da internet bağlantıları çalışmıyordu.

Şehir, liman ve deniz manzaralı odalar arasında ciddi bir farklılık yok. Yatak boyutları aynı. Manzara da hepsinde güzel sayılır. Her üç oda tipinde de kaldık, bütçeye uygun olan seçilebilir. Üç oda tipi de yan yana dizili odalar genellikle katlarda. 2021 Mayıs kahvaltı fiyatı 90 TL kişi başı, ayrıca almak isterseniz. Tek sorun, otelin canlarının çok pis olması. Resepsiyon, personel, olanaklar, hizmet mükemmel.
