Room super small. Fungi in shower. Really humid. The hostel is really old. Breakfast not homemade. The sheet bed are small (half of king size bed). Maybe because I booked a room for one person.

It was not at the standard of 4 star hotel. In the non smoking room,there was the terrible smell of smoking . many of the facilities of broken and useless. Shower head missed, Hair dryer broken. The walls were dirty and full of stains.
We decreased our stay from2 days to one day and I'm expected to return back my money.

Our stay was uncomfortable. The rooms with the sea view do not really have the decent view. There is a highway at the front of the hotel which causes lots of noise. the only pleasant thing with our stay was the staff at the restaurant.

hotel looks pretty but rooms are not that much. they look old and need repairs of some furnitures. bed was comfortable and clean. i liked the breakfast . stuff is helpful. u hear voices easily from the road or the other rooms so this is not good all the time . also price is a bit expensive for all these service.

Çok eski ve gece ses çıkarıp uyutmayan klima, kapağı olmayan elbise dolabı, altı çürümüş buzdolabının dolabı, küflü duşakabin ve gıcırdayan yatak. Gece gece üst katlardan çalışanların sohbet ederek iş yapması da cabası. Uykusuz bir gece ve sonrasında 12 saatlik yolculuğumuz vardı. Her şey çok kötüydü. Verilen paraya değmez. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Tek iyi yanı gidilebilecek güzel mekanlara yakın oluşu. Ses yalıtımı çok kötü, yerleştiğimiz odanın balkon kapısı kırıktı talep ettiğimizde odamızı hemen değiştirdiler bunun için teşekkür ederiz. Odalarda sigara kokusu vardı. Güzel bir bakım gerekiyor.

Otel genel olarak yıpranmış ve renovasyon gerekiyor. Banyolarda ciddi bir temizlik sorunu var. Otel yönetiminin bu konuyu ciddi şekilde ele alması gerekli. Odalarda duman sensörü olmasına karşın kül tablası da konulmuş. Özellikle kaldığım 2. odada çok yoğun sigara kokusu vardı. Yatak çarşafı delikti. Muhtemelen sigaradan yanmış. Havlular çok eski ve yıpranmıştı. Odadaki her şey sigara kokuyordu. Buna karşın personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. 2 günde 3 farklı oda değiştirdim. Son odam nispeten daha iyiydi. Kahvaltı fena değildi.

Öncelikle çalışanlarının emek ve özverisini görmezden gelmemek adına şunu belirtmeliyim. Otel konumundaki ve bölgedeki diğer yerlere göre iyi olabilir ancak böyle bir uygulamadan satın alıyorsanız ve 4 yıldız deniliyorsa bizim de beklentimiz ona göre oluyor. 1 yıldızlı bir yer bile olamaz çünkü bu standartları karşılaması imkansız. Kaldı ki 4 baya abartı. Kahvaltısı bol ve güzel, bunu dışında asansörden odadaki telefona kadar bozuk. Bina çok ama çok eski. Işıklandırma çok kötü. Bir apart pansiyon vs olduğu söylense bunları asla yazmam çünkü kendi içerisinde standartlarına göre gayet iyi ve özverili çalışanlara sahip. Es mangelt an Sauberkeit im Badezimmer, überall ist Schimmel. Das Hotel sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern und die Möbel im Hotel sind ebenso mangelhaft. Der Minikühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Wir sind als eine Familie mit zwei Kindern angereist und haben zwei Zimmer gemietet, die nebeneinander sein sollten und als wir angekommen sind, wollte man uns zwei Zimmer in zwei verschiedenen Etagen geben, obwohl das im Vorfeld anders abgemacht war. Das Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe. Der Ort „Atakum“ selbst war schön. Die 4-Sterne-Bewertung ist definitiv zu viel, selbst ein Stern wäre zu viel.
