The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator.
I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so.
Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and Expedia evaluation is TOTALLY MISLEADIND.
My worst experience in Samsun, hate to mention it.

Average stay in Grand amisos Samsun

It was hard to have the reserved (sea view) room...takes long time and finally got a partial sea view in 2nd floor.
Also, reception staff not informed me about pool time list (men times and women times) so I lost my share in my one night stay.

Disgusting hotel with a rude receptionist

We checked in October 15, 2021 around 10:pm. I had booked and paid almost 50 Euro for a room by hotels.com. When we got our room, I noticed the room was too much hot and humid. I tried to turn on cooling system But it did not work. I asked the the receptionist to have a look and fix. There was a repair man who came and tried to fix. But, when they notice, they can not fix the problem, they claimed it should be like that!! while other rooms and even the lobby was very pleasant with the cooling system they had! I was sweating and my Shirt was almost wet. I showed the receptionist and said that this is not a normal. He just ignored while he was siting under a cooler!
I asked them to change our room. But the receptionist firstly claimed there is no room!
I know Turkish but I pretend I do not know. When I starte to complain loudly, I noticed they told each other that we can give the 5th floor room just get ride of this man! When we had a look, I noticed the room smelling too bad. It seemed the toilet had a problem. They did this to convince me that our room was the best room! Finally, when they noticed that I will not give up and I started to shout in front of other customers, they send us to the third floor! That room cooling system was working. Then I noticed that for the last 2 hours, the receptionist was completely lying! First he said the temperature is normal, then he said that he has no vacant room while they had. He was a disgusting lier. Never ever come back there

Branded Hotel in Samsun

there's only 1 staff who can speak minimum English; there is NO shuttle service between airport and the hotel, the so-named service is to call a taxi but the taxi number is always busy, so busy that those hotel staff refrains from calling them, the room I chose at Hotel.com is a sea-view room with 2 single beds, what I got is an un-ready room, the curtain and the curtain rail are all broken, the in-room telephone set is always beeping, they use split-type of air-conditioning (not a system type) the air-cond. is very noisy, at the last 2 days of staying, the electricity supply was not stable, which caused the TV to switch-off every time the electricity was cut

BUT on my last day when I had trouble with my flight, the hotel front desk was very patient and helpful to help me to check the issue (we communicated with my minimum local language, not English)!!!

It was in a good location an close to the beach. However, the sound insulation and the sewage system was poor so there was a lot of noise from other rooms and bad scents from the toilets. Air conditioning was good. On the other hand, breakfast was below average. Hotel clients were mostly from Arab countries.

Kahvaltısı idare eder. Kahvaltı tabakları önceden hazırlandığı için verilen yumrta soğumuş oluyor ama pandemi döneminde açıktan verilmesindense böyle olmasını tercih ederim.
Yaşadığım en büyük sıkıntı ailecek gittiğim için 3 oda tutmuştuk. Odalardan birinin kliması arızalıydı bir kaç kez söylememize rağmen ilgilenilmedi. Onun dışındaki tüm ihtiyaçlarımız giderildi ve düzenli olarak soruldu.
Yol yakını olduğu için gürültüden rahatsız olabilirsiniz.
5 dk yürüyerek plaja çıkabiliyorsunuz. Yeme içme ve eğlence anlamında merkezi bir konumda. Yakının da migros da var ufak tefek ihtiyaçlarınızı oradan da karşılayabilirsiniz.

Düğün öncesi konaklama

Düğün için geldiğimiz Atakum'da ailecek bu oteli tercih ettik. Konumu çok iyi. Personel çok ilgili ve kibar. Nezih bir otel. Tek kötü yanı odalarımız caddeye baktığı için pencere açtığımızda çok gürültü geliyordu. Deniz manzaralı odalar daha iyi olur.
Kahvaltısı güzel, doyurucu ve önceden streçlenmiş tabaklarda temiz bir şekilde servis ediliyor. Meyve suyu çeşitleri biraz artırılabilir. Kahvaltı yapılan restoran oldukça ferah.
Otel personeline ilgileri için tekrar teşekkürler.

Kötü bir deneyim

Otele giriş yaptıktan sonra asansörde otelin imkanlarını anlatan arkadaştan havuz kullanımının saatli ve kadın erkek ayrı olduğunu öğrendik. Bu çağ dışı uygulamanın bilgisi hotels sayfasında mevcut değildi. Duşakabinin kapısının sürgüsü kırıktı neredeyse elimde kalıyordu. Klimanın yeri çok yanlıştı direkt olarak üzerimize üflüyordu herhangi bir ayar yapılamıyordu. Cam açıp yatmak durumunda kaldık caddenin bütün gürültüsüne maruz kaldık. Çarşaflarda leke vardı. Yastıkları inanılmaz rahatsızdı. Otelin otoparkı yok. Aracımızı yol kenarına park ettik. Vale hizmeti de yok.

موقع الفندق ممتاز في أتاكوم قريب جدا من البحر وفيه غرف مطله كاملا على البحر، السرير مريح ولكن الوسائد تحتاج تجديد ، الغرفه واسعه ، الإفطار جيد ، موظف الاستقبال يتكلم اللغه الانكليزيه وبشوش. بشكل عام الفندق جيد وسعره مناسب حتى في المواسم
