I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it so easy to explore the area. The room was impeccably clean, especially the bathroom and the bed, which were both spotless and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Will definitely return!

Beautiful old world hotel

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The floorboards squeaked everywhere we stepped. The shower drain was clogged so we had to be very fast. One of the mornings the elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs from the fifth floor.
The clerk who greeted us on our arrival was very friendly and super helpful. The rest of the staff we interacted with were onery and terse. Our room was never cleaned while we were out.
Overall we enjoyed restful sleep. We would recommend this hotel and use it again.

Great, we were in town for a 2 night event at Gliwice Arena. The town has enough to keep you occupied for a couple of days… highly recommend the Radio tower museum & Palmiarnia. Local restaurants punching above their weight in terms of quality & price. Momo restaurant in the square our favourite ! The hotel itself is very central, quiet with plenty of street parking available if required. Uber / Taxi’s easy to find any time we found day or night. Would not hesitate to rebook.

Good hotel in a good location

Good hotel, my only issue was no wifi would work during my stay. The hotel did try to sort this whilst I was there on my business trip but we still couldn't get it to work. It was only a short trip so it was not too much of an issue. Everything else was very good.

Refurbished standard rooms, but some niggles still

Standard rooms have been re-furbished / improved in the last year or so, and this is appreciated, however there are still some niggles.

1. Some of the single rooms are small, and although the beds have improved, there is limited space in some.
2. The bathrooms have been upgraded with a more modern feel, however the lack of thermostatic valves on the shower means it's difficult to get a consistent / comfortable water temperature. The superior rooms have these valves and rolling these out to all rooms would be appreciated.

Will be the hotel I pick every time I visit

This was my second stay here as I was satisfied with the first night. Gliwice didn’t have many hotels to offer and this seams the most affordable and comfortable options. I also had breakfast this time although I found that a bit pricy and thought it could be cheaper out in town.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a lot over the past 3 years. There has been a lot of work done upgrading the rooms which is great. Though I think removing the bar from downstairs was a mistake. Trying to squeeze it in to the same room where they serve breakfast / dinner just does not work for me. Therefore there is nowhere to go and have a couple of drinks in the evening, which I think is a shame. I think I may seek alternative accommodation for my next trip.

An excellent hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. The food was of a high standard and not expensive. It is in an area where there are a number of shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is on a main road it was very quiet in the rooms.
We were there to take part in a fencing tournament and will certainly stay there again if we attend next year.

Old school class - and cosy, too.

Compared to the steel and glass of the modern business hotel, this place is a refreshing and highly recommended change. It's what you might see if you looked up the definition of hotel - the kind that, in the UK, is a bit dilapidated and rough around the edges, but that in Poland is beautifully looked after and staffed with friendly and welcoming people. Large rooms, unlike anything I could imagine getting in London (unless I paid many many times the amount), well-stocked and superb value mini-bar, and all bang in the centre of what is one of Poland's many quaint and undiscovered towns.

Located near the city center. Good breakfast, nice staff and big rooms. The only negative thing is that they are pretty hard with late check out- wouldn't allow even one minute later than 12:00. All in all good hotel.

All rooms have a terrible smell via plumbing

Good location and have stayed here many times. The rooms have a terrible smell and it comes from the plumbing/drain system and even the wash basin and showers. The carpets in the rooms are not very clean. The 4th floor business rooms are better but the smell is still a factor.
We moved to Qubus Hotel and that is a first class experience at similar prices. No contest.

After two nights in a tiny room, I was upgraded to the junior apartment. The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom, living and office areas. It was located in the back of the building with windows facing a dark and small courtyard. There was an espresso machine in the room and I was supplied w other 2 bottles of water (flat and gas). Mini fridge was well stocked. Staff was very attentive and helpfull. The restaurant served only breakfast but the food service was available in the lobby bar area. Good selection, fresh and tasty dishes.

Hotel has great location - close to both train station and town hall. I find the bed pillows a bit uncomfortable so everyday I woke up with pain.
Lady at the reception made my mum wait and hour for as she wouldn't call the room saying it's the privacy policy. When I found out she tired to tell me she rang me 4 times, but both me and my partner never hear a thing and I check the room phone and there was outing wrong with it.

This hotel is located in an old building with cool facade. The business room I had was spacious, comfortable, and overall clean. The carpet looked dirty, but I find that's the case for most hotels where it rains and snows. The breakfast spred was good with plenty to choose from. For the price you can probably eat two meals somewhere else, but not as convenient. Overall, I liked this hotel and would stay again.

2 night business trip - excellent hotel!

Located almost in the centre of Gliwice, this hotel is great for getting out but doesn't suffer from being in a noisy neighborhood. Good sized rooms and really great customer service (e.g. they opened the hotel bar for us to work in when it would have been shut - and let us check in earlier than we should). Well priced food and drink in the bar too!

Ich habe mich jedem Augenblick wohl gefühlt. ein kleine Anregung an die Stadtverwaltung Gleiwitz. Man musste Tempo 30 an die Zwycięstwa ulica einführen, dann wäre der Geräusche Spiegel von Straßenseite niedriger.

Ein besonderes empfehlenswertes Hotel, gut gelegen, gute Betten. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche. Die Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein. Ich hatte 1 Einzel- und 1 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Die Rezeptionistin bestand auf 2 Einzel.

War sehr enttäuschtend , da es nur alle drei Tage sauber gemacht wird . Der Parkplatz kostet beim Anbieter 30 zloty und das Hotel kasiert von den Gästen fast das doppelte, ohne drauf aufmerksam zu machen das man auch direkt beim Anbieter bezahlen kann. Das Frühstück und due Getränk im Hotel total über teuert für polnische Verhältnisse. Das hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Obsługa na poziomie recepcji jak również restauracji bardzo miła i sympatyczna, natomiast z Paniami sprzatajacymi problemy... Ciężko było je znaleźć przez cały czas pobytu w hotelu w końcu musiałem dzwonić na recepcję aby się pojawiły... Natomiast w dniu wyjazdu pukaly do drzwi dwukrotnie przed godziną wymeldowania czy już mogą wejść. W restauracji na śniadaniach średnio smacznie, owoce nie zawsze świeże, jest dodatkowy stojaczek z bakaliami które chyba nie są wymieniane i są już zwietrzałe. Pokój i łazienka dość małe kabina prysznicowa pamięta lepsze czasy. Brak własnego parkingu, ale to akurat wiedziałem przed przyjazdem. Za to okolica dobra 200m do rynku, wiele restauracji blisko . Dodatkowo dziwna winda która chyba nie ma blokady zatrzymywania drzwi i nabiła żonie siniaka zamykając się...
