probably nicest hotel in Zabrze and also quite good. No mini-fridge in the room but downstairs bar and restaurant were on the money. Very friendly service and rooms were super clean. 2 thumbs up

This was my second time in this hotel and it was worse than a year before. At first theycharged me 3 times more than it was in my booking (later they refunded it, though). then they gave wrong room which was already occupied by other people.

My companions and I went to Katowice for IEM World Championship and were looking for a cheap hotel to stay for the night. Although this hotel is quite far from the event site at Katowice, it offers a nice respite for the night.
The beds were the usual Ibis quality, which was very pleasing. Staff on duty was friendly and overall it was a great stay despite us having to travel quite far to get to this hotel.

Bei den Unterkunft merkt man die Jahre. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Im Gang und Zimmer riecht es muffelig. Der Eingang ins Zimmer erfolgt mit der Karte, die leider nicht reibungslos funktioniert hat. Die Parkgebühren sind doppelt so hoch als im Portal angegeben. Der Parkplatz an sich ist recht eng und daher haben größere Fahrzeuge mehr als einen Parkplatz einnehmen müssen, das zu wenigeren Parkplatz-Möglichkeiten geführt hat.
Unter dem Strich waren wir von der Unterkunft enttäuscht und würden diese daher nicht empfehlen.

Positiv ist der günstige Preis und die zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , FastFood Restaurant und Tankstellen im Umkreis von 200 m. Etwas negativ sind die bis auf paar Ausnahmen kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze, es gibt aber einige kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Nachdem ich dem Personal mitgeteilt habe dass der Feuermelder mit Kleberband verklebt ist, und damit außer Funktion ist, war das Personal nicht in der Lage das Problem zu Beheben, auch nach drei Tagen ist noch nichts Passiert. Unglaublich, obwohl wie im Hotel einen Feueralarm gehabt haben!!
Immer noch die Ständige Belästigung von Gästen durch Bettler, auch am Gelände des Hotels, die \"Dunkele Typen\" haben freien Zugang aufs Gelände, und Verbreiten Angst insbesondere bei Frauen.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , peccato che nell' aprire il terzo letto vicino alla finestra , il letto sia caduto di colpi sul mio piede , risultato un gran male all' alluce che ora è tutto nero . Sper non sia rotto . Per il resto camera e bagno puliti e in buono stato di conservazione.

Das Hotel ist inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen doch es ist super geführt, durch den Standort sollte es wieder auf 3-4 Sterne aufgewehrtet werden. Es gibt ein super Frühstück !

Alle Leisten (Fuß-,Bett-,Badezimmerleisten) mit Staub bedeckt. Teppichboden dreckig,dicker klebriger Staub in den Ecken. Regale und Fenstervorhang staubig. Toilettenaufsatz gelb. Altes nasses Klopapier auf Toilettenbürste. Zahnpasta Rückstände in Waschbecken und unter Waschbecken - besonders ekelig, da die einzige Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen unter dem Waschbecken ist! Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad. Hotel stinkt süßlich. Kalt bei einer Außentemperatur von unter 13 grad, da keine Heizung im Zimmer.

It is a pretty old ibis Hotel, which is visible in the rooms and the sanitary equipment. For a night or two more than okay but don't expect something fancy.
Parking is pretty cheap with 15Pln, breakfast rather expensive.

Wszystko w porządku. Ucieszyła mnie możliwość, aby śniadanie (kanapki, napój, jabłko, jogurt) czekało na mnie do odbioru nad ranem, gdy wracałam do hotelu z zamiarem spania do południa. Hotel is vrij gehorig en met een groep jeugdige bezoekers was er in mijn kamer tegenover de lift behoorlijk veel herrie op de gang. 's-Middags om 15.00 uur terug op de kamer die toen nog niet was schoongemaakt / opgemaakt. Dit gebeurde pas laat in de middag.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, die Lage unschlagbar, besser geht es nicht. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns etwas stören, z.B. keine Klobürste im Bad. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage kann persönlich eingestellt werden. Das Frühstück etwas teuer - in Bezug auf die Auswahl; für mich gab es zu wenig Käsesorten (nur 1 Schnittkäse). Ansonsten alles ok.
