My wife and I were overwhelmingly surprised with the value we received. A $40 USD deal popped up which we immediately booked (it had a Best Price Guarantee which we took advantage of to save another $11). It was within walking distance of all public transportation, and on one of the main streets in Gliwice. Like others mentioned, keep in mind there are TWO Hotel Diaments within a block of each other, this is the cheaper one.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although checkout time was at 12PM, they allowed us to store our luggage at the reception until we finished with business in town around 3PM. We didn't dine in the hotel because the breakfast seemed pretty pricey in relation to the room price. The TV wasn't great (didn't bother us) but the speed of the internet and connectivity was excellent which was more important to us anyways. The room was extremely clean. We will return anytime we visit Gliwice again!

A bit confusing because there are TWO hotel diaments on the same street within a block of each other. Had to walk back from the hotel parking lot for about a mile, but other than that, hotel was clean, good service and convenient to everything we wanted to see

Das Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Verkehrslärm allgegenwärtig. An 05.00 Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende. Um einzuchecken muss man auf den Gehweg fahren wenn man das Gepäck nicht von großer Entfernung zum Hotel zu transportieren. Die Kissen waren unbequem.

Das Diamentbist jetzt nicht das klassische Luxushotel und die Einrichtung ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt! Wenn man einen sauberen Platz zum Schlafen sucht, kann man dieses Hotel ohne weiteres buchen. Es liegt fußläufig zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Gliwice Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Nach Jahfen mal wieder in die alte Heimat nach Oberschlesien und den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gleiwitz. Von dort aus mit dem Bus in mein Heimatdorf und Verwandte besucht. Danach froh in das gemütliche Hotel zu kommen mit dem urigen Restaurant und der gemütlichen Frühstücksatmosphäre.

Man sieht dem Hotel (und auch den Zimmern) an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad ist etwas altbacken, war aber soweit sauber und geräumig.
Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten statt einem Doppelbett, was aber soweit ok war. Zimmer an sich war soweit sauber, Fenster zur Straße hin war gut abgeschirmt. Für die unzähligen Baustellen, die momentan in der Innenstadt sind (Bau einer unterschirdischen Autobahn mitten durch die Stadt) kann das Hotel nichts für.
Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher, wo man sich Tee oder Kaffee machen konnte (kostenfrei).
