It is a nice hotel, but requires serious upgrades. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear ALL my neighbors activities (I am sorry to my neighbors...). The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, but the smoke was reaching my room through the window on many occasions. There is a nice pool and SPA at the basement, but there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower area and the curtain was sticking to my body all the time (a terrible experience
!) due to the air flow. Clearly the hotel needs an experience hotel manager to detect and eliminate all these annoying features.

A nice peaceful hotel in a good location. The place is quiet during the night and the restaurant at the hotel is very good. Many families come here so the spa was full of kids with their parents.

It is not possible to sleep in a Disco
My wife and I arrived at 2am on Saturday morning following a late flight. As we pulled up we were impressed as the hotel looks lovely. Once inside again the hotel looked very nice. The only issue was a loud Disco in one of the conference rooms. We were given our room key and proceeded to the room which was directly above the disco. We tried for about an hour to deal with the noise but the bed was bouncing so we went downstairs and aske to be moved. It took the poor girl on reception 4 goes before she found us a suitable room away from the noise, which included sending us to a room which was already occupied by an elderly couple. Finally we were sent to a room still above the disco but on the 4th floor so the noise was reduced to a low enough level that we could finally get to sleep but the disco continued until 4.30 am. On Saturday night the disco was back!

A Culturally Significant Place to Stay!
This is a very important and culturally significant hotel in Poland. While staying there I was able to meet various and important and culturally significant people. Truly a gem! I would actually recommend coming to Poland just to visit this significant hotel.

Although we used the hotel solely as a base and did not make use of the pool, massage and other leisure facilities we found it very relaxing and it met our needs very well. The staff were very helpful and all spoke good English. We did find that not having a kettle and tea.coffee making facilities in the room was an inconvenience after a long day out. However, the staff were very obliging when we asked for hot water - it was delivered to our room in a vacuum flask within a few minutes.

The hotel was pleasant to look at, rooms clean but the service staff quite unfriendly! We were told that the restaurant couldnt serve food and the reception forgot to make our reservations for a taxi in the morning wich was stressful. Breakfast was ok, it was alot of loud noise from outside the room wich made it hard to sleep. Compared to the price I was not too happy with the experience and I would not stay here again.

Jak na obiekt hotelowy z czterema gwiazdkami niestety rozczarowuje. Bardzo przeciętne dbanie o czystość w obiekcie. Budynek bardzo kiepsko wyciszony (słychać rozmowy z pokoju obok i piętra wyżej). Ponadto obsługa nie reaguje na rozrabiające grupy dzieci, które w okolicach 22:00 urządzały sobie na każdym piętrze hotelu mecze piłki nożnej, biegi na czas itp. \"mega głośne zabawy\". Niewielkie SPA do którego mają również dostęp najmłodsze dzieci a co za tym idzie o \"strefie ciszy i komfortu\" można zapomnieć. Ciężko tam wypocząć. Bardzo mała karta w restauracji ale posiłki smaczne.

Da wir Familie besuchten, buchen wir normalerweise eine günstige Unterkunft, die hat aber wegen Corona pleitegemacht, also wagte ich für meinen Sohn und mich dieses Hotel, war alles super luxuriös, Personal total freundlich, die Therme sehr erholsam, Frühstück hatten wir nicht inklusive, aber am letzten Tag leisten wir uns das, besser geht nicht, es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt, nächsten Sommer werden wir wieder Diament buchen

Meine Partnerin und ich haben hier eine Nacht nach einem polnischen Familienbesuch verbracht. Das Hotel ist eher gehoben und ziemlich sauber. Zur Spa-Anlage kann ich leider nichts sagen, auch nicht zum Frühstück.
Direkt in der Nähe ist eine Straßenbahn zur Stadt und ein Einkaufszentrum. Von daher ist die Lage eher als Ausgangsbasis geeignet.
