They don’t even provide the essentials! For the price they should at least provide towels, shampoo, soap, etc for the length of your stay. They should at least have coffee pots in the room. They should provide blankets

When we arrived they stated that the room I chose and booked online was not available, someone else still had it. The only other offer they had was a room with a full size bed. We were too tired from our 4 1/2 hour drive so we took it. But it was extremely cold and no amenities. We put the heater on & after 20 mins still no heat. We complained and they stated \"oh it takes a while\". We chose to leave and they refused any kind of refund not even a partial. The place and room is NOT what is posted on-line. Its a pretty sketchy place, I did not feel safe there for some reason. I DO NOT recommend this place for travelers unless its an extreme emergency and only for a night.

The bed sheets didnt get change and the bed never got make. Housekeeping never show up. Unless that is what they do. They didnt show until you check out. I never expirience that. We were a family on vacation to visit friends in the area. I thought an extended stay place would be more comfortable for us since it had a kitchen. It did not mention in the listing that the room rate just gets you the bed. Clean towels, wifi, the use of dishes or pots and pans in the room kitchen, basically everything I would have expected to have in a hotel room are an additional charge. The staff were extremely courteous and as accommodating as they could be. But it was clear that there were people drinking and smoking at all hours. We left to another hotel a night early after an intoxicated man made inappropriate comments to my teenaged daughter and she had to hide in the stairwell from him. I'm sure it is fine if you need an inexpensive room in the area. It is most definitely not a place to stay for families on vacation.

The location on corporate blvd is a convenient location if you plan to travel to Quantico Marine Base or the museum. It also is located aling route 1 and next I-95 corridor.
As for the downside, there are no restaurants nearby. You have to drive either South to Aquia or stafford, or North to Manassas. As well, there are no amenities such as a pool, coffee bar or breakast bar. It was relatively clean, but had a sufficient security plan. It was at the end of corporate blvd and was very quiet

The hotel was adequate to my needs. It’s no frills when it comes to the room. No Kleenex holder in the bathroom, no hand towels (just bath towels and wash cloths), no amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, no carpet, no hairdryer, and no curtains just blinds. Room felt humid even though AC was on. The staff was very nice, and pleasant. The room was moderately clean.

I was assured over the phone that my reservation was confirmed and my room would be ready. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no rooms available and that the hotel was completely booked.

The stay was awesome. Very comfortable. Only thing I would recommend would be at least a pot, pan, cup, plate, and some silverware. It doesn’t make sense to pay for a suite with a kitchen and then have to go out and buy all the amenities to use the kitchen. The previous suite I stayed in provided everything so I thought that here would do the same but sadly that was not the case. Other than that the stay was immaculate and I would return. Service was excellent as well

There were roaches in the room. The shower/bathtub is the smallest I've ever been in. The mattresses felt as if they were made of paper-maiche. Only two small, flat pillows per bed. Despite having a kitchen in the room, there were no dishes or cookware provided. The gym was out of order and closed entirely. Everything in the rooms and common areas appeared run down and in desperate need of a refresh. I feel sorry for the people who book extended stays there.

Called the number listed and they finally showed up.Asked if I could use restroom and was told i could use the one in my room .i could see restroom next to elevator but door was locked.The room had strong odor possibly from cleaning but not a good smell. The pillows were the worse i have ever slept on!! Seemed like they put 2 towels inside pillow cases. I left room next morning at 710am no one at front desk had not even raised the barrier yet said it opened at 7am.. would not staybthere again

There was black mold on the ceiling of our shower. On day two it started to leak into the shower from the ceiling. There was an abundance of smell of marijuana on site. There was a crack in the shower basin. There were very little amenities provided. We left early and went to another hotel, and they would not give us a refund for our last night in spite of the black mold and leaking ceiling.

If you get there early you have to pay a $25 fee on top of what you paid to book the room just say if a person dose not have the $25 fee you got to wait to 3:00pm to get in and when you do get in the room the smoke decorator dirty it was not clean then mirror look like never clean around the edges shower seen hair from someone else not me or my father and a stain on the bed sheet. The property is located right outside of MCB Quantico and very convenient for family day and graduations from OCS. We booked four rooms and each was unique in what it provided. One room had soap and shampoo, one had a bath mat, one had a plastic mattress protector, and one had extra towels, but none had all of it. I would recommend a standard makeup for rooms and to ensure there is a means to make coffee each morning as the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.

This was one of the best lower cost hotels I'd stayed at. We had an annoying dog next door to us but that was not the hotel staff's fault and otherwise our stay was great. The entire staff is insanely friendly and welcoming and the on-site manager is very sweet and has nothing but good intentions for the people staying. I am staying again for a week soon and will consistently stay afterward as needed.

Staff deserves a better hotel. It was pretty gross!! Carpet was gross and made my eyes water. It felt like you were walking on a soggy sponge. I had to invest in house shoes because I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. Nasty smell. Roaches crawled around everywhere. We left with bite marks all over our body. We never confirmed if it was bed bugs or not because they put this cover on the bed that won’t allow you to physically see the mattress. Now that we are no longer at the hotel, the bumps are going away. Like I said, staff is great and deserves a much better hotel.
