Just “ok” for an overnight stay.
But a few notes:
Front desk staff should never say a customer’s room number out loud when assigning, especially with other people in the lobby.
Rooms and furniture very dated, and in need of replacement with modern sleek furnishings. It looks like someone’s grandmother’s house. Everything is bulky and just…NO.
Hard floors need extra attention in terms of cleanliness. Also, I can’t stress enough: DUSTING and WIPING down surfaces better. Thank goodness I travel with cleaning products.
