Hard to get some sleep
The check in personell didn't seem to be in a rush to check me in. Had to wait even though there was no one else waiting for help. The worst part was the paper thin walls. You hear everything from other guest like they're out in the hallway. If you plan on sleeping in or don't want to be disturbed by people coming home late, I suggest choosing another hotel.

Nice hotel in excellent quiet location in town
Staff was super friendly and welcoming from day one. There was everything we needed including a swimming pool which was never busy. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and kept our room neatly every day and had the care of thinking ahead to supply our needs in every detail. Her service made us feel as of a VIP guest. Thank you all for the excellent service and we will definitely be back any time we back in town.

Café da manha fraquíssimo. Já no início do período do café da manhã, já faltava granola e não havia reposição, as frutas eram poucas e sem qualidade. Os recepcionistas eram prestativos, assim como as funcionárias responsáveis pela arrumação do quarto. Os colchões da cama eram desconfortáveis.

Se vc vai a um hotel para dormir, a cama não pode ser tão ruim. Todo o resto (café da manhã razoável, estacionamento fácil e grátis, atendimento etc) perde o sentido. Não se pode pecar no essencial. Boa cama e no mínimo 2 travesseiros por pessoa. Este hotel deve ter nota total de 6. Sendo 1 para sua cama.

Não tenho o que falar do quarto. Agradável e espaçoso. O chuveiro precisa ser trocado pois é velho demais. Um pingo ali e outro aqui. Mas o que mais me incomodou foi o método adaptado do café da manhã por conta da pandemia. Foi alterado de Buffet para a Lá carte. Ficou péssimo! Apenas do esforço das poucas garçonetes, demora demais pra ser atendida. Tudo chega na mesa extremamente frio. Péssimo café da manhã. Em julho, estive em outro hotel concorrente em Londrina no qual o café da manhã continua sendo buffet com todos os protocolos, com uso de máscaras, luvas, álcool gel, etc. Tudo normal sem problemas. Pensem nisto!

O hotel possui um excelente café da manhã e uma simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionários, mas os banheiros precisam de algum tipo de reforma, as toalhas já estão velhas e as paredes do quarto estão com leve vazamento. O que me intrigou foi o fato de encontrar uma aranha no teto bem em cima da minha cama e uma no canto da parede, fora algumas casas de aranha nas quinas das paredes. Ao mudar de apartamento encontrei formigas no quarto. Esse hotel tem tudo para ser um grande hotel, um pouquinho mais de reforma e atenção à limpeza, além de dedetização, o tornaria um excelente hotel. A cama é excelente, as roupas de cama também, os armários dos quartos estão em bom estado e o piso também. Apesar do ocorrido eu voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

O hotel mantém ao longo dos anos serviço bom com regularidade. Os colchões de mola ao longo dos anos começam a amolecer talvez em futuro próximo tenham que trocar. Há mais de 8 anos o único detalhe ruim no café da manhã e o pão francês , apesar de duas padarias bem próximas , servem um pão minúsculo e borrachudo . Já em uma ocasião fui até a padaria próxima e comprei pães crocantes e frescos .
