I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. It took the bellboy a frustrating 5 minutes to bring my luggage to the reception. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the airport, I discovered my luggage had been opened. This lack of efficiency and security is unacceptable, and I expect much better handling of my belongings.

Incredibly professional staff from the welcome at check in until checkout. I have stayed here 4 times and the rooms are always spotless and comfortable. Location is key aa it is on the main artery road Amman.

It was the best relaxing experience at Thousand nights 5 Star Service including smiling Reception Smiling craw and the best Breakfast ever.
Clean rooms enough towels great room service best stay ever.
lets me talk about the staff. I can start with Niran she Proved the best experienced management skills at customer service she made the stay feel like home away from home. she gets 5 starts in my book.
Smiley Hadeel, Best service with a Smile.
Amer, showed every effort to make the stay as good as it gets.
Lets not forget About Anas with him my Room was Spec and Span.
Am also great full to Farooq and (Boldy) Hashem the Welcoming Team the are my friends for ever.
Over all i really enjoyed my stay at Thousand night and i will never ever think twice to go elsewhere after this excellent experience and for sure i will recommend all of my friends and family to make it there first choice.

Good Hotel, I do have some points to recommend. The pillows are not comfortable. They are flat and wide and not really pillows. The bedding sheets keep coming off the mattress because their is not enough tension on them or are too small. They also seem to put something underneath the bedding (over the mattress) that is annoying/bumpy when you sleep on it. The hand towel handles are placed on the bathroom counter which is too low for daily use. Put them at a practical height. The none slip mat on in the shower gathers dirt and it's better if it's removed. Also you should have a more practical late checkout allowance. Giving one hour extra is not practical. Staff is great and friendly especially day time. Late night front desk is not very useful (they can't schedule a late checkout and seem disengaged) AC is great. All an all I like this hotel and staff but the bed wasn't comfortable and that's why it's difficult for me to return. But a good hotel and practical location.

Facility has a wedding hall onsite with super loud music till almost dawn each day. You feel the music is playing in your room. Staff refused to move me to a different room.

The property smelled like smoke. The rooms and elevator were not clean. Rooms smelled musty and like sewerage. Customer service was poor and their security personnel were ridiculous! There were weddings every night with traffic and music to all hours of the night. Not family friendly

Issues:
Next door resident smoking in their rooms which made the cigarette's smell full our room.
Poor noise insulation meant we can hear our next room comversation till late in the night.
There were individual Taxi drivers lurking outside the hotel offering their services and charging three times the going fares. The unfamiliar visitor are shocked at the end of the journey when the driver asks for three time the standard fair. These taxi drivers should not be allowed to operate at the hotel . The hotel staff have the duty to warn all guests about the different pricing.

Terrible service from the manager. I travelled so many countries and stayed in different hotels around the worl and i never ever paid for making local calls within the same country. They charged me over $70 for making some local calls
You can buy a local sim card for $10. They did not indicate to ke at the time of check in that there will be any charges for using the phone for local calls. When confronted the manager with this issue; her Answer was: we are obligated to tell you what is free not what is not free.
So based on what she said, you should assume that there will be a charge for everything. Maybe next you use the towels in the room you will be charged.. Terrible service from Management. Will Never stay there again. Dont recommend others to stay in this Hotel. Not to mentiion that there is zero facilities.

Comfortable hotel

Lovely hotel. Their was some confusion over our reservation so had to get room card recharg d twice. Free water and soft drinks. Very quiet. Great variety on breakfast buffet. Staff friendly but sometimes they do not understand what you are asking for.

The worst hotel ever , when I was checking Thousand nights they told me they need my credit card to confirm My reservation , After a couple of days I checked my statement of my credit card and found out they double charged me, never going back to this hotel again bunch of thieves .By the way I disputed my charge and got my money back from American Express .
