Awesome beach - hotel needs a lot of work

We arrived and the room was filthy - dirty dishes in the sink and broken glass on the floors. After several attempts to get the room cleaned, and having to threaten to leave, they finally cleaned the room. Once. They never came beck to clean the rest of the trip. However, the owner is super nice, the property needs a lot of work. The beach is gorgeous in this area and perfect for walking. On our last day they started digging up random areas of the property & large construction trucks were all over. It was super noisy and no one warned us at all. Unfortunately we were working remote and this was super distracting!!

Flat com toda estrutura de hotel,café da manhã maravilhoso,guarda sol e cadeiras na praia.
Tem a piscina principal e um ofurô aquecido.
Próximo de um centrinho.Amei e recomendo.
Único problema é que as vezes a praia fica impropria para banho conforme pesquisei.

A localizacao é perfeita, a infraestrutura nas areas de uso comum também é ótima. O quarto é bem confortável e o café da manhã muito completo e saboroso.
O unico ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do banheiro do quarto. No box o rejunte dos pisos e azulejos estava bem escurecido, com sinais de limo deixando a impressão que não passa por uma limpeza mais detalhada a algum tempo. Mas mesmo assim, valeu muito a pena, certamente voltaremos.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, como parte de uma viagem mais longa, e por isso não utilizamos várias das comodidades que o Flat proporciona. De maneira geral, gostamos da localização e da vista do quarto. De maneira geral, o flat tem uma atmosfera de casa de praia.

Excelente custo benefício.

A estada foi maravilhosa. Quarto excelente e bastante funcional. Parece que estamos em uma casa muito grande. Acolhimento excelente. Apenas achei que o restaurante deixou a desejar no primeiro dia. Não estavam preparados para o nosso grande grupo de 12 pessoas. Mas a comida, quando chegou, estava ótima.
A localização do Flat é excelente. Em frente à praia e circundado por muitas opções de excelentes restaurantes. Se voltar a Floripa, com certeza me hospedaria no Flat Pietra.

Hotel incrível na beira mar. Cafe da manhã excelente. O quarto em que estive o ar condicionado só ficava em uma temperatura o que foi um pouco incomodo, e a pessoa responsável nao conseguiu fazer com que trocasse, porem isso não atrapalhou a experiência. O micro-ondas era muito pequeno de forma que nao deu pra fazer pipoca. Mas no geral o hotel é excelente, a localização incrível e os funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos.

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich ,aufmerksam und einfach lieb.Die Lage ist perfekt, schöner Strand.
Die Zimmer , besonders mit dem Meeresblick sind richtig schön.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist nichts besonderes, dafür das Frühstück sehr reich.Und es gibt immer viele frische Früchte. coctails an der bar sind lecker. man kann im „ Garten“ Billiard spielen.
