Lamentablemente nuestra última experiencia en el Hotel Slaviero Ingleses Convention fue muy decepcionante.

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. En las dos ocasiones anteriores todo había sido correcto, por lo que volvimos con confianza, siendo además personas mayores que buscamos tranquilidad y seguridad durante nuestras vacaciones.

Durante nuestra estadía en la habitación 2211 faltaron 90 dólares de una billetera que estaba dentro de una cartera en la habitación. Es decir, alguien tuvo que abrir la billetera y retirar el dinero.

Lo más preocupante no fue solamente la pérdida del dinero, sino la respuesta del hotel. Básicamente indicaron que no podían asumir ninguna responsabilidad porque no había “evidencias” y sugirieron que el dinero debería haberse guardado en la caja de seguridad.

Entendemos que el hotel quiera respaldar a su personal, pero como huéspedes esperábamos al menos una investigación más seria o una solución acorde a la situación, sobre todo considerando que somos clientes que ya nos habíamos hospedado anteriormente.

Después de tres visitas al hotel, nos vamos con una enorme desilusión. Lamentablemente, la confianza que teníamos en el establecimiento se perdió completamente.

Compartimos esta experiencia simplemente para que otros huéspedes estén informados.

fiquei no carnaval de 2025, talvez por ser alta temporada paguei um valor bem elevado, acredito que fora de alta temporada tenha um preco mais justo, pq se o preco for esse que paguei acho que nao vale pelo que oferecem. Mas o hotel é bom, pelo que vi é um dos melhores da praia dos ingleses, ,meia pensao vale a pena a comida e otima, a academia precisa de novos equipamentos urgentemente.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel. The first room we got was very dirty. Bed sheets had make up on in, dark stains, the floor had stains with dirty on it, cups had lipstick on it. It was poorly maintained with broken cabinets. The only plus, was that after we complained about this issues, we were moved to a clean room.

Ingleses Acquamar--For Brazilians Only

We stayed at Ingleses Acquamar for four days on our way to Porto Alegre. We are Americans fluent in Portugese and Spanish, and had heard that Florianopolis was a lovely resort, and Acquamar was on Pria Ingleses, the best beach in the area. The beach is nice, but not among the top fifty in the world. The hotel is new, and most things still work, but it is deteriorating rapidly. The breakfasts are excellent, and the other meals are nice; the pools are large and comfortable, and the gyms, playgrounds, and beach access are also excellent. That said, it is a hotel designed and best for Brazilian middle-class families. The staff is bureaucratic, the single elevator makes waits quite long, and the maintenance is primitive (no glasses in room, and none provided after request; hall light out, not fixed during our stay; toilet tank took 1/2 hour to fill; etc.). The hotel has absolutely no foliage; everything is stark concrete. The service required by an international traveler--e.g., assistance with ATM card--was non-existent. As stated, a nice hotel for Brazilian families, but not for international travelers. Amazingly, a neighboring hotel (Costa Norte) was much more elegant, sophisticated, and cheaper!

Este hotel superou minhas expectativas! Fomos muito bem atendidos do começo ao fim. O quarto é ótimo, com bom espaço, cama confortável (poderiam melhorar os travesseiros) e bem limpo. - Tampa do vaso sanitario não para em pé (descendo sozinha);

O apartamento com vista conta com duas TV(sala/quarto) um figobar abastecido com bebidas, tem microondas, mesa e talheres, secador e espelho especial para as meninas fazer maquiagem! Tudo perfeito certeza que voltarei a me hospedar por lá a vista é incrível os funcionários todos bem solícitos, estacionamento com manobrista é cobrado 35,00 a diária muito melhor alugar um carro e ter toda a disposição e conforto do que ficar dependendo de Uber que por sinal é caro! Todos os funcionários ou quase todos falam mais de uma língua então atende todo o público! A localização é perfeita!

Pecaram na limpeza, o quarto tinha uma marmita dentro do microondas acredito que a moça da limpeza, não olhou, e só notamos um dia depois que estavamos hospedados que começou a dar mal cheiro confesso que pra mim não foi problema mais poderiam evitar pois não usei o microondas, shampoo do banheiro não estava funcionando e alguns cabelos no chão de outros hospedes anteriores. Tirando esses três detalhes o Hotel é excelente, recepção serviço de quarto estão de parabéns.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente no Slaviero Ingleses! O hotel fica no norte da ilha, na Praia dos Ingleses, com localização privilegiada pé na areia e uma estrutura que surpreende positivamente.

Ficamos no Quarto Triplo Superior com vista lateral para o mar, muito confortável e espaçoso. O quarto conta com cozinha privada, equipada com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar, talheres, pratos e copos o que facilita muito no dia a dia da estadia.

Apesar de ser uma época mais fria e com bastante vento, o hotel oferece um spa com jacuzzi aquecida e ambiente fechado, que ajuda muito a relaxar e aproveitar mesmo com o clima mais gelado. Além disso, dentro do próprio hotel, há serviço de massagem (custo à parte) mais um diferencial para quem busca conforto e bem-estar.

O café da manhã é incrível, super variado, bem servido e com itens de ótima qualidade. O restaurante do hotel também merece destaque, com pratos muito saborosos. E para quem gosta de explorar a região, há restaurantes próximos, além de padaria e farmácia a poucos metros, o que traz praticidade.

A piscina externa é ampla e linda, perfeita para os dias de sol. O serviço de bar na praia é mais um ponto positivo para quem quer relaxar sem sair do lugar.

Por fim, a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa.

Enfim, só temos elogios! Com certeza voltaremos. Super recomendamos

Hotel cobra mas nao entrega

Aluguei um quarto na vila 2 bom estado, mas mesmo tendo 3 camas, fui obrigado a pegar outro quarto extra na vila 1 pois estava com minha esposa e duas filhas de 10 e 11 anos. O quarto acomodava todos mas acabamos separados creio que pelo intuito de ocupar mais um quarto e gamhar mais dinheiro. Tudo bem.

Aluguei dois quartos, o adicional na vila 1 tinha cheiro de esgoto vindo da tubulacao, cofre enferrujado, bem desconfortável.

O restaurante teve problemas, cafe da manha sempre cheio e com dificuldades de reposicao, itens faltando o tempo todo, dificuldades de fazer ovos como sempre pedimos em qualquer hotel pela desculpa de a cozinha estar cheia, por exemplo. Jantar buffet sempre com mesmo cardapio (ficamos 3 dias), variação minima, o que para uma refeicao de 99 reais (20 dolares) ficou muito a desejar - comida que não dava vontade de comer.

Na praia fantástico, atendimento vip, bar bom , serviço dez, foi o melhor do Hotel mas infelizmente, avaliacao final e que cobram bem mas nao estao a altura. Nao voltaremos.

O hotel é bem bonito e bem cuidado. A localização é ótima. O quarto é bem confortável.

Pontos a melhorar:
1- deveria ter uma cobertura de passagem entre a piscina aquecida e a entrada, pois aproveitamos a piscina quente no frio mas depois temos que passar na friaca pra entrar no hotel.
2- não deveriam cobrar os itens como omelete no café da manhã, tem opções cobradas à parte e eu nunca tinha visto isso…

Obs: estacionamento também cobrado à parte.

A localizacao é otima, bem pé na areia, e proximo do centro. Quarto e banheiro bem grande. Atendentes da recepcao super simpaticos e atenciosos, paga-se estacionamento no local, por se tratar de empresa terceirizada. Cafe da manha bacana. Presenciei uma cena lamentavel, quando um atendente da area do cafe da manha tratou mal uma senhora pois ela apenas tinha pedido se nao teria como aumentar o ar condicionado e levantar as paletas pois estava frio e pegando vento direto no buffet. hotel bem agradavel, tem sauna, piscina externa nao aquecida e uma hidro interna aquecida. gramado bem cuidado e um bar entre a praia e o hotel. Somente a academia que nao conseguimos usar alguns aparelhos pois estavam estragados. No geral recomendo e me hospedaria novamente.

Hemos recibido desde el inicio la mejor atencion. De parte de todos tanto del personal de playa(Alan),como tmb personal de recepcion del comedor y de limpieza siempre atentos a todos. Las habitaciones muy comodas y amplias. El desayuno espectacular. Lo unico q pediria q algunos de los canales de tv sean en castellano o bien algun canal de argentina.

O hotel é bem localizado, pé na areia, o quarto era espaçoso e confortavel. Os funcionarios eram simpaticos e atenciosos. O estacionamento é pago, 30 reais por dia, mas é muito facil parar na rua, em frente ao hotel. O cafe da manha é o ponto fraco do hotel. Nada muito saboroso, sucos artificiais, paes e bolos sem graca e nao tinha a possibilidade de pedir um omelete ou um ovo frito sem ter que pagar separado. Acho que poderiam melhorar este ponto, pois o hotel merece.

A estadia foi satisfatória, mas esperava mais conforto e um melhor atendimento.
O Hotel tem deficiências estruturais, como apenas 1 elevador para hóspedes e funiconários da mesma ala, o que causa demora na espera e o desconforto de compartilhar o elevador com carrinho de roupa suja, carregamento de TV e outros materiais.
Também não disponibiliza um espaço com notebook para acesso dos hóspedes.
A cama é desconfortável, muito pequena e as toalhas de baixa qualidade, a de praia pequena.
A chave do quarto desmagnetiza diariamente, o que causa o incômodo de ter que voltar à recepção.
Apesar da limpeza diária do quarto, praticamente todo dia aprecia baratinhas pequenas.Creio precisar de dedetização.
Pontos positivos é a comodidade de ter acesso direto à praia, com boa estrutura de cadeira e barraca, o tamanho do quarto que é espaçoso e o café da manhã que é bom.

As instalações do hotel são realmente muito boa. Os quartos são novos com um espaço excelente. A localização também é muito boa, na beira mat. Minha crítica é em relação ao atendimento e os funcionários. O jotel fornece serviço de praia, mas pa funcionários sap extremamente mal preparados. As 18h eles retiram todas as cadeiras e tivemos que ficar com nossos pertences na areia e em pé. Não faz sentido. O sistema de manobriata também é muito deficiente. Por varios momentos demorou muito tempo para buscar nosso veículo .

Ao chegarmos fomos muito bem atendidos!
Mas no dia 31 da virada, eles bloquearam o acesso a praia pelo hotel, deixando apenas para as pessoas que estavam em uma festa vip que estava sendo realizada no hotel!
Ao irmos a praia ver os fogos tivemos que ir pela rua e ao voltarmos nao tinha onde limpar a areia da praia, tivemos que ir assim mesmo para o quarto, sujando o hotel e sendo alvo de olhares desagradaveis....
Ao pedirmos o check - aut não foram buscar nossas malas, mesmo a gente ligando na recepção e pedindo, por fim nos mesmos pegamos o carrinho e fomos buscar as malas nos quartos. Na saida quiseram cobrar a mais, falando que a gente tinha consumido cervejas, sucos e outros alimentos que nem se quer pegamos. Mesmo pagando o estacionamento, por termos um carro mais humilde, somos pessoas comuns, nao deixaram a chave do carro com as demais, e sim em cima da roda trazeira, se sentimos um pouco descriminados, somos pessoas simples, nao ricas, talvez por isso todo esse transtorno...nao voltaremos mais...

Hotel muito bonito, com ótima localização. O que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto, pois solicitamos umas taças, primeiro falaram que tinham apenas 4 taças de vinho e que não podiam emprestar, depois foi falado que iam emprestar outro tipo de taça, e que levariam uns 15 minutos, após 40 minutos decidimos ir lá pegar, encontramos o restaurante vazio, várias taças e os garçons sem fazer nada, ou seja, foi falta de vontade.
No mais foi um bom atendimento, quartos bem limpos, confortáveis.

Lugar muito bom, ressaltar somente a demora para o checkin ( mesmo chegando após o horário pedido pelo hotel) nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos que esperar quase 50 minutos. Valor de bebidas no restaurante do hotel muito fora da realidade até mesmo pra turismo. Estacionamento pago a parte não vejo com bons olhos. Poderia estar no valor da reserva.
