I’ve now stayed at this hotel on three occasions and look forward to doing so again in the future. The whole place is extremely clean, the rooms are modern, the internet is fast and the location excellent; just a minute from the sea and a short walk from bare and restaurants. A lovely place.

Fiquei 08 dias, no 1° dia tinha uma sanduicheira no café da manhã, no 2° não tinha mais, qd fui perguntar pra atendente Carol, esta se mostrou incomodada e disse q havia queimado, e q passaria o fato pra gerência, a sanduicheira só foi substituida no ultimo dia. Após isso, esta atendente passou a ser antipatica comigo e meus amigos, diferente dos demais funcionários q foram sempre muito simpaticos.

Tivemos problema com o ar-condicionado, isso logo na chegada, e prontamente o atendente foi resolver e teve que nos trocar de quarto. Pela manhã, a gerente, de forma muito mal educada e pouco empática disse que ia nos trocar novamente de quarto, não pediu desculpas, não teve sensibilidade e ainda tentou nos colocar em um quarto pior ao que pagamos (sendo que pagamos mais caro que o valor normal das estadias, nós conferimos). Fora ela, todos foram super educados e solicitos.

Boa localização proximo à praia. Quarto e banheiro amplos. Nao tivemos sorte pois o Ar-condicionado que serio o nosso aquecedor estava quebrado no dia da chegada e o sistema de agua quente tb. Nos mudamos de quarto e o pbroblema de agua quente persistiu no dia seguinte para o hotel inteiro. A temperatura estava em torno de 12 graus. Funcionarios simpaticos e solicitos nao tiveram como resolver o problema. Cafe da manha muito simples e restrito, mas no geral sem os problemas citados daria uma nova chance ao estabelecimento por entender que foram pontuais e nao sistêmicos. Local limpo e agradável

Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias, todos os dias sem agua aquecida nos banheiros pela manha, tivemos que tomar banho frio todos os dias, todo o hotel não oferecia agua quente, pois conversamos com outros hospedes. Pedimos e conversamos com recepcionistas, onde alegaram que o problema não era deles, a gerente, no dia que apareceu disse que ela também tinha "vida" fora do hotel e por isso não resolveu o problema no feriado, (01\05\2025) porém na sexta feira também não o fez.... assim como os dias subsequentes. Gerente grosseira, não preparada para resolver e atender cliente. Capacidade do reservatório de agua quente não é suficiente para numero de quartos e hospedes. Controle de ar condicionado sem pilha, também não trocaram de imediato e não foi possível usar ar condicionado... enfim creio que tem opções melhores sem estresse. Pois depois que pagamos, não tivemos como voltar atrás e mudar de estabelecimento.

O teto do banheiro como um todo estava completamente mofado, nos sentimos em um ambiente insalubre, minha namorada estava espirando muito por conta dos ácaros. Havia também teias de aranha pelo quarto e tomadas sem proteção. Reservamos 2 noites, ficamos apenas 1 pois quando chegamos lá já era bem tarde da noite.
Tentamos solicitar o cancelamento e reembolso com o hotel porém não tive sucesso, de qualquer forma não passamos mais nem 1 segundo lá depois de acordar, algumas outro lugar mesmo saindo no prejuízo.

Boa localização no bairro dos Ingleses; bem próximo à praia. Ao redor há padaria, supermercado e vários estabelecimentos de alimentação. Estacionamento bem em frente ao hotel. Não tivemos problema com falta de vagas no mesmo durante nossa estadia. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Em uma das noites tivemos um pequeno desconforto com barulho de algum equipamento. Outro hóspede reclamou e logo o barulho se encerrou. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso. De negativo mesmo apenas as condições das toalhas que precisam ser renovadas urgentemente. No mais, achamos um excelente custo-benefício. Nos hospedaríamos novamente.

A localização é perfeita! Se vc quer se livrar do transito de Floripa é o local ideal. Não precisa pegar o carro pra nada, tem tudo pertinho, mercado, Farmacia, restaurantes, loginjas e a praia ❤️. O que eu não gostei: em primeiro lugar baratas no corredor. Creio que não há dedetização do ambiente pois havia muitas delas, enormes, vivas na entrada e mortas no corredor do primeiro andar, o que causava má impressão. A internet não funciona. O café da manhã é deficitário. Senti falta de iogurte e mel. No último dia só havia uma caixa de leite, conforme informado. A limpeza do quarto era média.
